Well what an Experiance i had today i only went in for Table mats .. £180 later 2 new units and lots of other bits As the Advert says" I DID EXATLY THAT " And yeh got my Table mats did'nt forget them! So i was helped out by Kev what a lovely Assistant he is the units were heavy so social distancing as much as possible he lifted and helped me with them all through check out and to my Car his Customer Service was spot on always chatting and understanding i was no bother for him to help.... Sometimes you feel your pulling staff away from jobs they want to do and not help Customers he did'nt bat an eyelid just did his Job What a fab Guy he is Thank you! Realising id been over charged when i got to my car i went bk in and was met by Kev Straight away who was keeping eye on door at the time he went with me to check outs to explain the situation which was resolved pretty quickly by louise who was also very happy in her job smiling and wishing me a good day which is nice to see and hear it dont cost anything to be nice to customers Acknowledgment goes along way ☆☆☆☆☆

Recent visit was quite bad with the service recieved from the staff, considering I used to work here a few years ago, it's not how staff should be towards customers really, the shop had been recently re merchandised and aisles changed around so my mother, who is a very poorly lady, asked where the car stuff had moved to and she got a very rude sarcastic answer from a male member of staff on the shop floor, 'in the car section over there' well we know the car stuff will be in the car section you idiot we asked where the aisle had moved to. Best believe I told him what I thought of his sarcastic rude customer service. Shouldn't have a job at all. Retail surely isn't for him. There's also never enough till staff always ques a mile long. It's become quite poor in many ways. So for me it's a bad rating for my most recent visit.

5 stars for the actual premises tself. Since the refurb, it's become a fantastic store. However, in the midst of a pandemic, the staff are still not challenging the numerous people who refuse to wear a mask. And the system in place for people waiting to use the tills doesn't follow any protocol for social distancing, with customers jammed in like sardines in a tin. When this was mentioned to a staff member, she shrugged her shoulders and said, 'nothing I can do about it'. Very disappointing, guys. Sort it out!

Wide range and wide variety of consumables good, furniture, furnishings products, home decor products, kitchen products, bathroom products, polite and helpful staff, big store area, you would need at least 2-3 hours to view sections. Easy and lot of free parking space. Approachable from public transport. Kids were happy and enjoyed their visit. I would recommend for small and bulk item purchases.

This store went under a revamp and so now offers more stuff than the standard smaller stores. Worth making the trip to as it will have a wider range of stock than the small stores. It has an outdoor garden section but is small and mainly limited to peat, pots, and posts. It us situated near other stores like the Range, so you can shop at both but I find B&M better value for money.

Called at the store to buy a oak dresser for £180 . . . a bargain ! A member of staff got it down for me and insisted taking it to my car. He was courteous and really personable. I thought it would be an injustice not to praise him for his professionalism. His name was Kev. . . cheers Pal. …

Absolutely love this place. Always have great stock at very reasonable prices. Used to visit B&M once a month, but now go there at least once or twice a week when I can. It is a must place to go and pick up a bargain for Christmas, Easter, or even Birthday's and Celebrations.

It is a good place to shop if you need to do up your house at a really good price there is bedding. curtains .bathroom stuff and shower curtains and stuff for the front room and bedrooms and small furniture for all rooms plus food and toys and loads more you most go and see.

if you want 1 item you'll need blinkers on ....I can never go in and buy just 1 thing it's impossible...I love b&m would recommend this shop to anyone ...it has unusual items and everything you need....the only thing that is missing is a cafe! now that would be perfection x

I like B&M coz of the varying products, good prices, sells allsorts of everyday needs stuff and as the odd novelty product that you don't know you want or need till you see it. Prices reasonable, staff helpful, quick shop or leisurely browse, covers all the stops for me.

Very difficult to find a staff member to assist. And 1 till staff and big queue.....also I brought 1 if the more pricey quilt and cover set and the quilt is as thin as you like and the poppers on the cover pop open any slight movement.. absolute uselessness

Always long queues and not enough staff on tills. However the staff are always friendly and helpful, as a wheelchair user some of the isles can be a bit tight this makes it difficult to get around the store when people are queuing up the isles.

1st time visit. So much to choose from. Bigger selection on everything compared to my local store. But I would say 'The Range' thats situated near by was better for the DIY section, and cheaper, which is why I went to B&M in the first place.

You get value for your money in this well established retail shop. Household products and groceries are affordable and good variety. Good walking space in-store. Available parking and some social distancing in place, this is worth a visit.

A very big store with lots of choice. Reasonably priced. Just one issue, sometimes prices on line do not tally with shelf price, but if you ask a member of staff they will scan for you and it does match online price. Very clean store too.

Clean, good product range. Minus points for the speakers they use for their announcements... They are ridiculously loud and sound horrible. Also the queuing system there doesn't work and causes carnage when the store is busy

Nice friendly staff. Had wipes and anti-bac at the door for trolley handles and hands. Baskets was already wiped down. Had tape on floor 2mtrs apart, just a shame everyone else doesn't follow the social distancing rules.

Brilliant staff at Hunslet I travelled from Harrogate for a barbie gymnastics doll unfortunately they had sold out and the manageress rung around the leeds stores for me a big thanks my granddaughter will love it …

I bought the Karina Bailey inspired drinks trolley , it was reduced to £25 , I opened it ready to build and there was all the screws missing , the wheels and two of the support banisters, appalled to say the least

I love the cheap prices and good range of products however I have gone twice now for something specific which is listed online as in stock to trail there and find out it is not in stock, that is very disappointing

Good discount shop well stocked and good variety doesn't seem any different since store remodelling apart from been a different layout. It still appears to have same stock. Which us ok for general shop

Many things on sale after Christmas season but good amount of new items arrived for us to improve home, beauty and art and craft. The last one is always my favourite one every time. ))

Staff are always happy and helpful, everytime i visit. It just makes the shopping experience more bearable and enjoyable. Also everything is such reasonably priced, if not cheaper!

Lots of free parking outside the shop. Usual large range of products. Neat and tidy inside with broad Isles. A good few products did not have prices on them or on the shelves

B and m I have ti take my hat off to them . You don't need to spend lots of cash in hear but yet get amazing products I go every week with out fail . Dogs treats and more

I've finally found a shop that sells everything from food to electrical goods at reasonable prices. No more big name supermarkets for me. The staff are A1 very helpful.

Love B&M stores, always decent size stores and all carry a great range of products at very competitive prices which is always going to be a winning combination

Great little store with a large selection of goodie...unfortunately they always seem to be under staffed and the queuing time at the checkout is a nightmare.

I like this store, but prices have shot up. £1.40 FOR SALT, WHEN 43P AT ALDI. Plants extortionate price too compared to other places. Good to look around.

always a huge range of stuff and food section gets a lot more variety than usual places like asda and their ilk, staff were friendly too

Bargains galore like £120 Xmas trees slashed to £50 and half price wreaths xmas eve, definitely recommend it.
