Our 5 series BMW with 42,000 miles broke down near this dealer. We had the car towed to assess for repairs. We were told that we needed to repair a fuel injection problem, and they tacked on some other potential repairs, but not related to why the car failed. We had them repair the fuel injection problem, and a few days later my husband picked up the car and paid them. We do not live in the valley, and as he was driving over the hill to the west side, the car failed in exactly the way it failed when we brought it in to BMW of Sherman Oaks. Basically, the $1500 plus repair lasted 5 miles. My husband left a message for his contact at the repair shop and never received a response. The car was not drivable, and we certainly weren’t going to have it towed all the way to the valley. We decided to use a repair business proximate to where we live to assess the car. We had the car towed to them. This local repair shop explained to us, that BMW of Sherman Oaks either never repaired our car, placed in faulty parts, or only did a partial job. I looked at a number of reviews of the repair shop at BMW of Sherman Oaks, and there were many reviews stating that people kept returning because their car still did not work and they were up sold more and more supposedly needed repairs. We are senior citizens, and not proximate to BMW of Sherman Oaks so we did not intend to continuously bring our car back. Additionally, the car is still not drivable. After I completed a yelp review, I was given the name of a repair manager. I contacted him and he stated that the expectation was that we would keep bringing the car back to them over and over until they got it right. That’s completely unacceptable and we want for reimbursement. We brought them a car that stopped working, and after they fixed it, we still had a car that’s not working. BMW of Sherman Oaks will take no responsibility for never repairing our car and charging us almost $1600. We are currently disputing the charges with our credit card company, and if that doesn’t work, we will take further measures. Do not use this dealership particularly never allow them to repair your car and never accept a used car certified by them because they clearly are incapable of repairing a car and they expect the owner to keep returning until they get it right. This is their opportunity to up charge you and wear you down. This is by far the worst experience we have ever had with any car repair service over the last 50 years.

I don’t know where to begin. The entire experience was wonderful. I especially want to thank Brenda for making this happen for me! Brenda is an asset here. I do not live local, yet there was no conflict or nuisance with attempting to purchase a vehicle. Brenda was able to get me approved for a deal on a BMW x2. I was attempting to finance an x2 elsewhere and came across a vehicle here. Even though it sold, she offered me the same vehicle and honestly I loved it even more! Even though I was not able to go to the dealership that same day, Brenda was able to work with me. She made sure the vehicle was secured and ready for me the day I was able to go in. Her professionalism is honesty remarkable. I unfortunately could not make the set time frames or appointments I had scheduled due to distance and Uber cancellations, but Brenda remained patient. I truly appreciate that she went out of her way and had everything ready for me. The car was detailed and gorgeous. Even upon arrival at dealership, the atmosphere is amazing. Elias had a great conversation with me, as well as offered snacks/beverages. He later went on a test drive with me, showing me all of the car features in detail—-which I am so grateful for! He even took the time to help me set up the Apple CarPlay when I was leaving(thank you Elias!). I want to thank Adela in financing for the great deal and extra warranty, you are truly amazing! Thank you for making this happen for me. I had a remarkable experience and will refer friends, family and colleagues looking for a quality vehicle.

This is one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. I choose to pass a few BMW dealerships to get to this one because of the customer service. For the sales department, we had purchased a X3 less than a year ago for my fiance. So now it was my turn to get a new car so I contacted Nick who sold us the X3 since it was a Positive experience. He was on vacation but referred me to Hunter who was just as AMAZING. Hunter was very patient, kind and extremely helpful. As I was driving to Sherman Oaks from Oxnard it seemed like every car I was interested in was just sold ( I had him running around looking for all these cars and felt bad but not once did he make it an issue at all) but I told him I would like to see something comparable to what I was looking for. He pulled out 2 cars and nailed it. I bought the first one I test drove. He made the whole process easy and smooth. He has excellent customer service and listens to his clients request! I will definitely be a return customer and refer family and friends. Thank you hunter for all your hard work. I returned on Wednesday for the Service Dept and was greeted by Sean, he was SUPER friendly and Helpful. After getting my situation handled he passed me off to Carmela who took over with the same EXCELLENT customer service. She was on top of it to get me in and out since I was on a time crunch! I appreciate all the help I had from each department and will be also returning for all my service needs regardless of the over an hour drive to get here.

