I do not recommend this Vet. I have been taking my pets here ever since we moved to this area and noticed over the last two years it's all about the money and less about the care of your beloved pet. I actually think this Vet is irresponsible and harmful to our beloved pets. For example, one of the Vets recommended pulling out ALL of my 1 year old cats teeth instead of trying treatment to reduce gum flare up. She said treatment never works and to just schedule surgery. I insisted on trying the medication and guess what it worked. As it turned out, my cat never had gum disease in the first place and had I listened to this Vet ALL of his teeth would have been pulled out for no reason but hey they would have made $3000 on surgery at my cat's expense. This leads me to the most recent incident here. My cat has not been feeling well, not eating so we brought him in and asked for a heart worm test which the vet declined stating cats don't get heart worms. She insisted on running tests on things that are spreadable among cats. We have multiple cats and our other cats are fine but she insisted. $700 later she has no idea what's wrong with our cat. We made an appointment with another Vet here a week later because our cat isn't getting better. We did a heart worm test and guess what that's what he has. But instead of dealing with that she insisted on running up our bill trying to add other tests that are not needed. If you Google heart worms our cat has every symptom so instead of dealing with that they want to run up the bill as much as possible. I asked for heart worm prevention for our other cats that have been seen here- was told it's wonderful and all cats benefit from Revolution but this vet had the audacity to decline my prescription so I could help prevent my other cats from getting this deathly disease after spending $1500 in two visits just to find out my cat has heart worms which costs $50. Stay away this place does not care about your pets.

I can't speak highly enough of Babcock Hills Veterinary. When my shar pei developed an infection, they swiftly and effectively cleaned the affected area and prescribed the necessary antibiotics to aid in her recovery. Their expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence that my pet was receiving the best care possible. In addition to their exceptional treatment of my shar pei, they went above and beyond by thoroughly examining my cat's tumor and conducting the necessary tests to determine if it was cancerous. Their thoroughness and commitment to providing accurate diagnoses brought immense relief to me as a pet owner. Talk about a one of a kind place! Babcock Hills Veterinary Hospital has truly exceeded my expectations. I called this place yesterday and talked to Pam who was super friendly and helpful. She helped me to get an appointment pretty much right away for my cat, Dale. My family and I brought Dale in who was approximately 17 years old and having health issues. When we arrived, the gentleman behind the desk (wearing santa riding a dinosaur sweater) welcomed us and made us feel at home. When we were called to the back (less than 5 minutes), the technician (she wasn't wearing a name plate) was very sweet and gentle with him while getting his weight. The DVM, Hunter Schrank, was the best vet I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was so caring and thorough with his assessment of Dale. With the issues Dale was having and Hunter verifying our suspicions, we realized Dale quality of life was not healthy and he was suffering. So my family agreed having him not suffer anymore. Hunter walked us through exactly what was going to happen and answered all the questions my kids had. So heartbreaking. They made us a Christmas tree ornament of Dale's paw print. Such a thoughtful idea with all that went on. To the staff at Babcock Hills Veterinary Hospital, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Y'all really go the extra mile. If you took the time to read all of this, I want you to know Babcock Hills Veterinary Hospital will take the best possible care of you and your pet.

Always an absolutely incredible experience, for the past 25+years. They are a little bit more pricey than other's near by, but you get what you pay for! The BEST Vet's, Tech's, staff, equipment, cleanliness, patience, and kindness. I have NEVER felt rushed or told "quick fixes." They tend and care for, the physical and emotional well being of your furry family members, as well as consult you about the best plan for your ability, both actual and mental, as well as financial care. They spent hours with me, breaking down each cost of each test, and asked me many, many questions, so we could figure out together, what was wrong with my VERY sick kitty. Then, they saved her life! I could never thank each staff member enough, for their love and kindness, they have shown my entire family and all of our pets, throughout the years. Lastly, and most importantly, I was trying to save money by going to another vet close by one year. A routine neuter turned into an operation gone terribly wrong, and us having to put our previous pup down after 3 weeks of agony. I'll never go to another Vet again! Thank you Babcock Hills!!!

