Customer service is so unacceptable when you tell a person to come in at 9 in the morning to get her hair done and she's waiting in the parking lot still at 10:30 she calls you and you still didn't come so she left and we went to another braiding shop which she loves are hair she would never come back again to your place

I’ve only had my knotless braids in for three weeks done by Fatu and they look like I’ve had them in for 2 months. Parts are not straight, and some of the braids are lumpy. Never again. It was a rushed service. Everybody cannot do knotless. I’ll just stick to the black owned businesses for my braids.

My first experience here was awesome back in 2017. They do Great work. The length of my bang was my fault I later realize the plaits was poking me in my eye (lol) but I was able to adjust it my self. All in all I loved the style it was exactly what I asked for and I will be back soon.

Highly recommend this place. I was seated immediately. I loved the outcome of my hair. Only thing I’d say is if you are tender-headed be sure to ask them to not be rough. She was a little heavy-handed but overall it’s fine. I definitely plan to return here for my next hairstyle! :)

Hair was braided in 6 cornrows on Sept.3 hair is already coming out the braids it looks a mess. Went up there today to see what they can do for me in regards to fixing my hair. Owner was very rude and disrespect.They wil never get my business again. They're highly disrespectful.

Had an appointment to have Tree braids at 8:30, waited until 10:30, she never showed up. They kept telling me she was on her way. I left and had done at another shop. Have been here many times before and this is the first time that she didn't show. Will never go again.

Poor customer service, I had an 8:30 a.m. appointment and no one arrived to open until 9. My twists looked nice but were too tight and pulled my hair out from the roots causing bald spots and they started coming out the day I got my hair done.

I had a great experience for my 1st time at an African braiding shop. They were very fast and professional. I came in as a walk and they were able to get me in and out! I will definitely be back.

I was seated quick. My hair was very nice as expected and didnt take long. Only issue is them speaking their language and giving bad vibes like they are talking about the clients.