First of all, I just want to say that, I am so happy that I decided to come to Sherman Oaks BMW for my first vehicle. When I called them, a salesman answered with a very friendly greeting. I told him I was looking to trade in my Honda civic for a BMW X1 either new or used with low miles. He was more than happy to help me, and located the only one they had on the lot. I came by after work, saw the vehicle and test drove it with Alex, whilst chatting away about life as he was very friendly. I could tell he loved his job and wanted to make me feel as comfortable as possible when it came to buying my first car. When we went in the dealership to talk numbers, he gave me my trade in value and options to buy the car and no baloney or dancing around the questions that I had. He was 100% honest about everything with me. I did my research before coming in to the dealership, so this guy could tell that i knew exactly what I wanted. I just couldn't decide if i wanted to pay cash or do financing. I walked away from the dealership that day, but promised to be back. When I came back with my mom to make my purchase, it was an ABSOLUTE breeze. I was so nervous the whole time but could tell I was in AMAZING hands. Everyone, and I do mean everyone was very friendly up until the very end. Ask for Alex when you come to BMW Sherman Oaks!! He truly was the best! I leased a bmw with them years ago and to be honest they weren’t my favorite then. I decided to go with Beverly Hills about a year and a half ago for the next lease deal of a new bmw because Sherman oaks didn’t provide the better deal. Turns out I needed a bigger car because I started my own business so I recently reached out to Sherman oaks and Beverly Hills. You just feel like you’re in a factory with Sherman oaks Bmw where as Beverly Hills you can tell the quality of service is so much better. I had the Sherman oaks guy text me over and over again harassing me about how I’m stupid, don’t know how to negotiate and how he wins every deal. Well. He hasn’t won me the past 2 times and I wouldn’t lease with a guy being that rude to me anyway. It was way to aggressive where as BH took their time with me with 0 pressure and didn’t make me feel like I was just a number. I would never do another deal with Sherman oaks again just for the way the guy talked to me and I won’t name names. He said no one would take my deal I was asking for but guess what? Beverly Hills did. Beware of this dealership and do yourself a favor and head to Beverly Hills BMW before you make your decision!

Thank you so much, everyone, for taking such good care of me and providing me with the best deal ever. After speaking with Bernard, he recommended that I talk to Ross, the General Sales Manager. Ross helped me out and offered me the deal of a lifetime on my brand-new 2024 BMW M4 drive Competition Convertible. While Dan assisted me in placing the order for my car, ensuring it was built exactly as I wanted at the factory, I patiently waited for 2 months and 2 weeks for it to arrive at the dealership. Once it was ready, I visited Bernard, who kindly demonstrated all the car's features and gave me a thorough dealership tour in a highly professional manner. He then introduced me to Emil, the Finance Manager, who efficiently handled the paperwork. The signing process took just 10 minutes, and after that, I was headed to the delivery area. Now, I'm driving my dream car, all thanks to these four amazing individuals. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to visit them at BMW of Sherman Oaks.

A few weeks ago I purchased a used 2017 BMW X3, the sales team and finance personnel were nice. However, when we left the dealership we noticed the break light was not working, they forgot to include the floor mats, and the back seats weren't properly cleaned as they stated. I sent a text to the sales person who told us to bring the car by the following Monday (already an inconvenience). We brought the car by and they fixed the break light, however stated they didn't have the mats (assuming they lost them at this point). I sent another text notifying them of the still missing mats and was told they would arrive soon via fed ex. This was a couple of weeks ago, I have sent several follow up texts with no response. I have had several BMW's and always had impeccable service, this has been an anomaly with the brand and really poor reflection on this dealership.... and I still don't have the mats.

