Poor customer services from the trader. Bought a Car from them a month back. The car has numerous mechanical faults with it the issue has been raised on numerous occasions with the trader a mechanic they sent Me to diagnosed the car as having a faulty timing chain and that's only one of the problems. So far no repair has been carried out nothing but excuses from the trader. A request for a replacement vehicle has also been ignored. Poor customer services from them.
Terrible company to deal with. Nothing professional about this company what so ever. Steer well clear from using this nothing but trouble. Brought a car and suffered nothing but trouble. The word ‘skanks’ come to mind. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone buying a car do not buy of B5 AUTOMOTIVE.
