After calling on 13 December 2021 (Monday), specifically to check which bedroom suites were in stock and able to be delivered by 6 January 2022, I was assured that I had ample time for the order to be delivered on time. So we proceeded to order. There were delivery issues (outlined below), but B2C acquitted themselves of these mistakes by putting in a huge effort (thanks Shirlene) to make it right and making sure that all of the goods were delivered on time. The bedroom furniture itself is beautiful hardwood that is almost as easy to put together as IKEA, but decidedly more robust and beautiful. It feels sturdy and was very comfortable for its occupants. Delivery story: 1. After being told that the delivery partners (Designer Transport) would call to schedule a delivery within a week, I waited until the following Friday (24 December 2021) to check in. Somehow, our order was not sent correctly to the delivery partner (IT issue with delivery partners apparently). This was resolved quickly on the same day, but stretched the delivery timeframe due to the Chirstmas shutdown. We were able to schedule our delivery for the first available slot: 5 January 2022 (Wednesday). 2. I received notifications the day before and the day of delivery that everything was going to plan, all the way until the actual delivery happened. 2 of 4 packages were delivered (bedside tables, not the bed frame - wish it had been the reverse as this would not have been a train wreck). The delivery driver, who was told to simply deliver the bedside tables, blamed the warehouse, and told us that the bed would "come on another truck", with no timeframe. He had no visibility into when that would be. 3. I called the delivery partner who was unable to tell me where the rest of my shipment was, as according to their system, all 4 packages were delivered. 4. I called B2C furniture, who were unable to even contact their own delivery partners on the day. 5. Resigned to not receiving my goods on time, I was pleasantly surprised when B2C furniture called me the following day to provide a progress update that they were taking their delivery partner to task, and they would have an update for me shortly. I then received a call to say that the rest of the shipment had been found and would be delivered early that afternoon on the 6th of January - in time for my parents’ arrival. It’s safe to say that I almost fell off my chair in disbelief! As promised, everything arrived on time. It’s not often that a company takes customer service this seriously and is so committed to making things right. Shirlene is to be commended on how she handled an irate customer and ensured delivery on time.
This company gaslights you if you aren’t satisfied with the product. We purchased the 7 piece Gaudi dining set, and in less than 6 months the chairs began to wobble. We followed this up with B2CFurniture and this is what happened: 1. They asked us to tighten the screws. Which we did, chairs still wobble. 2. They asked us to disassemble the chairs and reconstruct them paying close attention to the manual. Which we did. Still wobbly. 3. They asked us to disassemble the chair and follow a video they sent us, as they questioned our assembly of the chairs. Which we did. Still wobbly. 4. They then asked us to partly deconstruct the chair and film the chair wobbling so they could assess the video. Which we did. Still wobbly and no solution. 5. They asked us to deconstruct the chair completely again and measure the bolts. Which we did. Still no solution. This has gone back and forth for several weeks and whilst the company says they have full faith in their product, it seems they have no faith in their customers ability to assemble a chair. It seems they cannot accept that a customer is not satisfied in the quality of their product and will refuse to offer a refund. This is a prime example of gaslighting to avoid any kind of return and it just demonstrates the poor authenticity and integrity of this brand. Even if they did decide to refund the product they still require you to pay a restocking fee of 20% AND pay for shipping back of the item, which is telling of how much they care for their customers. This review could have been avoided if B2CFurniture was willing to step up and take a little accountability instead of accusing their customer of poor assembly and sending endless instructions to appease their own pride.
