Pretty shocked with the service at this place. There was one car in front of me and 3 behind me. When it came to my turn for a wash, they washed quick and asked me to move out. The lady behind me was a very young attractive black lady driving a sports BMW. All attention went to her from the staff who were all male. After parking my car for the dry off and interior. I sat waiting for them to start. In total there was 6 people on shift that day. After the young lady's BMW was washed it was moved next to my car and all 6 of the guys working jumped and started cleaning her car. They haven't touched my car yet. They spent 45 min drying her car and cleaning the interior. 6 of them while my car and 3 other cars that haven't been washed is still waiting for their cars to be washed and cleaned.. Yes, even the guy washing the cars jumped to clean the BMW inside. After they have finished with the BMW they told the young woman driving the car that she does not have to pay its her lucky day. After she left. They proceeded to clean the other cars that came after me. I got very angry, grabbed a towel and wet cloth and started drying off my own car and cleaning the door hinges. Even though I was doing this by myself and all the staff saw, not one of them came to complete the job on my car. After I was done, the lady manager came to me and asked if I took the full wash and I said yes, she then stated that there are 3 other cars, (all came after me) that they need to vacume then they will come do my car. I told her to leave it and asked for half my money back, she refused and told me that next time I come they will help me first.. I spent 3 and a half hours at this car wash just to clean my own car and still had to pay full price... How revolting.

in the beginning the service at the car wash was excellent and quick nowadays they dont even care how long u wait in the line last weekend i went again and there was only 1 car in the wash bay and i stood for 45 min for them to finish up when it waa my turn my roof on my bakie and my canopy wasn't even washed so i will not go there anymore i will go and look for a car wash where they are willing to keep customers and do a decent job

Today is the 2nd time I've arrived at this petrol station where there are plenty staff just standing around, they even looked at my car but totally ignored the fact that I needed petrol. What a lazy bunch! Disgusting service. I can't believe this has happened again! Are they doing so well that they can afford to ignore potential clients? Well that's it now. I will not recommend them and I won't give them my business!

Maybe the management can explain why I arrived to a half full garage to wait a FULL 5 minutes to not even be attended to. Staff saw me and I saw them so there’s really no excuse. Proper lazy staff. Ended up leaving and will use them again.

They make you wait way too long for service. This happens to me 3 out of every 5 visits. Staff generally seem demotivated and happy to let you go due non service.

Beggars keep knocking on car windows... when you park there .... You should attend to this issue....
