Badshah Restaurant is a gem for Indian cuisine in Hamburg! The flavors are authentic, and the spices truly bring out the essence of the dishes. Despite the crowd, my friend and I got a table quickly. The palak paneer thali was a delightful choice—packed with variety and reasonably priced at 8 Euros. The Mango Lassi complemented the meal perfectly. One minor setback was the lack of fans during our visit in summer, making the place a bit warm. However, for students on a budget, it's an ideal spot for a hearty meal. The proximity to Hamburg railway station is a plus. As a vegan, I appreciated the diverse vegetarian options. Overall, highly recommended for anyone seeking genuine Indian flavors in Hamburg!

I come from frankfurt for interviwe and visited the resutrant lunch. The prices are supper affordable and quantity was super good. The menu was really good with lot of varieties and I have tried the biryani, samosa and burfi. Burfi melted my heart. I would love see Badshah branch in Frankfurt as well.

Very good Indian food with affordable prices, you can really taste the spices in the food. I think this is original Indian food as it is spicy enough but still good. It was packed when me and my friend went there but we eventually got a table without waiting for a long time. One thing that was unfortunate is that me and my friend were here during summer and they did not have/turned on any fans and the place was packed so it was hot inside.

The taste of the food is good considering the price. It is an affordable place. The restaurant is very small and is always crowded. They have many vegetarian options and also many Indian sweets are available. We tried Bhindi Thali, Shahi Paneer Thali, Chole Bharte, Samosas and Mango Lassi.

It's one of the best Indian restaurant in germany. Price is not too high, quality & taste of food is super. I loved this place definitely will visit this restaurant whenever I'll be there in Hamburg. Below photos are of chicken thali & special lam thali.

Authentic Indian food at very affordable prices! While the vegetarian thali is not as flavourful as I expected, the mixed deep fried pakoras were really delicious, the meat curry thali was also very flavourful.
