Best Car Wash and Valet Service in London! I live in Barnet and wanted my 12-year old Ford S-Max valet cleaned. 12 years is a long time for my kids to leave their grubby marks and spillages. I have always used Google reviews as a guide (in general, people are honest about the service they receive). I looked around locally but none of hand car wash centres in my area had great Google reviews. In fact, many had negative reviews despite being expensive as well! I stumbled across B&S Hand Car Wash & Valeting Centre and the immediate thing that hit me was the non-stop praise they were receiving in their Google reviews, from one satisfied customer to the next. I decided to give them a go and opted for their 'full valet' at a knock-down cost of only £85 (some valeting centres in Barnet charge £150 for the same service!). I was asked to leave my worn and ragged S-Max with them for the day and to return at around 6pm. I received a call at 5:30pm to let me know that our beloved family people carrier was ready for collection. My sons and I headed down to pick up our car and WOW! We could not believe our eyes! Our 12-year old car looked showroom brand new! The Allow wheels were sparkling. The carpets were all fluffy and fresh. The floor mats were spotless. The milkshake stains, the coke stains, the years of loading the car with garden rubbish to take to the dump were all gone! Every single spot was clinically clean and shining and smelling new. Like I said at the start - WOW! The only negative thing about my experience is that we were going to sell our car this summer but will now hold onto it for at least another year, as thanks to B&S, our old tired, unclean car looks brand new again!

I’m glad others found this car wash good. We had a very disappointing experience. Having agreed a price of £100 to wash and wax polish the vehicle we left it overnight (at their request) and were told to return at 2pm the next day. Arriving at 3pm it wasn’t anywhere near ready. I was handed the Jack and wheel brace in a bin liner. They moved the vehicle out of a corner and almost drove over the first aid kit which had been put underneath. Not only had it not been polished, it wasn’t even clean. I pointed out fingerprints and stains. To be fair these were then hurriedly removed. But we’d agreed it would be wax polished and it wasn’t. Not even close. When I pointed this out I was told it would be £200-300 despite us having agreed a price of £100 just the day before. They took the £100 in cash, no receipt. The car had patches of cleaning products left on it. It had only been pressure washed and I had to wait around while they wiped off some of the marks I pointed out that they had missed. After I got home I saw they’d not replaced the mats and I had to go all the way back to get them. I found the owner rude and aggressive. I explained to him that I would not be returning because of his angry and hostile behaviour. The other staff were friendly and polite.

So came to this car wash as my usual place was closed. The wash was good in and out and price was good. The reason for low ratings, prior to entering I asked the worker is it possible if he can clean the door/boot sills, he agreed yes that’s fine . As I pulled forward he asked me to open the door and he used the jet wash to clean the door sills while I was sitting in the car, my right leg all got wet, my face all wet. I looked at him and asked mate couldn’t you see me ? What makes it worse is his colleague opened the boot lid and sprayed the jet wash through the boot on to back of my head. Workers have no common sense … will be going back with a hazmat suit next time unless you want a shower included .

Absolutely fantastic service. Looks like a new car! Was sitting at the nearby cafe thinking I should head back and my car pulled up next to me! Cannot rate high enough. The £35 half valet shames most £150 full valets, Best handwash I’ve been too. Don’t bother going the the one next to Finsbury Park station. This is much,much better. Second time at the car wash and service just as good as before. Went in covered in dirt and spider webs and came out looking like it just drove out of the showroom! They also seem to be able to time the service to perfection. Just finishing my drink at the cafe across the road and my car pulled up again! Best hand wash I’ve ever been too.

Gave them my keys so I could go and do some shopping and came back only to see that they had Scratched my car on the white wall of the exit and then had acid they use to clean the wheels spilled onto my bumper paint. They tried to jet wash it off but took paint with it as well. Denied everything eventhough I just had the whole front end repainted just weeks before. No negotiation just total denial of everything with no remorse. I will never ever go there again.

Car needed a good clean never been there before thought I'd give them a try worst job for £20 been absolutely robbed never go back or even recommend please people save your money worst job ever lady there didn't clean properly as she more worried about checking her phone man who supposedly hoovered needs to learn how to use one don't recommend this place lesson learned

This is a real find. Cleaned my car inside and out in 20 mins and did an incredible job. Meanwhile I had a delicious coffee at N4 coffee shop, across the street. Lovely people and the car (which was really grubby beforehand) was spotless. The heart shaped air freshener saying thank you was a really nice touch …

been here twice, first time wasn't sure if they caused the issue after second time I am more than certain as many more scratches appeared, their sponges even though they look decent and fluffy are dirty, causing your car scratches. good luck to whoever decides to come UPDATE: owners response only proves my point

Decent for the price you pay. They do a good job cleaning and they are professional enough to make sure they clean appropriately. It is fairly busy so that says something itself. A small improvement will be having staff wear uniforms - just to make it feel more like a professional clean

Been going to this car wash for over a year now, always been satisfied as the staff have great attention to detail and are friendly. Great value for money. For example they took the time to carefully remove old glue stains from windscreen without me even asking. Keep up the good work!

These guys are brilliant they never seem to have an of day. No matter how busy they are they never seem to let there standards drop and very reasonable prices for what they offer because i know alot of places that will charge the same if not more but offer half the service provided.

They have a friendly and hard working team. Outer wash was great, however their vacuum is weak and missed some bits around the interior - I will need to use my own vacuum at home. If you have a big car beware that the exit is very narrow.

Unfortunately....i am not sure if is under new management but the service was disappointing......The car was not properly cleaned, i paid the usual price for an SUV but they asked for more because of dog hair. Not going there again.

First time going here as it’s my first car. This is DEFINITELY my car wash from now. Absolutely amazing, cleaned thouroughly and within 20mins. Car looks and smells amazing. Staff are so kind and friendly. Honestly the best!

Used to go to the Shell garage on Stoke Newington High Street. The quality of wash is much worse there and it's £10 more expensive. B&S did a great job and the chap clearly took pride in his work. Will go back in the future.

Warning …. For Fist time used this car wash last week . I have my parfume stolen from arm rest bay( they have left the cheap one in place) thank you for that. Never ever happened this before . Definitely not be coming back

Was recommended this place as a good car wash and I'm pleased I tried them! Excellent car wash and very friendly staff. Will go again. Gave 4 stars and not 5 as access is a bit tricky and there's nowhere to sit to wait.

About as good as can really be. Sometimes a bit of a hit & miss if it’s really busy, like on a weekend. If it’s not too busy, the friendly staff really put the work in. Competitively prices for the service imo.

Been coming here for years and it's still the best around here. They genuinely care about the state of your car and the owner doesn't let his staff do shoddy work. Would highly recommend all day.

They left some pretty obvious dirty spots and I think a new scratch, as I hadn’t seen it before in a pretty visible spot. Sure it’s only £10 but still probably won’t be coming back.