UPDATE: Received missing hardware package unfortunately we were missing dowels so had to go to Bunnings to buy them. Also on the website it says no MDF/chip board but the inside of the drawers (including drawer bottoms - which are very very thin - are in fact MDF) which was disappointing as there was no mention of that and the pictures in the website are deceiving for the inside of the drawers. Tv unit is okay but only after bracing underneath to strengthen the frame as it had a slight sag after we had our 65 inch tv on it. I WOULD NOT recommend it’s weighted for 100kg as is without further bracing to the frame (mentioned on website 100kg weight limit in Q&A section). We ordered the Paris TV unit, and were so excited to receive it as the tv unit we currently had broke (new but cheap one from a popular online store that only lasted 3 months). When we received the order we were surprised that it came flat packed. On the Q&A section of the website it mentions minimal assembly as it came built (reviews also mentioned this) so we’re a bit bummed knowing that was inaccurate. Upon opening we found out we also didn’t receive the instruction manual and also the screws/hardware to assemble it. I called customer service straight away and they said they have raised a ticket for the support team to send those out so still waiting on the hardware to build the tv unit. We are really disappointed as we previously ordered the Frankie coffee table and there were no issues and we were so impressed with the product we decided to upgrade our tv unit to something better. We are hoping that once we receive the hardware to build our unit it will be a sturdy unit that we were hoping for.
we visited the Sydney show room and was served by Claudia. We were interested in the Franki table. I asked if there's a price difference if I order from store or via the website and Claudia replied that she could do a 10% discount if we transact via the store (online only offers 5% discount). At that point, she also checked if there were stock in Sydney warehouse and adviced that stock level was very low. Hence she suggest us to put a deposit of 30% to reserve, in case it we are really interested. The deposit is fully refundable if we change our mind. My husband then mentioned to include 6 chairs in the order and he made the deposit for both the table and 6 chairs. Next day we decided to confirm our order of the table only as we weren't too sure about the chairs yet, and was told the discount was reduced to 5% because the whole order was below $2K. 1. When we were in the store, we weren't told that the discount would be reduced to 5% if we change our mind. Nothing about the $2K policy was mentioned at all. 2. The total order was anyhow below $2K and 10% discount was still being offered on the spot. I called up the store to clarify. However she insisted that she offered 10% discount because the order was for both table and chairs, which truly wasn't how both my husband and I remembered. Wrote a feedback online and received a reply from her instead of customer service agent/head office. What's the point of the feedback?
I recently purchased 6 dining table chairs and 2 accent chairs from B2C Furnitures, and I have to say it was a truly frustrating experience. The assembly of these pieces was an absolute nightmare; it felt like trying to solve a complex puzzle with missing pieces. Even after numerous attempts, the chairs remained wobbly, and I exhausted all possible adjustments. The staff at B2C Furnitures were the only redeeming quality - they were polite and helpful, which was appreciated. However, I must warn anyone considering buying from B2C: Please, stay away! Spend a bit more and buy from a reputable store. The furniture from B2C might look good, but it's nothing more than a piece of trash. To add insult to injury, the screws from 4 of the chairs fell off while I was sitting on them, rendering them unusable. It's not just disappointing; it's unsafe. I can't emphasize enough how much I regret this purchase.
EDIT: I need to note the team eventually resolved this and while I am happy with the furniture, it took far too many calls from us and it was an unnecessarily complicated and frustrating process. The team really need to improve their shipping and tracking processes, or engage new delivery partners. ~~~~~ Pathetic communication and courier services: My wife and I have ordered a bed suite, and no one from the team are able to tell us what is going on with the delivery. B2C are claiming that the courier will send us a message to arrange delivery. We have not received any messages. It has been over a week now and 5+ phone calls where we are trying to find out where our furniture is, and why we haven't gotten a text. How hard is it for someone to pick up the phone and let us know where our order is? My wife is extremely pregnant and this is causing incredible stress.
Really disappointed in the lack of effort put in for my furniture order. 2/3 pieces arrived with essential hardware missing and the workmanship of everything was poor - there were chips where the holes were put in and most things were poorly aligned. Customer service was also disappointing, these concerns were raised with them and the only solution was sending of the missing hardware to arrive a week after my concern was raised, meaning I would still be sitting with no bed frame and bedside table if I had not gone to purchase my own hardware instead. The only good thing about the purchase is that it is fairly nice timber, just don’t expect much otherwise.
