Would like to take this opportunity to thank the store manager a lady who's name I've forgotten sorry.. to my memory she was very petite and blondish hair..i do hope ive got this right.. This happened a while ago and i didnt know this existed until i came by it now So immediately had to write something to show my appreciation. This lady went above and beyond to help me.. I'm disabled and recieved a parking ticket for parking over the time limit outside the store. It takes me 30 minutes or more just to get my mobility scooter via a hoist from the boot of my car Adding to the time I'm using the car park When i get into the store I'm there for hours it's one of the few stores i can get around easily so when i go, i go beserk and forget to go home. After worrying i wasn't going to be able to enjoy it as much anymore and having to keep checking the time before having to leave the in fear of getting another ticket This lovely lady store manager sorted it for me. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart i really appreciate it so much thank you xx

I've been using this store for a few weeks. I find parking very easy. They usually have everything that I came for and a few things that I didn't. This is a fairly new shop that has opened within the past few months. They have recently moved the chilled goods to the other side of the store and added a small frozen food section. The prices compare well with Home Bargains, who have a store in the next unit, and the range of products is quite good. Parking space is not a problem but there is a 2 hour limit. Wheel chair users shouldn't have any difficulty and there were plenty of staff on site when I visited. The shop was bright and clean.

B&M Home Store with Garden Centre exceeded my expectations. The well-organized layout and wide variety of products, including home essentials, decor, furniture, and gardening supplies, impressed me. To be very honest this is most probably one of the cleanest and most stocked I've seen... it's in a brilliant place there's parking (up to 2 hours) and there is many places close by to have a bite, subway or Macdonalds... few other places to such as Costa and Sainsburys cafe... However the staff in here are great never had an issue with any and they are always helpful constantly plodding along filling their shelves... this is a good place to shop if you are looking for b&m with free parking.

Love shopping here only problem is be very careful, some of the trolleys give you electric shocks my poor son was sitting in the trolley and both me and him got electric shocks off our trolley another lady also got one off hers, is there anything you can put on them or cover them with as the electric shocks sometimes hurt and it's not nice especially for a child sitting in one.

It's a great b&m with a lovely selection of items to choose from. There's some great bargains to be had and everytime I visited the stores been near emaculate. The only aisle that's a mess is the toy aisle which is what you expect when you see kids lashishing toys with the parents doing nothing to stop them.

This used to be the old "Comet store". It's a good site with plenty of parking next to a Starbucks drive through and opposite a B&Q. The store is well stocked and well priced. My only criticism is the amount of time it takes to checkout and leave because there are never enough checkouts open.

Store is fine with plenty to choose from. Problem is that they don't seem to have enough staff. Queues can be rather long with the vast majority of tills standing vacant. Often only 1 till open to serve! Something definitely needs to be done, the limited staff numbers can only do so much.

There were trays of plants all dried out. I wanted to buy Scabies but even those right at the back in the shade weren't worth the price being asked. Very disappointing. The plants at entrance were fresh. But I did buy to 2 small palm trees. Please water your plants don't neglect them.

It’s possible to get whatever your after at this store. Good parking without paying for going shopping like other areas in Sefton. Handed to get to straight of the A5036 Dunnings Bridge Road. Food prices and other goods are slightly lower than the majority of the big stores.

Great shop. Nice quality bedding. Good product range. Hope they will expand their vegan food products. Suddenly stopped stocking the massive bags of cat litter we buy for our cats so not too impressed about that. Otherwise, a good shop.

I love B&M. This was my first visit to this particular store. it's bright, clean, and larger than it looks from the outside. You go in for one thing and come out with allsorts of different things that you didn't even know you needed..!

Very good service and excellent quality, start are very knowledgeable on were products are. But there websites need updating regularly as sometimes it say in stock when it isnt and can cause a wasted journey. But still wirth 5 stars.

I really shouldn't be allowed to enter B&M with more money than exactly what's needed for what's on my list. There are so many things at great prices I go in for loo rolls and come out with 3 carrier bags having spent £30.

Very nice shop with a surprisingly large variety of stock. Staff are nice, some niche products like plant soil, plant food or even demon shine for the car costs a fraction of the price compared to some other retailers.

I have to say, this store had everything. Foodstuffs, cleaning items, DIY equipment, and even an outdoor garden centre. All for a sensible price too! Will definitely be visiting here when in need of essentials!

Brilliant shop and grate prices. Went in there to get a garden table and chair set and they had exactly what I was looking for and it was a very cheap price £60 and its good quality. Highly recommended.

Great if you can find what you're after, but like home bargains, it's hit and miss. Down side is not everything has prices on. Been burned on that so don't really bother anymore if item is not priced.

Lovely shop, a very large shop with a garden centre. They have full range of products to buy at good prices. I Went to buy a drill, I paid £22 fabulous product at a fab price

B&M. Alway has what your looking for. The staff in Scotland Road are great ambassador's for the company. Helpful and polite. It's always nice to visit.
