I love dogs literally since my childhood I raised Pomarian and a German shepherd in my hometown. because of my carrier and family, I now live in Hyderabad I always wanted to have a puppy with me here with many thoughts my friend from work suggested me this petshop to look into so I went there and got a golden retriever and all her needs like food toys cage and everything on the day one I went to vet recommended by these pet shop and asked them to check for parvovirus but my bad luck they didn't have the kit on that day so with that in mind I came to my house there she was excited on the day one but as the day over from third day she has shown me symptoms of parvo like vomit immediately I contacted the vet and check for the test, she is infected with parvo so I admitted her there after few days my puppy was deceased, Losing my first dog, a Golden Retriever, to parvo within just three days of bringing it home from this Shop was devastating. I struggled emotionally to come to terms with the sudden loss. However, just five days later, the breeder reached out and offered me a replacement puppy from a different litter. Despite my initial hesitation, I eventually went to the kennel and brought home a German Shepherd. But my worries persisted as the new puppy showed similar symptoms to the first one - only pooping once a day and vomiting on the third day. I wasted no time in seeking veterinary care, The treatment began with salines and injections, but the pup remained lethargic and unwell since then, and it has been a challenging experience to handle the emotional and physical toll of two puppies falling ill to the same conditions in such a short period. I will go to whatever extent to interrogate the problem in my way. My suggestion to people who are looking to buy a pup please think once many people are ready to offer adoption consider once.

If I've the option of giving zero stars to this store, I'd have..They just play with people's emotion by selling puppies with health issues( mostly genetic). There so called customer support mentioned in the response do not resolve the issue. We bought 42 days old golden from them and with in 2 to 3 days, there were lot of ticks in him and yet we got him checked with the vet and he recovered. He just turned 5 months old and now his kidneys have been failed. ( Usually dog faces renal issues when they are 7+ years old) We took him to 4 best Vets in Hyderabad and getting him tested every week.. repetative blood test, UV abdomen and x-rays, bills of almost 1L.. it's exhausting and very depressing. He is just a baby and he had to go through all this and all doctors are surprised to see his condition. This is genetic issue. He vomits his food, loss of appetite, just sleeps all day. We lost hope of his survival now. I tried to call them for help.. there is no response from them yet coz they basically dont care. This is just a mere business for them. Playing with people's emotions and trust like this is not a good deed. Please don't be greedy and cheat people. Would you take the responsibility of this pets death or our mental trauma?? For what it's worth, atleast give healthy babies to people or else please shut your business immediately.

मैंने बो बो टू म्याऊं म्याऊं के बारे में बहुत सुना है। इसलिए 2022 में कॉकटेल पक्षी खरीदने के बारे में सोचा। उनके पास स्टॉक नहीं है इसलिए उन्होंने वादा किया कि अगर मैं अग्रिम भुगतान कर दूं तो उन्हें 5 दिन या 1 सप्ताह में पक्षी मिल जाएगा। इसलिए मैंने 2 हजार का अग्रिम भुगतान किया, बहुत देर तक इंतजार किया लेकिन पक्षी के संबंध में कोई अपडेट नहीं मिला। उन्हें और वहां की कहानियों को सहते हुए, मुझे 5 महीने तक इंतजार किया गया और रिफंड मांगा गया। यह पैसे के बारे में नहीं है, यह बेहतरीन सेवा और प्रतिक्रिया के बारे में है। मैंने श्री साई से रिफंड मांगा, उन्होंने स्टोर पर जाने के लिए कहा। जब पक्षी उपलब्ध नहीं है तो मैं बिल दिखाकर दुकान पर क्यों जाऊं...?? उसने दोबारा फोन नहीं किया और पैसे ले लिए.... जब भी मैं रिफंड मांगता हूं तो वह कहता है कि स्टोर पर आ जाओ.... गुणवत्ता और ब्रांड के नाम पर घटिया सेवा और ऊंचे दाम... कई लोगों को मिला बो बो से लेकर म्याऊ म्याऊ तक उनके पालतू जानवर, उन सभी प्रतिक्रियाओं और समीक्षाओं को देखने के बाद मैं प्रभावित हुआ लेकिन मेरे लिए यह इसके लायक नहीं है... अब भी मुझे अपना रिफंड नहीं मिला है, पिछले साल यह समस्या हुई थी... मैंने कॉकटेल खरीदने के बारे में सोचा पक्षी अब, इसलिए सर्वश्रेष्ठ वास्तविक लोगों पर शोध करते समय यह पूरा मुद्दा दिमाग में आया इसलिए आप सभी के साथ साझा कर रहा हूं।

The service we received is a nightmare. We left our GSD 5month old for training and we almost left him for 2 and half months. We haven't received any update regarding his training progress. So we brought him back home and he is in a worst state when we brought him..like looked completely malnutritioned, weak and scared. The next day when we took him to the vet.. they literally told us he would be dead if we were late. He suffered from tick fever with temp 105 and platelets count dropped from 2lakhs to 40k. It took us 10days of everyday hospital visits and continuous monitoring. My husband and I spoke to the management regarding their negligence in handling our pet's health and they accepted to pay our bills which finally ended up at 13k change. Just because the issue is sorted and they paid our bills, it doesn't mean that we had our pet back in healthy state..he is still not completely back to the same healthy pup he is.. i want everyone to recheck on your pets status when you leave them somewhere.

