Do not get in the car wash queue before you have a code or you can get stuck for hours. Zero signs warning you about the wait or the fact that you need this code beforehand. Staff behind counter pretty grumpy too when I politely pointed out that there should at least be some signage before you get blocked in

Decent enough BP Garage with a good selection of M&S Food products - Cash machine, EV Charging Points and Air/Tyre Pressure Machine available. Please note this is advertised as open 24 hours - this is incorrect and not the case as the garage is shut in the early hours.

Never open past 12AM other than for fuel but only when one of the rudest female member of staff that I've ever met is working there, otherwise can go at all hours. Ambulance crews told to go elsewhere from now to effectly boycott this store.

Best avoided when the nearby Greenwich university and Crown Woods School are open as you get gormless students cluttering the place up buying sweets etc and not moving when asked when you just want to pay for your petrol and get on your way.

The garage overall is fairly decent. A few things on Google need editing though. The garage isn't 24 hour. It closes at 2:30am - 3:30am The 'free' air for the tire pump isn't technically 'free' you need £1.00 to turn the machine on.

Rude staff, they close the station randomly at night when its supposed to be 24 hours. Sometimes they only serve fuel and don’t let you shop. Really confusing concept of a station, you never know what you will find.

Car wash a joke. Queuing for over hour because they don’t keep the exit clear. Then the joey who works in their tries to tell me it ain’t the case and that each wash is taking over ten minutes..

Used to be brilliant open 24 hrs with Marks and Sparks open too...went tonight no open but no longer can ya buy food and softdrink..pointless now unless you want smokes

Terrible communication with the public . It takes 1 minute too put something on your website regarding if you have fuel or not ....but no it's far too much trouble .

Always well stocked and quick to get through the tills I agree that the staff dont smile, I wouldn't either to place is so busy …

Advertising 24hrs….I’ve passed this petrol station everyday for the last 2 weeks at 2.30am and it’s never open….what’s the point.

Can’t believe how rude the lady who does the coffee is (rest of staff are pleasant enough though )
