We purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport back in March I say we because I’m primary and my mom is secondary but she drives this car. About almost a month ago my mom was having trouble w the car we purchased here. It wouldn’t start. They do offer their services and it’s been a disaster. My moms been without her car for almost a month now. When they first towed it the woman we spoke to said there would be a fee but she couldn’t tell us how much and she said she would call back with that information and she called back to let us know somebody would be coming to tow it but did not provide us with the fee. Then the same woman calls a couple days later asking if anybody came and towed it as this point a towing company THEY sent to tow it already came and she didn’t know where my moms car was and on top of that when they found out they said nobody was working on it because everybody in their shop has Covid which okay fine. It’s been 21 days and everytime we call they have no updates on the car for us. My moms made 3 payments on her car since then and she still has no car and no communication WHATSOEVER. She has been taking Lyfts to work Monday through Friday so far she’s spent $420 on Lyft and on top of that she’s paying for a car that she doesn’t have. This is a huge inconvenience and I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a car from here and if you do, do not use their mechanic services. We have our own mechanic who we could have taken the car to who probably would’ve given the car back sooner and even if not he always communicates with us. My moms car didn’t start oddly enough right after she got a tune up from this place. The lack of communication is very unprofessional and the fact that she’s made 3 payments and she still has no vehicle and no idea when it’s gonna be done is ridiculous. It almost feels like they’re holding her car hostage or they can’t fix it which if that’s the case they should have let us known by known or communicated in some type of way.

Discrimination with customers. Judgment places with extremely high prices. When I went to the Mesa shop, a young lady gave me the impression that I did not belong. She was the only sales person on the floor, so I do understand that it can become a bit stressful. So, I wrote down my email and my phone number she looked at me and the paper with attitude. She further said that I most likely will not get approved to financing without a driver's license. But, I had my driver's license. I asked to have the application email to me or a paper copy. But, nothing of a document was sent. This being my first time trying to buy a car was all in all disappointing and rude. If I wanted to be judged and be little I would have gone back to high school. As I did not get the name of that employee, but along with the car. I definitely will not be returning to any of the dealerships. The second encounter was at the Phoenix location and they basically treated me like I did not exist. The female said I wouldn't get financed once again due to my temporary license. She later on tried to keep my documents ext driver license, proof of income, bank statements, along with social. Overall experience was definitely one for the books to never go back. I can get a better deal with great customer service at a higher class dealership with a better price range.

The sales person was nice but lied to me about the first payment. When I called about it, the girl on the phone did not even allow me to talk. She just told me to call a number when I got this rude lady by the name of Jasmine on the phone. She started talking over me and yelling, and would not allow me to talk. She then hung up on me. She had the guts to call me back just to yell at me and hang up on me again. Before she hung up on me, she told me that if I was to call that we're gonna automatically transfer the call to her and she is the only person I can talk to you. I would never buy a car from this place again. They are very rude and they lied to you. Everybody there that was by my car even one lady that had excellent credit cannot buy a car for 500 down it was higher than that. This company is a scam, unethical and illegal. on top of it all, my radiator has some type of sludge in it. It keeps overheating, and I keep on being told to call the service department. The service department will not answer any questions and will not help me whatsoever. I called a service manager named Jasmine who was very rude. I asked to speak to her manager and she stated that she was the owner and I can not speak to anyone else. I know for a fact that she is not the owner. It is the worst company to buy a car from.

I tried to reply to my older review it was about a year ago and I couldn’t find it. When I got my car she told me everything was new, tires and all this was my first time buying a car so I didn’t know what to look for but I definitely had to find out. Anyways this review is foryone trying to make sure you get a good running car keep in mind I had this car for ONE YEAR ONLY I’ve had to replace ALL my tires get a new starter, a new battery, and new windshield wipers we live in Phoenix Az where it barely rains… I had to replace all my blinkers, my front right headlight, my mounted brake light and my right break light. Under the warranty I had it was supposed to cover the lights and the mechanics at the place and I kid you not straight up told me they didn’t know how to change the blinker lights in my 2018 Hyundai they said those kinds of car you need to take to the Hyundai dealership tell me why I found how to change it on YouTube. Every time I go in there there’s someone complaining about their car messing up. It’s wild IF YOU WANT A GOOD LONG TERM RUNNING CAR DON’T GO HERE

