My housemate spilt a pint of water on my open macbook. I took it to an official apple place who looked inside and told me I'd have to get all the main components replaced costing a hefty sum that would be the equivalent of getting a brand new machine. Then stating it as a "write off". I then went into Azzta after a friend recommendation. I had pretty low hopes at this point but they took it in for me and the next day I received a call saying they should be able to get my laptop back to full working order. I came to get my laptop and couldn't be happier with the results ! The guys who work there are really nice and helpful and it was so reasonably priced. Would highly recommend

Fantastic customer service, i took my phone to be repaired at azzta computers, the screen was completly gone and i had no access to any of my data. Intially i took it to various phone shops including samsung, not only could they not fix it but said that they will have to charge me over £150 and there was no garantee that it will be fixed. Thankfully Ali was able to fix it and retrieve all my data!! He also replaced my screen. I also had liquid damage and a craked screen on my laptop which again Ali was able to fix with a very reasonble price .100% recommend azzta computers. Ali is truly a genius at his job.

My Epson Workforce WF-2630 printer developed a fault which meant I was unable to print. After dropping off the printer in the morning at AZZTA's workshop in West Street, Old Market, I received a call later that afternoon from Ali to say he'd found the fault, and could repair it for the following day. True to his word, Ali called me back the following morning to say the printer was repaired and ready to collect. The service which he and Amir provide is first class, and their prices so reasonable, I wouldn't go past them for PC and printer repairs and servicing.

Took my old 1970's JVC amp here to be looked at & it's now as good as new. I was charged £15 for the diagnosis, which was then subtracted from the price of repair. I'm more than happy with the extensive work that was carried out & the price was very reasonable. All you old skool vinyl lovers with dodgy old kit, this is the place to come to get your system up & running again. & a big thank you to Electric Ladyland across the road for telling me about this amazing shop. I originally went here for repairs to my Epson printers, but have since gone back for repairs to my PC and laptop as well. I like their approach of prioritising repairs over the common trend elsewhere to advise you to throw away and buy new. Ali and Amir are genuine and gracious people, who always effect timely repairs and provide assistance and guidance without ever making you feel rushed. Their rates are very reasonable also; you are not paying for plush premises, just good old-fashioned service.

On the first Thursday in December I rang this firm, having found it online. I was quoted prices for repair according to what proved necessary and invited to bring my Epson printer in (the ink pad had reached the end of its life). I took it the next day, had a phone call on the Monday to say it would be ready for collection the next day; I duly collected. The charge (£50.00) was as quoted. You've heard the expression 'good as new"; the printer now is, and I'm both grateful and delighted.

I had despaired of ever getting my Epson 7610 working again. But then someone recommended Azzta. What a revelation! At last, I found people who know what they are doing. They are courteous and efficient and within a week my printer was working again, and it didn't cost the earth either. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They also supply ink and this, too, doesn't cost the earth. Don't be put off by the location - there's limited free parking nearby.

My local computer repair shop could not fix my computer . Went to Azzta and it was repaired expertly and swiftly at a very reasonable cost. Ali and Amir are very helpful equipment repair champions willing to take on any challenge on all types of equipment . All was explained to me and they successfully carried out the repair at minimum cost. A rare thing these days! Do not be put off by Azzta's basic website. Well recommended .

Excellent service After accidentally leaving a laptop out in the elements, I had Azzta recommended to me as the people get it repaired and working again. All i have to say on that it WOW! I’ve been to Azzta several time's over the past few years with my printer problems and also my iPad which I managed to smash the screen The guys at Azzta were so helpful and explained everything in detail as to the repairs they would carry out I would recommend taking your printers etc etc to them for repair If it can be repaired then there the guys to do it

Very nice staff who always do their best to give you the lowest repair price possible. I have used the shop for many years and they have always provided excellent service and repaired everything I have put their way and they fully guarantee their work and have always fixed everything free of charge that has ever given me problems after their repair.
