Very sexist customer service. Just watched as a young blonde lady in front wasn’t asked for ID when she looked 17. However, 24 and 25 year old boys were asked for ID. Good work BWS!

Very small store, very limited range, but its convenient and the staff are mostly quite lovely. Its a mini store, and its not pretending to be anything other than that.

Very rude workers always made to feel uncomfortable. Have to show your lisence every time you go in there. Absolute power trip you work in a bottleshop come on.

Couple of weeks back staff asked me for my ID i showed them my NSW photo id and they refused to serve me. Is an australian ID not valid in Victoria?

Very rude customer service. Lady who works there is premium rude and kinda racist. BWS should train staff in behaviour.