The most incompetent and frustrating customer service I have ever received from an online company. They have a bizarre arrangement with delivery companies which means that they won't or can't give any idea whatsoever when deliveries will arrive, I don't mean the time, I mean the date! They hide behind their arrangement that the courier company will send a tracking number and link which you have to keep checking. In my case I never got any tracking number and I only knew my delivery date when the driver called to say he was outside my house and for me to come and get my goods off his truck. I will never ever buy from this company again.
Beautiful and high quality furniture for affordable prices!!! I've shopped with them once in the past for bed (very happy customer), and was so happy to hear they opened up showroom in Sydney - yay! So I went to have a look right away. The shop is next level! The furniture looks amazing, the whole place is decorated fantastically, staff is very polite & professional and girls were happy to answer million questions I had. Prior my visit I had my eye on Gaudi dining set, but wanted to see it before buying. It was love at first sight! Now I can't wait for the delivery which is already on its way. So fast! Well done B2C :-)
Really disappointed with the quality that arrived. We purchased the Myer kind single bed with trundle for my daughter. This was to complete a room make over for her 4th birthday. The shelves in the head board have visible gaps, the backing board was not a great fit, lugs are visible in the headboard, the footboard insert rattles around and the trundle does not fit well under the bed frame. Overall we spent $900 odd dollars. I have a much better quality bed we purchased from Amart furniture for $250 in the spare bedroom. Really disappointed with this and would advise you look elsewhere for furniture.
Paris Occasional Chairs Positive: Great quality fabric and wood, I cannot fault the product. Customer service are all nice to deal with. Negative: We encountered a problem getting our items delivered. We live in a newly registered address. MULTIPLE phone calls and follow-up with customer service and their delivery company. When we finally received the 2 chairs, one part was faulty/damaged. Requested for a different courier to deliver the part and we got it with no issue. Will not buy again due to bad experience with delivery.
Brought bed and matress and spent over a 1000 dollars. Two days later they are having a 15% off sale. I haven't received my order yet. I phoned customer service to give me a credit/refund on the difference amount. Was told that order was already dispatched and nothing they can do about it. This left a sour experience shopping with this company. I was even planning to buy another mattress and bedside table. Poor aftercare customer service, all they care about is taking your money. Personally won't be shopping here again.
I've bought the Bella dining table suite from B2C furniture and I couldn't be happier. The product is beautiful. It does come flat packed so you'll either need to assemble it yourself or pay for it as an added cost with delivery. I'd like to thank B2C furniture for their amazing customer service when addressing one of my concerns regarding delivery. Ordered a set of drawers a few weeks ago, delivery time was poor, workmanship of the product was abysmal ! Long story short none of the drawers fitted together properly, the back and side slots for the base didn’t line up. Had to get them cut to size. The instructions didn’t match the product, missing dowels, gave us too many screws, etc. Will never order again. Called customer support, they said call someone else. It would be several weeks before the item could be replaced. Lesson learned. Would not recommend.
I recently purchased dining set and furniture for my living room from B2C Furniture, after visiting their shop in Alexandria. The whole experience was amazing from start to the end. Staff patiently answered questions I had related to the furniture. Delivery was reasonably priced (for such a big boxes) and fairly quick. My furniture looks great and the quality is high. I will definitely come for the second round when it comes to upgrading my bedroom furniture. Keep the good work B2C Furniture!
I rarely post reviews unless I absolutely LOVE a product or service. In this instance it was both. I purchased a table and set of chairs from B2C and have been blown away with the quality and design of the set. The quality and design of the table speaks for itself and is even better than the online photos show. An added bonus is that the materials are all sustainably sourced which I love. The delivery was also prompt and the delivery drivers were very respectful. Highly recommend!