I was referred to this company by a friend of my who spoke highly of this company. I wish i could have had the same experience. I went down to the Phoenix location yesterday 07/12/23 with the impression i would be leaving with a vehicle for 650 down. I get to the location to be told my vehicle was sold and in order to get another vehicle i would have to pay 1500 when i asked why it cost so much the representative Ana said it’s the banks new policy. Instead of them honoring the amount i was approved for i was given a business card to call the finance department who couldn’t do anything for me because i didn’t have a loan. From a customer stand point that’s bad business no one called to inform me the vehicle was sold and i spoke to the location several times over the last two weeks. I spoke to Elana, Jennifer and Ana. No one felt the need to call me regarding new policy either or even tell me when i called for my appointment that i would need 1500. Had that been disclosed i wouldn’t have wasted time and money to come down and leave with nothing.

Using anonymous name for this review, i purchased a car with them they use Desert Finance LLC check their reviews as well. Horrible they don’t disclose that even a day late they turn off your car ( then say well it’s in the paperwork) you can’t make payment arrangements to allow you to use vehicle. They hang up on you frequently, the car dealership was fast and friendly at first (of course) like i said refer to Desert Finance LLC for further reviews. In response to the reply, when a company has to reply with a defensive reply like so, and you look at all the other reviews and the responses this alone should tell you not to work with this company they respond as if “ PLEASE CONTACT US AS WE WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK TO YOU AND RESOLVE ISSUES, BUT HERE IS OUR ARGUMENT, AND HERE IS WHY WE ARE RIGHT. I work for a 5 star medical office this would never be our response to someone. In general read between the lines this company has bad reviews.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Worst company ever! It was way better when the company actually was located in az and they did not outsource. Since they have outsourced their company, I’ve been hit with fees I’ve never heard, been called so many things by Alex (who’s an account manager), their service has declined and language barriers make it hard to talk to someone. I would not finance through this company at all! If you can, do business with an actual company who does not outsource their customer service! I’ve made payments and some how they did not post to my account and they can’t tell me where the money I paid went. This company is a joke just like their service! The manager Alex likes to assert his “authority” by being passive aggressive and yelling at you then saying “you can’t control me, I control you and your car”. I dread calling into the customer service line so much.

My issue is not with the buying process. When I bought this 2017 Hyundai senota back in January, the process was made easy and i was able to drive home that day with paying 1000 down. What was not explained to me was that I would be paying 18,000 for a car that can't be resold. Carvana offered me 100$ no joke. I tried to trade it in for a motorcycle and was told they would give me 2000$ for it... I still owe 16,000. Now I'm stuck with this car and no way to sell it because its salvaged title. If B&G would buy back the vehicle from me I would be happy considering I've made payments for a year now I'm happy taking a loss. I just need to be free of this "junk" vehicle, since that's what Car-fax and every dealer I speak to labels the car as. B&G I have referred your dealership and you have even made sales off my references. Please buy this car back from me!!!!

Janeth was great! She did most of my paperwork over the phone via text for me. Which fits my lifestyle very well. She had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived in the Uber THEY paid for! Mind you, it was a 45 minute trip from my location. The paperwork took maybe 10-20 minutes in office, and I was on my way! Found a few minor defects in the car, which she was able to get approval on getting them fixed at no cost. It was seriously a problem free experience. No issues getting approved either, as I had many issues with other places that “claimed” everyone is approved. Thanks B&G! I truly appreciate the hassle free experience

Long story short, read the 1 star reviews. They shut the reviews off then flooded it with good reviews like we wouldnt be able to clearly see that is what happens. I have been dealing with the same problems for 2 years and I'm so physically and mentally ill over it. I type this sitting on the side of the road with my car over heating and not shifting out of 2nd gear can drive 30 minutes with out an issue. Won't be able to drop the car off until Monday. They claim there is no direct line to corporate or who ever is responsible for the company. Just gotta hope they fix the problem actually this time or I'll be back again in two weeks

Very awesome experience didn't take long at all I got off of work and pretty much I was done before they close I definitely recommend this is my second vehicle with them went from a Chevy Malibu 2014 to a 2015 sonata both vehicles came from BMG Mesa location the white car is from the Phoenix location thanks so much Anna I got the Malibu from the Mesa location and the Sonata from the Phoenix new location only been a couple of weeks and I'm enjoying it after the trade-in I really recommend this place I have already gave co-workers friends also a few people I have dated LOL

