I placed a special order that would take 3-4 days. I finally called a week later and was told to come & pick it up. When I arrived, there wasn't an order packaged for me. I had to go and find my items. What was the purpose of taking the order?

They say do price match but they don't. I've tried few different occasions. Both times staff reduced the price a little only stating their cost is higher. Won't be going back

For such a large store the selection is pretty poor, there is absolutely nothing to make this store stand out amongst the other 10 liquor stores within a 2km radius.

Excellent selection and prices. Very knowledgable and helpful staff. Much like Ace Liquor but with some different products and better sale prices.

Sketchy and inflated prices. What do you look for in a liquor store? They do have a decent selection being a new location. I’d still go elsewhere.

Had never heard about BSW Liquor until I saw them on Flipp. They had good deals on sparkling wine, rum, cognac etc. Would recommend.