Dr. Rhonda Lane has been my Shih Tzu’s Doctor since I have gotten him. She is such a great doctor and I can always tell she truely puts her heart in what she does. My Shih Tzu has had a lot of problems but she always finds the problem and makes him better. This past few months he became sick something internally he wasn’t eating and vomiting she put him on some medicine and new food and he is eating and doing so much better. She also has preformed all of the surgeries on him (neuter& teeth extractions) and did an excellent job. The staff is also really friendly and eager to help. I also drop my dogs for boarding here When I go out of town and am always at peace knowing they are being taken care of. I have taken all of my Pets here. We lived on that side of town for a while but moved downtown this year (30m away) but we still take them to this vet. I always feel like my pets are in the best hands at this vet. thank you to Dr.lane and other staff for everything you do for our fur babies! also the vet techs are always super awesome.

I brought my dog Benji here because he was sick and recently left a different vet because of a negative experience so this place was recommended to me. It was definitely a positive experience coming here. All the staff was so nice and it's very obvious they are happy to be there which says a lot about a business. The tech that handled my dog (I can't remember his name) was so so nice and sweet to my dog. He had to walk him to the back without me a few times since Benji needed to have an x-ray and ultrasound done and he was totally comfortable with it. Especially considering those can both be intimidating experiences for a dog. Each time Benji came back to me clearly happy. Dr. Stricklin was also very nice and sweet with Benji and was very thorough and answered all my questions with clarity. I've already booked him and my other two pets to return for their anuals here and planning to make this their long term vet. They also have plenty of potty space outside and a gated potty area as well.

This clinic has been our main clinic for about 2 years now and they have been very helpful when in came to our new pup, even more so when we rescued our second pup. We had such great trust in them and didn't even think we would have a bad experience until today. Vanessa Sanchez had taken advantage of that trust as she had failed to verify my pups records before releasing prescription. Luckily it was only prevention but this still should have not been the case. Our main concern was why didn't she or the other tech verify their records before offering the medication, as they usual did. She kept claiming that is was offered as a courtesy and that we could have declined it. Again that was not the case, courtesy would have been to verify their records and inform us of any upcoming prescription and then offer the prescription. This case just made it seem like the clinic was charging us just to charge without reason. Very reserved on returning back to this clinic until Dr. Lane can help.

I've had dogs my whole life and never found a better Vet than Babcock Hills! I had HORRIBLE experiences with Becker and other vets here in town. So when it came to finding a good vet to take our Henry to get neutered, I did my homework. From the moment I was on the phone with this team, I was impressed. They offer text notifications and reminders. They called me several times throughout Henry's day letting me know that he was headed into surgery, then again to tell me that he was out and had a successful time. Then even again when he had woken up and gave me the report that while he was still somewhat groggy he was waggin his tale and all was well. I'm impressed with them in many ways. Their team was knowledgeable and very friendly. They offer the Care Credit Card - and they even had a great website that has all of the paperwork that I needed to fill out before the appointment. Just fantastic! If your little furry family member needs a good vet - look no further!

Dr. Strickland and Dr. Lane are the best! Vets are thorough and I appreciate the time they take to explain your pets health. We’ve taken our cats and dog there when they need anything beyond routine vaccinations. Always impressed with the front desk staff and veterinarians. When our dog Stella somehow tore one of her dew claws they were able to see her the next day and the bandage she came home with was amazing. Also when one of our cats had an emergency we were able to drop him off in the morning so he could be seen without an appointment. Dr. Strickland has been so great about discussing our cats health issues. We used to see another vet but she retired, happy to stick with Babcock Hills from now on. It may be pricier but the service and care is on par. Wouldn’t want anything less for my babies. In addition they have vets who can provide USDA certificates for when pets travel internationally. This has been very helpful to us and Stella.

All of the vets I've had the pleasure of knowing and speaking to over the years have always been exceptionally kind and clearly care about not only the animal patients they're treating, but making sure the pet owners feel like they have the information and resources they need to care for their pets. I never feel as though I'm being pushed into getting extra, unnecessary services either, which is very important to me. The front desk staff are always kind (but efficient, and I love that lol) and great at helping with appointments, medication fills and questions for the doctors. Every tech that's handled my cats has always clearly been careful and gentle with them, and given them a little extra love and pets to help keep them calm. It's just super clear that the culture and environment of this practice is one of genuine care for the animals they're treating. The only way I will ever change vet offices is if I move or they close! Love y'all!

