Very expensive and the portions are very small. Filled the plate with rice and gave me 2 pieces of chicken. The other piece that looks like meat is just a big lump of potato like WTH, skimping on the veg. Had to wait nearly 40 mins for two plates of food because they stated they were behind on orders. Not to mention, the lady was answering calls in front of us and basically telling customers she can't deal with this and how she is busy. That was so unprofessional. The food did not taste good and it was even cold. Would not recommend . ever if you want a real jamaican restaurant with good portions and 6 to Full of Flava.

The food took 2 hours to be delivered. The portions were disgusting. The mutton was cartilage with 3 small pieces of meat on a large meal. The staff was verbally abusive and aggressive and unprofessional. I was shouted at by a male staff when I had rang the second time to politely enquire about my order after waiting 2 hours with no update. My expected time was 20 minutes. This restaurant should not be allowed to be on a uber eats platform when they can't perform a basic level of customer service or to provide a basic standard of food that you order. What's worse is I'm not the only one and wish I had read reviews before ordering as this seems to be how they operate. They did not want to compensate me in any way for this. STAY FAR FROM THEM!!!!

WOW , I’m so shocked that I’ve ordered from a Jamaican takeaway and there was NO issues with the food. Food was abit late but it was worth it. It was still warm and ready to eat. Cooked GOOD and the flavour was definitely there. I’m grateful the plantain was soft and sweet Cus most shops sell these disgustingly. The jerk chicken was my favourite , it’s to die for . Mac and cheese was delicious too and so was the festivals. LOVE that you guys made these in like a swirl shape rather than a typical ball. If y’all keep making your food this good you’ve definitely earned a regular customer. P.S my family had their own separate dishes to mine and loved theirs too <3

Naa not worth it man if your willing to wait almost 3 hours for food then go ahead i ordered my meal on uber eats from 2.30 pm it is currently 17.35 and it still has not even arrived I don’t understand how we spend our good money for RUDE customer service SMALL mean portions of food and ridiculous delivery times and expect your business to be successful what a shame my people are smh .. i ended up calling back the man on the phone was so disrespectful accusing me of not having a order miraculously after getting called from uber eats they found my order so for 3 hours my order was just sitting there thus place should not do deliverys or even be open the customer service inna dis place needs to held accountable disgusting manners

The food has been delicious! I have ordered for delivery and picked up "Too Good To Go". However, I have ordered from them 3 times now and had an issue everytime. The first time they sent me jerk chicken instead of the chicken burger meal I ordered which meant I had nothing to feed my toddler because it was so spicy. The second time I ordered dumplings and festival but only got the festival. The third time the order was accepted but then I got a call the say they didn't have any of the things on my £30 order except the fried chicken. I told them they may as well cancel the order but they told me I had to do it.

So currently at 3 hours waiting for our order. We ordered at 4:30pm and its now 7:30pm. As predicted when we called at 6:30 we were told the delivery would be 20 mins. The restaurant has now switched off its phone so we can't find out what is happening with your order. Worst part is that we try to give the benefit of the doubt by re-ordering...shame on us. The quality of the food is good but honestly it's not worth the stress ordering from them.

Shocking food would never buy from here again tried to call about the food no answer they knew they had served cold and inedible food a couple of fried chicken drumsticks chopped up with crusty rice and a small bit of veg shocking should be shut down under food and hygiene due to cold food mainly rice being served cold can make people really ill as rice should not be reheated and you have no idea how old the rice is as it was that dry

Ordered a medium which is technically a large, as they’ve got medium instead of large portion and end up having a likkle portion of rice and few pieces of chicken…it’s a joke. Paying £10 for a “medium” portion The quantity of food needs sorting out !

Gorgeous food I'll be going back again and again. I actually had a takeaway from here about a week ago but I've been thinking of it ever since. Really perfectly cooked delicious food and even homemade cake for afters (sincerely the best cake I've had in years)! Absolutely lovely people too, they made me feel very welcome and I'm looking forward to going back.

The guy with the bald head that drives the black Mercedes said he's the manager, her is so rude, the customers are always right mate.The girl that serves u at the front needs to smile a bit more, and stop looking people up and down like she did when she was at school and she was vex with another girl cos she liked the same boy as her.. He face is so sour..

Ordered two meals from here for myself and my neighbour. Extremely pleasant service and fantastic food, large portions. Authentic, well cooked jamaican cuisine we will most definitely be back. Thankyou

The portions are getting smaller half the hard food missing no veg again. Becoming more disolutioned with the food. Why don't they just say they have things or they have ran out of stuff. So sad and if you complain direct they get so offended. Such a compromise in food and service of late

To expensive plus owner is very arrogant. if you wer to call in they wait till you come in the shop and then start to make the food and they will also ask if you would like the food to be heated in a microwave.
