I took my 2002 C220 Mercedes Benz to Brooklands Auto for some work to be done on the - Engine and gear box mountings. - Door locking mechanism - Level Sensor - Pump Which was all paid in full as per invoice. On arrival to pick up the car, the car wouldn't select any gears which was never something I had trouble with ever. They then told me to do a diagnostic to check what the issue was, which I went forward at my expensive. The issue was Identified as a problem with the gear selector, which was then changed and repaired. at my expensive again. This was all done in July 2020. During lock down I could count the times i used the car as I didn't travel much. Invoice (Date 7/21/2020) Fast forward to (23/10/20) my car only selects reverse and doesn't engage into "DRIVE". I have contacted Brooklands Auto to drive out to me to take a look at car. which was 3 months after the repairs were done. When you pay such amounts to have your car repaired you expect it to have some sort professional courtesy to the customers. My car hasn't been the same seen leaving that workshop and is still standing till today because they refuse to take responsibility for their extremely bad workmanship, Further more the door locking mechanism that was changed worked once on. I would never recommend anyone take their cars to Brooklands Auto their assurance to deliver on the repairs are appalling. I am not one to post poor reviews but I am horrified with their ability to deliver and want no one to have the experience I have.

What an incredible bunch of unprofessional charlatans. My wife went in October 2021 in her S320 Merc with front suspension too low. They diagnosed left front airmatic shock perforated. 12500.00 later and a day after the repair, front suspension too low again, 11500.00 again and right front airmatic shock replace. Fast forward a week later when my wife was back with me in Botswana...front suspension too low again.... After extensive and repeated begging and pleading that they honour their warranty i got absolutely no meaningful response nor did they make even the slightest effort to rectify or to assist in solving the issue....the very issue I spent 24000.00 to them to repair.....fast forward to last weekend after some remodeling and work done to the actual brand new shock I have rectified the issue, no thanks to these unbelievably unhelpful individuals. If I could give minus star rating I would. They don't deserve to represent Mercedes Benz in any way. Would not recommend they even wash your car let alone repair it

This place had efficient employees, welcoming and good service to customers. Of late they are unprofessional. A year ago they messed up my car. Late last year they changed the new battery for an old one. This year my car was in their workshop for over 4 months. They failed to assist me. Wi never recommend them to anyone. I rest my case