In your area caring for my son post surgery. His dog suddenly became seriously ill and as it was Sun, we took him to an ER vet. A horrific 10.5 hour wait, only to be discharged. But, this isn’t their review. The staff encouraged us to bring him in prior to our appointment time as we knew he would not last until then. On arrival, staff quickly loaded him onto a gurney and an exam quickly confirmed he was gravely ill. The Dr explained options and gave us honest answers. My son made the most difficult choice to euthanize him. EVERYthing was handled with utmost respect , compassion and professionalism. Due to driving limitations, we requested a slightly faster return of his ashes to which they graciously honored. As promised, we received a lovely box with his name carved in the lid as well as a paw print impression. I would absolutely direct anyone to Babcock for veterinary care. If there was a 10 star rating, I would give it. Thank you

I took one of my cats to Babcock Hills yesterday when his normal vet didn't have an open appointment until 3pm. Babcock Hills was able to get him in a 9am that morning. My cat Loki has allergy issues and there had been a lot of changes and excitement with a new baby in the household, so his nervousness only made them worse. I knew that his allergy meds alone just weren't cutting it. I have anxiety and when my cats aren't well, it really effects me too. I was so happy with my experience here. Everyone, from the front desk staff, the techs, and the vet, Doctor Lewis were all very friendly, kind, understanding, and helpful. They were very understanding of my anxiety and told me they were there if we needed anything. I called this morning just to get some clarification on Loki's steroid injection and I received an answer within minutes. I'm very impressed with the service I received. They truly understand that our pets are our family!

We absolutely love Babcock Hills Vet. The entire staff team has always been kind, caring, responsive and excellent at communicating changes, updates and responding to questions and concerns. We recently took our pup in for a sick visit and received a follow-up email to check in on him, which I just thought was so excellent and thoughtful. We have seen multiple vets here and they’ve all been wonderful, however, we absolutely adore Dr. Gomes. She is so genuine, kind and very informative. She remembers things we share about our lives and our pup, which is evident in the subsequent visits. Her recommendations are always in the best interest of our pup and she never hesitates to provide resources/research, etc. I appreciate how she speaks warmly yet professionally to us and how she treats our pup and makes him feel comfortable at the office. I highly recommend this vet and wouldn’t take our pup anywhere else.

I love this place! I adoped a dog that clearly had issues on her skin. I went to a vet somewhere else who just gave me a few theories and sent me home with a shampoo. I knew she needed way more help, so I tried Babcock Hills and they validated that yes she needed a good amount of tests and meds. They did a skin scrape and a tail xray, found TWO infections on her skin and gave us meds. In about 2-4 months her skin was fully healed. I have seen about 3 different vets here and they have all been wonderful so you can't go wrong. If budget is an issue, they always tell me upfront the cost of the procedures so I can decide. Tests are run quickly, and if they take a few days, the doctor herself calls and discusses the results. I really feel like my dog is in great hands, she is at ease through the appointment and all the vet technicians are so sweet. I am so happy I found them.

I absolutely, positively could not recommend Babcock Hills more. My pets and I are always treated like family. I have never had a bad experience, never. My treatment options are always clearly laid out and fully explained along with costs. Furthermore, the veterinarians actually listen to you and your thoughts. I have never been made to feel “silly” for bringing in research I’ve found. We have Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, some say this breed is delicate, and the veterinarians know about the health concerns of this breed which was so comforting. If you claim to have had a bad experience with Babcock Hills I would ask you to please reevaluate the circumstances. BONUS, they are AAHA accredited. This is hard to get and hard to maintain. They are also a certified cat friendly practice. I truly believe you will not find a better animal hospital.

Over the past few years, we've been using Babcock Hills as our vet. We had a great experience with one of their vets, however, the majority of the others were OK at best; either not listening to what we've witnessed or experienced with our pet, or finding any which way to nickel and dime you. Most recently, we had gone in for a teeth cleaning for our 3 year old dog which was listed as a $99 cleaning. We left there with an $821 bill. I knew 2 additional vaccinations were needed, so I was expecting a little over the cleaning amount, but not by that much. They never provided an estimated cost, only called to say they're also doing their follow-up on a skin irritation that she had. I'm fine with paying a few extra dollars for her meds, additional vaccinations, but they absolutely found ways to keep adding to that bottom line.

