I can say without hesitation that my experience with the Studio City Avis branch has been spectacular. As a member of the entertainment industry, I have been a long-term corporate renter at this location for many years. During that time, Asst. Manager Tony Moll has consistently demonstrated utmost professionalism, attention to detail and efficiency and expertise at his job. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the best car at the best price. He has made the experience of renting and renewing as convenient and accommodating as possible. During the time of covid, he has gone the extra mile to assure the safety protocols in his office, and has even made arrangements to allow me to minimize person-to-person exposure when renting and renewing. Best of all, his sense of humor and friendly manner always leave me driving off the lot with a big smile on my face. It's rare to have such a trusting and personable feeling about a mega-corporation these days, but Avis has been so well represented to me by Tony, that I actually bought stock in the company. He single-handedly kept the Studio City branch going through an unprecedented time, and I hope to rent from him there on Ventura for years to come.

Not sure what the agent’s name was but he was pretty rude and dismissive. Lacked the basic compassion and foundation of customer service. I went to pick up a compact car (which was available online) and ended up getting a pickup truck. The agent didn’t apologize, call me in advance to notify me, or explain the policy during these occurrences. He barely got out of the chair to even assist me. I was shocked. His tone was very “oh well, that’s all I have”. He then asked me what I want him to do if they’re out of cars. He didn’t inspect the car with me, he just had me sign the form. Didn’t explain the contract like other locations - just said “sign here”. The transaction didn’t end with a thank you, it ended with “the tank is on half, bring it back on half” Taking my business to enterprise.

Absolutely STELLAR experience at this location. I have rented a ton of cars from multiple companies and without a doubt this was the best experience. Not only is the Avis experience much more streamlined than other places but this location in particular is spectacular. The level of customer service I received was next level. So fast; everything explained up front. VERY NICE staff. Just fantastic. Without a doubt, the best! I will be renting from them again for sure. I imagine that the prices vary but the rate I got was also fantastic. Wait time was non-existent. I only say this because The day before I rented from Avis, I rented from the H company at their airport location and LITERALLY waited 2 hours for a car. -- Anywho, check this location out. They are great.

I’ve been renting through Avis here in Studio City, CA for several years. I know that a lot of people shop price when it comes to car rentals, but Tony at Avis has always gone out of his way to make sure that my reservations are processed so that I don’t have any hassle when I pick up or drop off the car. Also he has always made sure that I get the car I wanted. I know that through the COVID pandemic getting cars could be difficult, but Tony went out of his way to make sure I was able to have the right size and model car at the best price. Also I like the fact that he is always available if I call in from the road with a question or if I have to extend the reservation. Thank you Tony!

I love coming here. I literally drive all the way from Long Beach to Studio city to get my car. He is running this place at the mist efficient rate I've seen. He by himself is more prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable that the 4 and 5 reps at the enterprise in LBC, and he's running Avis and Budget. They were no where near on his level. He works hard. The cars are always clean, he makes sure that you are in and out. Great customer service. Awesome all around. He is so good that after coming here for two years and seeing how hard he works I asked if he was part owner. He's not, but definitely should be. I definitely give him a 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!!

Excellent experience from this rental car location. The staff member was very helpful even taking the car to have a tyre inflated which was a bit low. He also cleaned the windows just prior to us leaving the lot. Car was all we required for two days in LA (Hyundai Accent) however for a longer period of time a bigger car would be required. Can feel a bit intimidating on the interstates in a little car. Returning the car was even better. Depot was open early and the staff member quickly checked the vehicle and I was on my way after a quick handshake and thank you. Thanks Avis.

This past Wednesday I urgently needed a car. I booked online and went over the Avis. Since I reserved the car only 30 minutes before I showed up, it wasn't ready. That noted, Tony jumped right into action and prepped a car very quickly. Tony even jumped in and gave it a vacuum himself. Nobody likes to wait around at the rental car agency and Tony was FAST, PROFESSIONAL, and COURTEIOUS. Tony is my go-to guy for a car and he is an excellent representative for Avis. Thank you Tony! Arrived 1 hour after stated pickup time and my car was not available. Worse, no indication when it would be as they were just waiting for cars that were due. The office is a dump, broken floor tiles, dirty inside and out, toilet out of service. Man at desk appeared to be trying, but was clearly irritated… with the world. A car was returned, we were given it after it was hosed off and doused with a generous potion of VOCs.

I was an Enterprise customer for years until I had an unpleasant experience a few months ago. Anyway, a friend recommended I go see Tony at Avis in Studio City. Tony treated me great and was very professional. I've rented from Tony at Avis several times over the last year. It's always a pleasant experience and the cars have been great and reliable. Anyway, Tony is my go to guy when I need to rent a car.

So I went down to a Avis to rent a car. I had checked several different places for prices. Ava seem to have the best deal, but really got me was the service. If you go down and ask for Tony, he’s amazing he’ll make sure you have a great experience. I had a great experience. I’m definitely gonna pick Avis over other companies whenever I can.

I absolutely love renting from this location. The manager Tony is beyond helpful and knows the real meaning of customer service. I feel very comfortable taking any of his suggestions because he has proven to be knowledgeable and selfless in providing the customer’s needs. Whenever I need a rental I won’t go anywhere else but here.

I’d like to thank Tony and the people at the Avis near the CBS Studios Center on Ventura Blvd. For their courteous, prompt, and honest service. Going to the "nth" degree to ensure their customers get on the road safely, and return effortlessly. I highly recommend them. Better than the airport!!

Horrible experience with the new owners of this place. Stay away as they will bait and switch rates on you and provide you with vehicles that have speed limitations on them, so you can listen to a warning beep every second of your drive,

This location always has my reservation and they are very efficient. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you bring your own car, they have a secure parking lot that they will let you park in when you rent one of there cars.

I was in a bind after my car was stolen and needed a rental car as soon as possible. Within 30 minutes I had a rental car at an extremely fair price. Tony was extremely professional and was of a great assistance.

I reserved an Explorer but was given a new Tahoe to rent! Loved it! The gentleman who helped me was fast and nice and there was no waiting. It's a small location but convenient if you're in the Studio City area.

Be careful. Charges continued to hit my bank account months after rental. I can't tell if it was fraud or just incompetence. Had to wait a small eternity on the phone with customer service to get it corrected.