I bought two bedside tables from B2C furniture but unfortunately, the surface was covered in block mould. The customer service was quite good, although I had to chase after them a couple of times. In the end they refunded without trouble. So I would still recommend this furniture company to others because the quality and the design of the bedside tables were nice, and the customer service was also great. It's a shame they were covered in mould.
Blown away by my experience at the new B2C Furniture Alexandria showroom! Had heard about these guys online but being in Sydney couldn't get to their Melbourne showroom - until now! Beautiful, well-mannered ladies in the showroom helped with any and all questions I had, and the quality and displays were phenomenal. Great to finally be able to see everything in the flesh. Have sent everyone I know their way - will absolutely be shopping again!
I am OBSESSEDDD with my dining set, i got the Gaudi dining set in beige chairs and it is absolutely gorgeous. The chairs are so comfortable and the table is a great size, i am getting so many compliments on it! It definetly looks even more pricey than it really is. The experience in store was nice, workers were friendly and the furniture was displayed nicely. Overall, great experience with B2C and would definetly shop here in the future.
So disappointed at the level of service from B2C. I ordered a Queen Oslo bed frame and the quality of the bed slats were so poor that they are already falling apart. It's surprising because everything else seems sturdy. I raised it was Customer Support only to have email correspondence and no one call me about next steps. I've been sleeping on the sofa for a week now with no word on a the dispatch of new bed slats.

The great customer service from the beginning till the end. The products(Bella Round dining table set) are beautiful and good quality. It will last decades to come. It's definitely my signature piece in my dining room now. The product's delivery was seamless and the drivers were very friendly. Excellent online shopping experience and I feel they are better than other big furniture shops.
Be careful Purchased Bella table and chairs less than 3 years ago. Thought good quality but chair now broken. Happy to pay for 1 more to replace and website allows you to buy 1 chair, but told they will only ship in pairs. Wouldn’t help or discount due to poor quality. Told strictly 12 month warranty only. They even had the cheek to say they were happy to wave my 10% cancellation fee!
Do not buy from this company. I ordered a double bed and mattress and had to constantly chase them up for an ETA. In the end I asked for my deposit back. Save your time and energy and go to a bigger reputable store. I went to Snooze after my bad experience and ended up getting a bed delivered in 1.5 days. Yes I paid more but it was worth it for the experience. Don’t buy here!!
Quality of the furniture is beautiful, and one of the smoothest delivery experiences I've ever had - they actually show up on the day and time frame mentioned. Customer service is also a standout. I always received detailed and informative responses to all my enquiries within 48 hours. They're an excellent company to purchase from and work with :)
It has been 4 weeks since I made my purchase for an item that was ready to ship and was marked available for immediate delivery. It took 3 weeks to be dispatched when I was told it would be 1 - 3 days. I paid $100 plus for postage and no one can tell me when I will receive my order. Hopefully the product will be better than the customer service.
Products are nice but terrible customer services. Delivery person did not even attempt to drop the item at my house but just dropped it at the post office. Could not pick it up at the post office since it wasn’t even there. Called customer services, no one pick up the phone. Called again the next day and did not even receive a single apology.
Coco single bed with storage is as described as per their website. My daughter is so happy with her new bed. Customer service was amazing!! They went above and beyond to sort out any issues. Bought 6 chairs which were great. Customer service was great but the delivery was terrible. Boxes arrived open. It was raining. This happened twice. Received no compensation of any sort despite numerous delays. The support team was nice but I think just overrun by customers. They really need to change their delivery partner

The single bed also fitted in well and is quite sturdy with a modern look. Good value for money and highly recommend them.

We purchased a bunkbed and some parts were missing and some had no holes in so could not be used. We have now been waiting nearly two weeks to get the replacement delivered. This is very poor customer service and we will not be using the business again
Purchased a king size bed and mattress. The quality is amazing and the mattress is very comfortable. I’ve had much better sleep since getting the new mattress. The service was also excellent, all of my questions were answered promptly. Recommend.