I could not say enough great things about this vet!!! We have been taking our dogs here for a while now and they have always been so kind and compassionate towards us. They are so good at explaining what's going on and why and providing us with different options based on pricing. We have never experienced a vet like this where you really feel so comforted and secure in that your pet will be treated with the best of care. You really could not get a better experience here! To add on, they were so kind and compassionate with us when we had to put our dog down, and they time and time again made the effort to help us through our grief. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us during that terrible moment in our lives. Everything they have done for our pets and our family could not be more appreciated.

I was really impressed with how personable and helpful each person was that I interacted with, starting with Pam (I think that was her name) on the phone who was so reassuring and informative, working to get us an appointment that met our needs. Checking in was also really easy and the ladies at the front desk were very nice and communicative. The vet assistant and vet were both fantastic, and really human, showing lots of love to my fur-baby, sitting on the floor with him to help him feel at ease. Every vet I have been to before this was so much the opposite of what I experienced here, cold, systematic, and unavailable. I would 1000% recommend Babcock Hills for their availability, person-ability, communication, care, and attention to detail.

This is a really great animal clinic. I'm so glad I chose Babcock Hills for my cat Saturn. The staff is very nice, accommodating and professional. She has been a patient since 2015 when I adopted her, and they have always gone above and beyond, especially in making sure that Saturn is comfortable. They kept me updated throughout the day when she had her surgery. Dr. Zapalac is fantastic. Her knowledge is extensive, and I always felt very informed about a test or medication, and she obviously cares a lot about my cat's well being. I would definitely recommend this clinic to any pet owners, and especially other cat owners. They're very aware of a cat's needs, and I always feel like she's in good hands.

The staff and all the Dr.’s are fantastic!! We have been with this vet since our first dog 2007. We have an appreciation for the care they shown our animals when they were ill or just there for wellness checks! Always letting us decide on conservative treatment before going more aggressive which included cost factors! It Helps us make a determination on which route is the better decision for our dog (s). They were accommodating during a difficult time when we had to put our sweet boy (Labrador) down due to old age and tumors. We were able to spend time with our baby for a couple of hours… and the kindness shown was amazing! Thanks to Babcock Hills Vets and Staff! ❤️

I've had to come to Babcock hills twice in the last week (Monday & Friday) for my baby. I love how kind and careful they are with Speedy. She's usually such a fast upbeat dog and right now she's having a rough time. Dr. Schrank has been AMAZING in taking care of her and trying to find out what is wrong. Today she had to get blood work the tech who came in to talk to me about it relieved any worry I had as well. She was professional and explained everything. Also Both times I called was the day of, they saw her both times. I'd recommend Babcock hills to everyone. See you back for her rerecheck on the 19th. Hopefully with a Speedy that is back to normal.

Nice vet clinic with a solid Aggie Veterinarian on staff. We are from out of town on an extended stay and needed to update our dogs annual vaccinations. They set us up with an appointment and got us scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. Typical small-animal, urban clinic. Definitely a clinic to use if you are all caught up in the Covid-19 scare. They appear to cater to that type of crowd. The only major complaint I had was that they spammed the heck out of my email and text after giving them my contact information. Just a constant stream of texts and emails for a simple one time visit. I would have given 5 star review if they had not spammed me.

I cannot say enough great things about this vet! They're courteous and professional and treat my cat, Zap, with the best care. I treat him like my child and have very high standards for his care. Babcock Hills exceeds expectations every time. I even joke to my husband that I wish I could find a people-doctor that's as good as these guys. They have a separate waiting area just for cats and even have a back exit to help ease kitty anxiety. Dr. Zapalac is so knowledgeable and treats Zap very gently. You can tell she has a great compassion for her furry clientele. She always explains things clearly and does a thorough treatment.

Was recommended to this office by a friend and I can see why! These guys are awesome! I came in looking for a second opinion after terrible services at a precious office. The staff is very personable and welcoming, they even had a little sign with all the pets coming in that day which I thought was a nice touch! We met with Dr Zapalac who was very nice and informative. She took the time to listen to our concerns and even touched based with the previous office for some history on my pet. I left there feeling more at ease and with more information than I had at my previous vet that I had seen 3+ times with the same concern.

