I went to fill up my tank with petrol and suddenly the attendants turned off the pump before I could finish filling up. After 5 minutes of me wondering why and about to go inside to ask what had happened, the lady attendant at bp came out and told me they turned off the petrol pump becuase they said my registration was expired... I knew my registration was not expired and I quickly went on the Vic roads Web site and showed them my documents stating clearly that my registration was in fact CURRENT. They continued to profile and question me before eventually giving up and letting me fill up the remainder of my tank. I don't understand why this happened to me at this bp and I don't understand why those attendents did that to me. It was very strange and unfair. I won't be going to this petrol station again.

Really Bad service as soon as you walk in they watch every step you take l walked in we said hello all good! l turned my back to the counter to look at the ice creams l grabbed one the turned to look at the lolly's l felt eye's on me looked up and the cashier is looking at me l then walk around to look at the chips as l approached them again l felt eyes on me as l looked up the cashier stepped back from behind a tall thing of lollys blocking his vision at the till he stairs straight at me lm sorry but l had to say something l earn $90 to $100000 a year and was look at like a thief l have never gotten that from any other BP service station b4 really bad

Lined up for 15 minutes to be told the efpost and atm weren't working and to go somewhere else poor service with a lady that doesn't even know what she's doing running the place and is very rude! Won't be going back

Brilliant customer service, very clean store, Awesome taste of hand made coffee. They also toast my sandwiches. I haven't seen any bp or any petrol pum does that. Really sold out the the customer service.

usually good service here but the man today did not say a single word to me and was talking on the phone, didn't even look at me when I paid. I said have a nice day when I left and got no response

Very rude staff I am loyal Custmer of bp always fill gas or deseal I asked to use toilets she say no u can’t or don’t even know Custmer service happened with me first time

Friendly staff happy to help. I do find the other BP and other branded fuel stations to be cheaper than this particular store though.

Try to use toilet , but didn’t let me use , no customer can’t use . And prices are toooou much . Won’t recommend anyone

Heres a tip, teach your staff abit of customer service and tell them to get off their mobile phones while serving .

I think that the team here are excellent. Great to get a free coffee when you fill up and they always smile!

Says you're open 24 hours on your website but after driving to your store it says you shut at 10PM.
