Ron was so friendly and very informative with all my questions. The process was quick and easy. I never wanted to drive a van until I rented one from them. Johan may not have spoke English but he pulled his phone out to translate. The customer service was excellent. I’m definitely coming back. They made me feel like family.

I was pleased Been renting from them for a month, But the only thing I didn’t like, is that they Gave me a rental that had problems. The same day I had to drive 15hrs away this is the only rental I had a problem with. The rotors are bad an This is very risky pray I make it from Atlanta back to New York with bad Rotors.

Excellent experience. Car I booked was the car I got and it was clean and well maintained. Location is convenient from Manhattan, pick-up and drop off were easy and Alvaro couldn't have been nicer. Only reason not giving 5 stars is that I wish they were open later. Would definitely rent from them again.

It was a easy process and Carla the person who help me was so professional and helpful, the staff is amazing how they work and communicate with each other. If you need a car you can come by and get it in less than an hour and ask for Carla she is the best.