I always appreciate the care all of my animals receive at this Veterinary clinic - which is why I always recommend it to anyone looking for a Vet. Dr. Alldredge is simply amazing with both my giant girl (Cane Corso) and my little boy (French Bulldog). In fact, so are all of the techs... they handle my big girl with such grace, because she loves everyone there, she gets so excited every time we go... and a 120 lb excited pup can be a handful. Both my dogs also get groomed there- they come home smelling amazing! The staff at the front desk are so friendly and responsive and checking in and out is always done efficiently.

I have a mini schnauzer that’s 12 years old. She’s my world. I’ve had her since she was 7 weeks old and I have to say, this is the first vet clinic she feels so comfortable at. The staff are extremely nice and informative. For exams, they don’t just tell you what to do. They actually tell you what tests are good to get, needed, etc.. Yes, some may think they are a little on the pricey side but honestly, it’s worth it when you see the love and care they give to your little one that you would give yourself. Thank you Babcock Hills for treating my Brody love like she’s your own!

Very passionate vets and team. We had an emergency Our dog was ravaged by a stray dog. This dog pulled the fur and skin back from above the tail to the nape of the neck. I was in shock, jumped in my car and this was the first vet I could find. They took our baby immediately and he went right into surgery. Luckily no broken bones or punctures. They were so compassionate and they kept us updated throughout the day. Now 3 weeks later and 40 stitches, our boy is almost healed. We are so grateful for the Dr's and team that worked on him.

We have 2 dogs we bring to Babcock Hills Vet and they have always been very kind and very professional. They have been able dogs in fairly quickly (for emergencies...on the very same day; for non emergencies ..same day or next day depending on the issue). Front desk and vet techs have always been awesome and the vet (one of many) has spent a good amount of time with me on the phone (and in person) discussing my concerns about whatever was going on with my dog(s) at the time. Appreciate the drive in option at side of the building :)

Have gone here for years, always satisfied through happy n sad times. Very compassionate docs, but then Pandimic hit n of course this and all other vets in city had vet n staff shortages. Finally normal started coming back, but now with new and in training staff (everywhere). When I visited yesterday I was pleasantly surprised with all I encountered and my new doc and her assistant. Admin staff still needs a bit of tweaking to get the flow, but still happy with everyone I encountered. Will continue to use them.

My wife and I have been taking our cats to these Dr. Gomes for years. The staff and doctors are professional, caring, and take the time to explain things thoroughly and make sure we have a good understanding of test results, recommendations, etc. Yesterday, we made the diffult decision to euthanize one of our cats. All the staff here provided all we needed to make an informed decision, treated the entire process with respect, sympathy, compassion. I really like Babcock Hills, would recommend it to anyone.

The staff and doctor are pleasantly caring and highly knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean and spacious. The back rooms are smoothing with classical music playing as you wait for the doctor. They take detailed notes of your pet to ensure the most accurate ways to diagnose/ treat your pet and they notify you with every step they take as they examine your pet. The smaller things like your pets name on a decorated board in the room and pre cut pills make a pet parent like me take notice and appreciate.

Can’t recommend this vet based on how dismissive the receptionist was when I called to inquire about how soon they could see my cat who had fallen very ill. No suggestions on a place to have him seen sooner, just “we won’t get him in for AT LEAST a week”. If they’re that dismissive and rude right off the bat, I can’t imagine they’d provide the proper care for my pet. Thankfully I was able to find a nearby clinic that was MUCH more friendly and able to see him the next day and give him proper treatment.

I absolutely love this vet hospital! I recently raised a new born kitten, and when she started showing signs of an infection I took her here. I was welcomed by a very friendly staff, and my kitten was taken care of by such a caring veterinarian. I had been so exhausted from all the newborn duties for the first few weeks, and the vet was gracious enough to take her for a few hours so I could catch up on sleep. It put me at ease knowing she was in such good hands! Thank you so much for being so great!