My experience with B2MM is amazing. We bought her in 2020 December when I wanted to get a bird pet as a family. I met Me.Ashok in their store and he suggested me to go with Conure instead of Cockatiel initially i was a bit sceptical but later after the suggestion of Ashok i decided to get Sun Conure and we named her as Chinku(Female). Recently I bought a Loud Speaker (Janday Conure) as a friend and partner to Chinku. B2MM have amazing staff who have knowledge about every dog cat or birds whatever they have. Thanks for the amazing Bird which we will never forget for the next 30 years as Sun Conure's life span is more than 30. Latest Review update: Went there to enquire about African Grey and there was a guy sitting. I asked him the price and he was very rude while talking. He quoted 80k and I asked him to connect me to Santosh but he was very rude and I came out of the Store. Mr.Santosh we are a regular customer of B2MM but this kind of People will make us not to step in for any birds or accesories

Day by day the quality in service is decreasing and along with most of the products are not available from long back. They are more consontrating loot money from customers. I have PAW membership. While I am taking the membership they shown me the list of products and services and its discount percentages. But whenever I purchased things or done grooming my pet the person in the cash counter will always calculate wrong discount even we told him that I have paw membership. He always used calculate less than 5%to the correct discount as per the catalog. This happened to me for last 3 visits in last 2 months and I have decided not to go to this store. I have trusted them so I did not checked the discount for my earlier purchases. But when I started checking every time I found mis match in discount calicution. They trying to cheat customers by calculating wrong discount %. If possible don't go to this store, if you go this store pls check your bill amount with discount twice before paying the amount.

we have bought a Shih Tzu pup when it was 48 days old and i held her in my hands there were some sounds in the stomach but we couldn't say anything because the pet shop people says everything is fine you are thinking to much..we payed nearly 30000 and took it to home the next day it got loose motions so we called the pet clinic which we know so they told us to give medicine and we gave... the next day she got red colour loose motions.. she has severe infection in her stomach ... today 12th may she died we called the pet shop and told them but they are blaming us instead ...they don't take responsibility today morning my daughter woke up and saw that pup was died and after that my daughter didn't even take good and water don't ever buy pet's in that store they say this pet is fine but they are really sick.. we even saw a cat which was having sever infection .. the don't take good care of pet's worst pet store ever

I was regular customer for thos place from almost a year plus. Recently i have started seeing no stocks available. I visit this place for cat food but my last three visits i was informed no stocks. They have pile of stocks if whiskas and pedigree but then if I need only viskas why would I visit this shop ..these brands are available in Ratnadeep too...i had kept my phone number too asking them to call me post stock is available but they didn't do that too and keep saying it just got over. I have decided not to waste my fuel and time visiting this place. I visited comfy pet near Jubilee checkpost and they had plenty stocks and bought all stuff from there. The only reason I preferred this shop is due to it close distance...i would henceforth avoid this shop completely and visit comfy pet which atleast guarantees me that the stock would be always there. I took my ShihTtzu for grooming the groomers don't know how to trim the coat properly instead they say the coat makes the dog beautiful and they even don't cut the nails properly and don't have the nail grinding equipment. They have many grooming persons but they don't care of one dog they waste the time. by interacting with all the dogs talk to the customers and make the customer to wait for so long. They make us to purchase pawship member card worth rs 1000 to get discounts in all with purchase of rs 2000 but won't get food grooming sessions what we want for me the card is waste the thousand rupees worth cardwhat they gave me is waste and they are even not taking the card and not returning the money or items with the amount of card they are in cashing with the customers emotions its acquired business strategy not love towards pets. Even one star is not worthy for their service.

I’ve been recommended by a friend and decided to visit the store immediately. Let me tell you that this place is a 4 floors building completely dedicated for all pets, birds, fishes , dogs, cats etc. and you’ll be taken for a tour too! They’ve got all kinds of equipment for all animals which make the living of the owner and pet very easy. Definitely take a visit to this place because , just like me, you will definitely many things that are v useful your pet. The vast variety of food that is healthy and tasty will definitely leave everyone in an awe. There’s grooming services, training services, medical services and what not. You can literally find everything at this place. I’m sure I’ll be sticking around with the store services for a while. The staff and everyone are really friendly so everything should go very smooth to all.

