Absolutely not happy with there service. I get the bank draft from HSBC, deposit in BMO here for my business partner. I have all the paper work from HSBC included receipts and balance paper show I get the bank draft at HSBC just 10 minutes ago. I ask teller at BMO is that gonna be hold or not, he tell me is customer privacy can not tell me. Usually if you do the same in other bank they will not hold ur money. But my partner received it is show in BMO they hold it for 7 business day. Don’t do business in BMO. Do not do business with BMO.

Very bad experience..no one as there in the branch.. stood there for 1 hour and totally unattended..couple of employees roaming around the branch but looking clueless on what to do. Guess they hoped that customers will return by themselves