Awful, rude, mean front desk! 1 star is too much for this clinic!!! I missed 1 appointment and canceled whenever I could not come to the clinic and I had to explain to the rude rude front desk every time, specially Pam!!!, that why I missed one single appointment w/o cancelling and pay non refundable fee!!!! Also, I had to call them several times to send the medical history for my cats!!!This clinic is super expensive and the only reason I took my 3 cats there was b/c of Dr. Norman! Awful clinic!

Once I arrived for my appointment, the hospital got to me quickly and wasn’t crowded inside. The staff and especially the veterinarian where very knowledgeable about cat health. I felt like my cat was getting the best treatment even when in the back where I couldn’t see her. Previous vet clinics I have gone to have always pushed unnecessary treatments or shots at me right away but this hospital took the first exam to try and diagnose what the issue was. I wish I’d known about this place sooner!

I have never had a vet office that goes above and beyond the way that Babcock Hills does! I’m truly thankful to have found this clinic when I moved to San Antonio. Dr. Alldredge has been so helpful, direct, honest, patient, and kind in guiding me and my rescued dog through his heart disease. He’s doing so great now (2 years post diagnosis) that people don’t believe me when I tell them all his ailments. So, thank you to whole team at Babcock Hills! It is such a pleasure to be your client!

Lovely place with awesome staff. Being able to fill forms out online and in such a well made manner is an incredible convenience. Fenrir the cat and Edmond the corgi love it here! Edit, 3 years later: This place is still wonderful. They treat our pets (now 2 dogs, Fenrir sadly passed a couple years ago) with respect. They have been vigilant in keeping everyone, including their staff, safe during the pandemic, and the drive thru system is such a great way to deal with it.

Our dog of 10 years became paralyzed over night & had been fighting an infection for months unfortunately with the meds she was given she never got better. we decided to bring her here to put her to sleep. Although it was the worst day of our lives they made sure our baby Diamond left peacefully. They were very compassionate. I will always be thankful for the vet & vet techs at babcock hills. Thank you for having big hearts & treating our babies with love.

We had wonderful service here throughout our sweet Dee’s life, but at the end, they were so kind and compassionate as we made the extremely difficult decision to let her go. They even sent us a sympathy card in the mail. It broke my heart wide open, but it also made me go WOW. How unexpected. So I wanted to leave that here, as a thank you for the years! Great with pets during life’s challenges and even greater at end-of-life care. Thanks y’all. ❤️

We loooove BHVH!!! We have 2 easy kitties and a scaredy-cat large dog, and any questions that come up are always answered at length by the vet, not matter the reason we came in. We fostered a family of stray cats last year partially because we knew we had support if we had any questions. I will be sad to leave the practice if we ever move away! A wonderful vet is hard to find and Babcock Hills is absolutely wonderful.

Excellent service. Clean and friendly environment. Dr. Norman was very thorough and answered all of our questions regarding our pet. She was informative in her recommendations and provided reasonable alternatives for us to choose from regarding the management of his condition. I will be continuing my pets care at Babcock Hills because I feel like he will be safe and well cared for during our time here in San Antonio!

I have had the best experience here and so has the rest of my family! Earlier this year my sister’s dog got into a fight and lost an eye and everyone at Babcock Hills took great care of him. Recently we noticed my moms dog had a surgery to remove his toe and I cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone is so helpful, professional and kind. They answer every question and completely walk you through the process.

For the past two years, Dr. Haynes and staff has assisted my pet Kylo and his condition to the full potential! Moving to San Antonio in 2020 we were looking for a high quality veterinarian that will exceed my expectations when it came to caring Kylos condition. Since then, Kylo has continued to progress and be a healthier dog than ever before. Thanks to Babcok Hills Vet Hospital for the continuous services!

I brought my 10 year old Millie in for a wellness check and to establish her with a new Doctor. I was very impressed with the care and exam she received from Dr. Marie. Labs were drawn and I received a phone call the next day from her new Doctor. Dr. Marie took the time to go over the results and offered suggestions on keeping Millie healthy. I made the right choice coming to Babcock Hills.

My fur baby and I love the staff here. Everyone is so friendly. My dog got sick the day after his wellness check and they worked with me with prices since I came in 2 days in a row. Regardless their prices are great compared to other places in the area. Dr. Gomes takes very good care of my pup and does an amazing job explaining everything to me. Would not go anywhere else for my dogs care.