I got shihtzu puppy 38 days after getting home with in just one day it started blood motions and vomiting,then I rushed to which is consulted by b2m ...he said puppy is very healthy ....even though I doubted and rushed to another doctor, then he said that it's a parvo virus .....and I got puppy to b2m who sold me (aman) he said keep puppy with me 15 days after it get good health take to home ...that evening only he called and said me puppy had died .....iam very much cried....playing with emotions very very worst breeds no quality ...money minded people ...I lost my money and my bruno ...... iam suggesting people please don't buy and waste ur money waste shop .....I shop all puppies are active but after taking home u will know the truth ....please once ready reviews before buying in this store ...... thankyou!

I have brought a golden retriver from this place on 06th June 2021. They told us, this was the best and active breed and healthy pup. Although I doubted my self while seeing puppy, it was little inactive. They told, dont bother it will be active once habituated for you ppl. I observed week,he was inactive. And lastly after 45dys he was became weeker than before, we taken him to Vet.. after 2dys he was died. He is still a pup . Money got wasted by choosing this store. Within 45 dys faced loss around 50k.. Earlier, I have dediced to buy one more shihtzu at B2M. But now at any cost Im not gonna dare. And I suggest to every one ,while taking puppy pls take to doctr and check his health condition and then proceed further steps. Thanks.

I purchased Beagle dog from store for rs 26000 Person who is in dog's department told Beagle is very friendly but no it is not at all friendly. It bite my 4 years old kid while playing and my mother while feeding.. While eating food it is dangerously aggressive.. some one might have punished this dog so badly. Now her behaviour is totally changed. How much ever we pamper her and cuddle end of the day it is ready to attack. IT is always serious.. I used to have a dog lab so friendly.. it was with me for almost 9 years.. it used to protect me like anything.. it used to stop eating food if I don't pamper him...

I had taken Golden retriever puppy 4-5 months back, puppy is now 6 months old. But puppy is not having fur as golden retriever should have. Comparing with other Golden retriever mine is too low quality. My suggestion for every buyers u check puppies mother and father, and take written guarantee from management on pure quality or else they should take puppy back. For management my suggestion would be don't keep customer on dark side, u share information abt the quality too because it's very annoying to see puppy after 6 months if quality is bad. I am sharing pictures when I brought puppy and present pictures.

Amazing place, the pets here are all top quality and are kept in clean cages and rooms. I got my persian kitten from here and she's super healthy and active. I went to many places in Hyderabad for my kitten but eventually found the kitten at B2M to be the most cute and healthy one. They follow up regularly for her health and any issues, they also gave me a starter kit for my kitten which helped me a lot since I was adopting a cat for the first time. Highly recommended place for any pet lover. They gave huge collection for foot, toys and everything else you would need to keep your pet active and healthy.

Worst experience too much attitude the person in fishery department was like this shop belongs to my niece so do what ever you want . Rather prefer another shop even if it is costly than this shop . Products are of substandard quality which are priced almost 200% more than the existing price Most of the products are Chinese and don’t have any MRP on them . We are forced to buy at a cost which they are told. Too much of attitude in them Products won’t last more than a month Shopkeepers officially tell that there is no warranty on their products. Better file a complaint in consumer court for overpricing .

it is a tough job to handle my pet because he's in aggressive mood all the time, i went many grooming centers in Hyderabad no one handled in proper.. and one of my frnd suggested now now to meow meow, I visited their and they received me like friend every staff has a friendly behavior, and finally they handled with proper way and I'm Happy with these staff and service, nd my dog was very aggressive and he's not listening, hesitating but they diverted my pet and they pampered him nd they gave some treats nd finally he groomed♥️ thanks for your great service

I have seen no other store like this... Everything is available at this place. What ever pet you need is available. Every member of my family has an entire floor dedicated to their favorite pet. Fish, cat, birds, puppies. Services like clinic, boarding, grooming are excellent. My friend Karthik referred me to this store for boarding. They have pampered my Rusty more than I do. I am really happy with their service. They have given my rusty a full grooming before coming home. I loved the grooming service very well too.

Worst experience. Very worst and low quality of products. I brought aquarium tank it costs rs-8000, with in 15 days it just cracked on it own. I have asked for replacement. That said they will try to fix the issue and asked me to leave the aquarium at shop and I did. Even after the escalation to management team they failed to provide the replacement or compensation . Waste of money and time. Don’t ever I prefer to take any product or pets from this shop. Such a low brand cheap quality maintained shop

1.purchased 2 puppies from The Pet Shop over the years and they were both very healthy dogs. The employees are very kind and helpful. I would also like to add that this is the cleanest and most well kept pet shop in the area. 2.The experience was great. I bought a guinea pig and they gave me a wonderful cage with it that came with the kit. 3.I have been very happy with the service in The Pet Shop in the Kukadpally branch. The facility is very clean and the animals look healthy and happy.

