I have been using B&T for nearly 8 years. My parents have used them nearly 20 years. My grandfather has used them for 30 years. This is one of those truly great Mom & Pop businesses with a knowledgeable, friendly, and honest repair staff! Brake jobs and oil changes are cheaper than Monro Muffler, and unlike every time I ever used Monro Muffler, I don't come to the counter fearing they're going to tell me something else is broken. Emory is, in my opinion, they're most talented mechanic. He has personable customer service skills, and I have seen two other mechanics working there come to him for advice on how to move forward with a repair. I have never had them fail to make a repair on a vehicle in the past, and if YOU, the customer, know how to ask what your options are for a band-aid vs a repair vs a replacement, they will talk you through your costs and options. The big take away from this shop is their ability to be honest and trustworthy. Everyone fears going to a mechanic because you wonder if they are going to price gauge you on your misfortune or break something else on your vehicle forcing multiple returns (cough Monro cough cough). I can confidently report that after 3 generations of family utilizing their services, this is a fair and honest repair shop with the skills to take of your needs! Hastle owns the shop, but don't hassle him, lol. If you need to speak to a mechanic to discuss your repairs, make sure you ask for Emory. He will make you feel like you made the right choice in getting your repairs done at B&T Auto!

I want to tell you how thankful I am to have found this repair shop! These mechanics know what they are doing and they will explain everything and educate you thoroughly. After looking at the Google reviews, my daughter took my vehicle here after I had 2 failed attempts to find someone who could repair my back brakes and rotors. They had her IN and OUT in 40 minutes and educated her about brakes in the process! I cannot thank them enough and will always recommend them to anyone who is looking for great customer service and affordable repairs. This place is a GEM! I had a leak in the lower hose.to my radiator. When I came in the older gentleman was friendly and able to get me an appointment within a couple days. Dropped my car off the day before. They called me about halfway through the day to say my car was ready. Went to pick up and spoke with a younger gentleman who was very friendly and helpful Told me to check the fluid level within a couple days and if any problems to bring back in. I checked the fluid a couple days later to top it off like suggested and on my way I still go. I would definitely go back again for any future repairs. Cost was very reasonable for the work performed.

I went in for my flex. I like these guys. They don't bs or nothing they do what they have to do and charge a fair price. I asked for a quote for a job they did for me at belle tire on Pendleton pike for the same work they wanted to charge me 1,200$ and these guys charged 635$. Now if you have a warrenty on your car it depends on your warrenty company ik with my flex they had to wait almost 2 weeks for my transmission.

Darwin and Emory are the best. Not only did they fix the problems with my truck, they went above and beyond by showing me the parts that they changed, how to lube everything, where the fill holes were on parts I was unsure of, and told me about a broken leaf spring. Quality craftsmanship and great work at a very fair price. My vehicles will never be seen by anyone else. Great work guys!

Very reasonable price, they will get you in and out and explain everything to you. The mechanic Matt is always busy but he works hard and fast and good at what he does, the transmission mechanic Emery is good at what he does and they all are friendly. Being a woman I feel like other places take advantage of me. I can honestly say I trust the mechanics and their work.

B & T is the spot to get your car right. They fix what is broken, they don't overcharge you or try to play you with the prices and they get the job done quickly. Very friendly and honest, hard-working group of technicians. The only place I'll take any of my cars when I need some work done.

Horrible! Dropped my car and advised them what I need to be fix and no diagnostic is needed. They did one anyway and added oil. Charged me for $113. Car was dropped off running and went to pick it up the car wouldn’t start. They messed up my starter. I wouldn’t recommend this spot at all.

This place has good honest people doing good honest work, can't beat it. Needed new brake pads and rotors and they got it done in half a day for dramatically less than other places I've had quote me.

Upfront quote, worked completed ahead of schedule. Let me know of some others things they found, but did not need to be addressed immediately. Would return.