Really happy with Babcock Hills Vets. We have dealt w/different vets at the practice for both our pups & we have always been happy w how knowledgeable, respectful they were to us & the way they treated our babies. We found them when we had to put one of our pups to sleep & Dr. Alldredge was so respectful & compassionate with both our baby & us that I knew we had found our vet office.

Every time I come to Babcock Hills Vet Hospital the employees are so professional. The whole place inside and out is clean and orderly. The vets are competent and take their time to explain and answer questions. My dogs like going here and I think it’s because the techs and vets all genuinely love their jobs and their patients. Love them! I had a terrible experience at my last vet with my dog Beau and had to change. The staff at Babcock Hills were very sweet and over explained everything which is great for an over protective pet parent like me! They even immediately got me and my new kitten Stewie in a room to make his first vet visit as comfortable as possible they gave him lots of love and treats!

The team at Babcock Hills Veterinary were so helpful and gentle with my cat Stella. Made us feel very welcomed and at ease knowing they were caring for her. Absolutely caring veterinarians and staff. Dr Alldredge is amazing! She has literally saved my cat and my moms cat and continues to take great care of all four of furry animals (3 cats and our new Aussie.) Truly trustworthy. Great job providing veterinary care and thoroughly explaining everything. Final bill was exactly what was quoted. Staff is friendly and caring and gave timely updates on cat's spay surgery. Facility is clean and easy to access, plenty of parking, nice area for dogs to 'compose' themselves before entering. Drive up window is great for dropping off/picking up.

Very nice folks, all the employees are super nice and good at what they each do. Dr Srickland has been the best, simply a nice person all around. She explains everything to me throughly, so I understand my pet"s healthcare. Dr. Strickland is very gentle and caring with my 21 yr. Old kitty Phoebe. We are blessed to live just around the corner as well.

The staff here is so great. The technicians were so sweet to my pup, the vet was very knowledgeable and personable, and everyone was very kind when I called in with questions. I feel that my dog received the best care here and I will be taking both of my pups here regularly, even though it is a further distance than other vet hospitals.

Dr. Aldridge is the best! I love that I’ve been able to call to ask a quick question about my kitties. Even when we have an appointment I love that she genuinely helps with any questions or concerns I have. She has such a great attitude and the staff is very friendly and helpful as well! And I love they way they treat my babies!

Came to Babcock after seeing a few other vet offices in SA. Knew from the first visit I would be a lifetime customer. I absolutely trust and love this vet clinic. Communication, pricing, appointment availability, and staff attitudes are top tier. I also want to add that Pam is extremely helpful, sweet, and knowledgeable.

Staff is friendly, had a positive clinic experience when Macaroni was not feeling well and Dr Aldridge and staff did their best to accommodate her and get the situation taken care of so that she was not in pain or uncomfortable. She is doing great recovering at home and for that I am so thankful to Babcock Hills.

First time coming in and the staff was friendly and helpful to hey me checked in. The doctor was also very nice and got my puppy set up for success next several weeks. Quick update: My puppy gotten sick and the staff was wonderful in helping me and her. She better and happy again. Highly recommend this vet.

I took my cat there for the first time the other day and they were awesome! They do have a separate seating area for their cats which I think is super cool! The vet, vet tech and receptionist were all so nice! They made me feel welcome and I know my cat enjoyed her visit! She was purring away!! Thank you!!

This is the only vet hospital I can trust! I take all my 3 fur babies here (2 dogs & 1 cat). They are transparent and very reasonable with their prices. When my cat had an abdominal surgery , they had kept me informed about her at all times and they took good care of her. This place is highly recommended!

Had our dog spayed and from the time I first called to ask questions and set the appointment all the way to present, they have been great. They kept us informed how our dog was and called us when we got her home to check on her. I'm addition, our dog did great! She was up and moving the next day!

Dr. Martinez is AWESOME! She diagnosed my Bulldog, Dudley, with allergies and prescribed medication and special food that have literally obliterated his symptoms! Additionally, the staff is responsive and helpful!!!

I am very happy with the staff at Babcock Hills. I shopped around for vets. There are cheaper places but the staff are not so wonderful. My dogs are a bit obnoxious and these folks are still nice and professional.
