I love this BCL. The staff are super friendly and helpful if you have any questions about product. This store is always well stocked too. During the past summer with capacity restrictions and unbearable heat, there were staff outside organizing an orderly line along the building out of the sun, communicating wait times for entry and chatting with customers. The only downside: the parking can be a problem during peak times so you may have to park down the side street and walk up the hill.

Good location conveniently located right off Broadway. Lots of street parking to complement the rather small parking lot during busier times. The selection is very good for this size of location. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful whenever I needed help finding anything or had questions. I got some very good wine suggestions recently on some bottles that I was unfamiliar with.

Great customer service! Three people offered me help as I was browsing and the cashier with braids was super nice to chat with while the the older East Indian (?) manager/worker was super helpful and trying to get me to try new products haha. Overall I had an amazing experience! Special whiskey/scotch locked up were limited but I bought their last Suntory.

HORRIBLE attitude with the woman at the checkout. Asked for my ID (wasn't the purchaser, but I get it). Was extremely rude and short with myself and my friend. Not sure if it was race issue, but the guy in front of us she was happy and smiling with. Typical Union job holder. It's a shame our tax payer mone6 pays for her wage.

if I could give a 0 I would for poor customer service. I spent $150 and asked if I could have a PBR koozie And the manager was like no you have to buy that beer, I said really, even if I spent that much? It doesn't cost him anything, and what is that worth, like .50 cents. thought it was very rude, it's just a cheap koozie!

The store was very organized and the staff were nice and helpful. The sales are very obvious and signage is clear, which I appreciate. Especially the categorization of products such as "dry/semi dry/sweet" etc. which helped me find the right wine and sherry for cooking recipes.

All the staff are great except the manager Lulu. When I mentioned one item is listed on discount on the website but the billing is showing a different price, she was acting like I was robbing her store. I would rather go to a different store than deal with her ever again.

Staff here 9 times out of 10 are very rude. Especially the younger guy with long hair. Gives rude looks and reckless with the dolly. Watch out for him. The selection is very small compared to other stores. Extremely small cold zone that is regularly under stocked.

We were in town celebrating our friends birthday...I would like to say we made some really beautiful memories..can't say for sure...I think we did... Nothing got broken..but I don't know so....5 stars !!! well-done you one stop wiggly pop shop!

They do the best job I've seen so far at keeping organized lines and safe amounts of people inside. The store is always clean and well staffed. The staff has always been nice and hopeful. I always shop here and would recommend it to others.

Not much you can say, the old reliable, both for stock (the nude shortage of 2019 not withstanding) and they are always happy to help out. The prices are what they are (thanks Canadian taxes) but better than the alternatives.

Cashier lady with glasses is very rude i was with a buddy he was buying drinks after she ask we together she asked for ID then i didn't have mins told me i have to get out of the store very rudely.

Super nice staff, and a large selection for the size of the place. I used to live close to it, and shopped there more often, but there has been no deterioration in the quality of the place.

This location of BC Liquor Store was great. This was my first time visiting this store. Cashier was so sweet, store was clean and shelves were organized. I had a good experience with them.

Tiny liquor store I came across, visiting from Toronto. Staff were so nice and cool after striking up a conversation about their live in Vancouver after moving out of Toronto.