So, do they not do payment extensions?? Or a "promise to pay?" I've had my vehicle for 5 months. Never been late or short. Make all my payments on time and even pay more to pay it off quicker. I had an emergency and was going to be about $60 short. I asked if I can get a week to pay the $60. They informed me that they do not do payment extensions and they will turn the car off and leave it off until I pay the remaining $60. I understand it isn't their responsibility to give us payment extensions, but you would think for loyal customers they would work with you a little right??

These 4 & 5 star reviews can’t be for real. Do your homework- Do not buy a car here. The titles are salvaged they sell the cars at a 300% mark up. You will pay $350/400 every 2 weeks for a vehicle that is not worth it. Desert finance will turn your car off if you are a day late. Trust me when I tell you I regret buying this car with them, now I’m stuck with it. Idk how they are even still in business. Does the Bbb know about this place? They aren’t here to help anyone but themselves!!! Take your $500 save a bit more & go elsewhere!!!

second car, i was in a terrible wreck (not my fault) but i called Nancy at collision center and told her it was my last day in rental. She instantly was like nope, we will help, she called Vanesa at the dealership and immediately Vanessa took care of me, i showed up, called me by my name, already picked out a couple cars, she was excellent her customer care, was beyond customer it felt like home! I would refer her a million times over! It’s rare to work with people that care!

The sales people are awesome it's the maintenance department I've been without a car for 4 weeks now they took a week just to pick up my car and another whole week just to start working on my car and being trying to get a update on my car and nothing communication is really bad, at this point I don't even want the car I have made 3 payments and no car I think that's some bull and then they give you the run around tell you to call a number that is not there's

I went into B&G auto on a recommendation of a family friend but was hesitant because of the reviews I had read. We were greeted by Ana and she was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and walked me through the process. I told her I was looking at the Dodge Journey that I saw on the website and was hoping I could get approved for the $500 down deal. She got all approved and let us go on test drive to make sure the car was to our liking.

I was really going though some bad times my carnfrom BNG was almost to the finish line of paying it off and as unexpected I had some major issue with my car. I was not planning on another car but Vanessa was so kind and nice helped me and after so settled for the first vehicle I liked she found something even better I am so happy to say she definitely went that extra mile and I will definitely be sending more people her way. So far so good! Just got a new car and the warranty is amazing Ana was so sweet and worked great with me. Can’t wait to see how the cat treats me drives great and engine looks perfect! Update: my check engine light is on and they keep saying the censors are messed up and I keep taking it back just for them to not fix the real problem and say the same thing. I’m taking my car to Hyundai in two weeks to get it diagnosed!

Ana was very helpfull, we only had 500 to put down and was not impressed with what they had for that down payment. She pointed out a 2015 kia optima that looked good and was in our price range. The only reason I did not give 5 stats was cause of a small mix up on where our plates are being mailed. This was at the Phx dealer on Indian School

They lie to you over the phone. Make you post all kinds of thing on the website. When you go in you need more stuff things then requested. Then they over charge for used cars. Then the cars they have on the site they dont have on the lot. Then instead of matching the previous approved amount or vehicle. They try and put you in a pricer one.

Ok so...other then the power flicker while we were in the building, whole experience was amazing. Janeth helped out and was amazing explaining stuff throughout the process, and reassurance was needed from her in a couple spots that she happily helped out with. Thanks Janeth! My daughter got a car there, it has been broken since week 1, and they are young family and a bit late on payment, they have a car sensor that turns the car off so they can’t use it. So guess what, no car no work no payment. Not a good deal on payment its twice as much as a dealer. Next post will be on BBB

I wouldn’t recommend nobody buy a car from here especially if you have babies I just recently got in a car accident which totaled out my car and my air bags never deployed and then which caused me to hit my head on the front windshield so I highly recommend going somewhere else to get a vehicle.

Janeth at the Indian school location was friendly and the process was so fast. I was in and out. Don’t be deceived by the look on the outside, it’s so clean and pretty inside. It’s a nice facility. They kept their word on everything they told me before I got there. I was there less than a hour.