I've purchased to vehicles from BMW of Sherman Oaks and the second purchase with Hunter was even smoother than the first. Everything about the buying and purchase experience has been superior to other luxury-car dealers we've worked with. In fact, we live right next to a different BMW dealer and still drive 30 minutes to Sherman Oaks to buy and service our cars. With this vehicle, I created a build online, called in to test drive a similar vehicle, and Hunter had the SUV ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Then, we showed him our build code, placed a reservation, and picked up the car 6 weeks later. The whole thing was easy as can be with no games or annoying sales tactics. Everyone before and after purchasing has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I have no hesitation recommending Hunter if you're in the market for a BMW.

Paying monthly for a deal on two oil changes a year and when it comes time to do my oil change they refuse to keep their promise and service the car telling me I have not hit the necessary interval yet! If I want my oil changed once today and once tomorrow that should be up to me if I’m paying for the service. Now they’re telling me that BMW’s get their oil changed every 15,000 miles ESPECIALLY on used cars like mine. Since when does anybody who cares about their car wait 15,000 miles to change their oil. Will never be doing business with their service department again and will definitely be staying away from sales as well. The people at their service department clearly do not know what they are doing or at least the people at the front desk do not. They should not be advising customers on service intervals they have no idea about.

I left a review about my sales experience with Naz and Ali on yelp, which was great and easy but I wanted to also to write one for Marcus and his assistant Martin. I bought a used car so I’m well aware it’s not going to be perfect but the hood was repainted prior to them receiving the car and it wasn’t up to my standard. Marcus the used cars sales manager quickly jumped in and made it right without any question. When I brought the car in I was helped by Martin and between the both of them I had a great experience. They are both truly customer service oriented people. Great communication and happy to help to me out and more. If you are looking for a BMW I don’t know if I would ever go anywhere else. Great team here.

I did not have good experience today. They listed a Tesla Model X as Long range but when I got there, I found out that it's standard range. The sales person did not seem to be interested in helping me. He opened the car door and let me sit in the car and check it out myself. When I asked to test drive the car, he was not enthusiastic about it. Not sure if it's my race or the way I dress. I will never do business with this dealer in the future. Their customer service sucks.

Dennis is amazing, and always provides wonderful customer service. However, I was surprised that no notice was sent out prior to my warranty expiring, but I could have set a reminder for myself I suppose. After all of the postcards I received about a complimentary car wash with my service, and my making mention of how dirty my car was, my car wasn't weashed...it was brought back after the oil change as dirty as it was brought in.

Service is not inexpensive, but it is done well and I have never found any unnecessary work done. Called 5 times to get a quote on how much an oil change and brake fluid flush would be. Didn’t hear back for 4 days and the only call back I received was about how my service appointment went. Bought my car with them in 2021 but the service has gone downhill since. They probably didn’t want to provide a quote because their prices are 3-5x higher than other shops. Take your service business elsewhere!

Bryan villatoro is the worst and most unprofessional salesman. He doesn’t even have the courtesy to reply to an email, pick up his phone, or reply to a text to his cell. Tried to get in contact multiple times. Ended up losing on a deal because of carelessness and lazy salesmanship by Bryan villatoro. Definitely would not recommend him or this dealership.

I saw the tire pressure light on my dashboard, so I took a chance and brought my car into BMW of Sherman Oaks on Saturday morning. They found that my tire had a bubble that might burst, and Carmela made sure that my tire was replaced while I waited. Fortunately, they had my tire in stock! The whole visit took about an hour, which was great for me!

Very disappointed. We sent them a message at 9 when they opened to let them know we were coming to purchase a car. We told them we are on the way after stopping at the bank picking up the check to pay and they decided to keep the car on the lot and was being sold as we were driving into the parking lot. Very disappointed. I'm not gonna say I was at this dealership ready to buy a car but I was really interested in a BMW but instead I got very disappointed. Sure they saw me walking around the cars for 10 to 15 minutes and the only person that came to me to say hello was the security guard, and 2 times. It wasn't even 8 o'clock.

Service staff is very friendly however pay very close attention to what services are actually performed. I had my vehicle “maintained” a few months ago and everything was at 100% according to them. Suddenly my car needs brakes. Hmm we’re these actually checked I now wonder. Just saying be alert.