Good store for all your pet needs. However it's quite pricey. My turnoff was that it stinks a bit... should have been maintained better for all that they charge. End of they day, let's not forget this is pure business and there are others who compare better. Staff is quite informative and knowledgeable. There are grooming services available. Parking is a little bit limited as there are other businesses in the building, but you can get lucky depending on time of the day.

This pet shop is overrated guys. Please don't buy from here. I purchased birds and when i checked their actual price in other pet shops it clearly shows they are looting 100% profits for these birds. Aftersales is far worse, i called their shop and the girl at shop told they have someone at shop that can help my birds leg injury. they made me to come to the shop travelling 45 min, after we reached they told they guy is not there and i need to go visit a doctor.

Purchased 45 days old Golden retriever puppy, after 2 days it started vomiting and blood motions, rushed to doctor found out to be Parvo virus, Kennel management is not even bothered about puppy health they did not vaccinated the puppy within 45 days as it should be, and blaming me for not taking care of puppy. I travelled 45 mins to attend their free general checkup camp on 15th August, 2023 for my pet Rabbit at Kukatpalli. The Doctor didn't even see my pet, forget about checkup. The only activity he did was give me a visiting card of some Pet hospital and asked me to visit. Anyway my pet was not sick just wanted a general checkup which they didn't do. Will never visit them again. Not recommended at all.

They will never pick your calls nor give you appointment for grooming. They give a number to call and get appointment for grooming no one will answer that. In case they answers they will tell you that they will call you in 10 minutes. They will never call back. Worst way of dealing with customers. Waste of time and energy. The store is set up well and easy to navigate. The employees are always helpful and considerate. The choice of pet food brands is incredible and they also carry a locally made dog food that is excellent. There is a large selection of cat food too. The rabbits and ferrets and other pets have lots of choices too.love to visit again and again.

The place consists of 4 floors... 1st floor having pet foods..ground floor is reception cum pet accessories... Second floor is full of aquarium fishes pots etc etc... Third floor is full of dogs and birds... It's having pet cleaning service too... I loved this place.... Reasonable prices in aquarium rates... Must place for pet lovers....

It's an good store for pets food and grooming. Literally to say it's just a awsome store. Am totally happy with the service of food and grooming, today my bro has taken my 2 Persian cats, there service is superb. I suggest everyone to vidit the store. In B2M there is also a sale of parrots, pegions, fishes, dogs, pets accessories.

Had a good laugh when I first encountered this store. I think this is intentional to make sure it gets recognised more from word of mouth. However the service was also not disappointing. It was good, Ravi did a good job in explaining the needs that I had. Overall a good store that has both products for pets and information.

Have visited different pet shops before visiting here and also after visiting here. But haven't found service provided like here. And special mention for Pooja, person who assisted us during the entire phase of visiting and purchasing. She assisted us very good and explained in a very good way. Must visit for pet lovers.

This is the worst service I have ever faced. Spoilt the entire haircut of my shih-tzu dog. I never suggest this pet shop to any one. If possible I ll attach photographs. Please do watch your puppy while in service never go away from it. They will spoil your puppy for sure. But my money was refunded from manager.

The worst pet store . My daughter purchased a beagle on 5th of June 2023 from this store . It’s infected with Parvovirus . When I called the store people to inform about this they asked me to take it to doctor as they have sold the puppy and they are not responsible. Selling sick puppies and cheating people .

Bought a 2feet bird cage on 15th aug, first they will say an exorbitant price and later give 5% discount. The cage i bought after discount was for 2500 where as the same cage with accesories sold in Amazon for 1700. I had an urgent need so didn't buy online but they are just looting people.

Nice store for the pet needs, but a bit costly as per other stores at nearby places. You can get every support for your pets and the aura inside it is well maintained. They should have work on some cost reduction so that it can be supportive for all financial categories of people

Excellent service. Very humble groomers. Groomers are very well behaved and trained too. They take care of puppies very well. Worth visiting again and again. We made it point to bring our Jimmy on a regular basis because they make him look cutest buddy in the world.

Reducing the review rating to 4 since the availability of the products has been decreased a lot. Usually was better with cast collection of toys but now whenever I visit there are no new toys or harnesses absolutely for big fur buddies. The options are very narrow

never bring your pet for grooming here!!! the staff is not friendly with the pets, they deal pets by keeping fear while grooming. and also my shih tzu now have skin infection after grooming soo please think twice before visiting. NO HATE!
