I visited this dealership recently, and it was far from a good experience. I called an hour prior to my arrival to confirm availability of the car I was interested in. Once I arrive, the car is sitting in a lot, piled behind other cars, and even had a flat tire. The sales person was annoyed that I told him I wanted to test drive the car, as if that isn't normal in a car buying process. He left my Mom & I in pouring rain without telling us to come inside, while they fix the flat. He also didn't offer my Mother & I no water or coffee. Customer service is non-existent at this dealership. The car had a squealing noise, and I asked him about that, his response? 'The car has factory warranty.' That was highly unprofessional, and did nothing to reassure me that the car is in good working condition. Their concern was only the sale of the car, and that's it. He was also annoyed that I had my own financing, and kept trying to push his preferred banks onto me, when I repeatedly declined, because I was only using my own financing. He even insinuated that my credit score isn't good, which I found to be racist considering I'm non-white. On the way out of us leaving, one of the woman employees even looked at me, with a horrible facial expression, and rolled her eyes. This was one of the most odd experiences I've ever had at a dealership, with the amount of disrespect I endured. These people are shady & untrustworthy, and I'd suggest for anyone to steer clear of this dealership. They don't deserve your business, and see themselves as entitled. I'm glad I took my business elsewhere to non-racist people that have excellent customer service, and understand how to conduct business in a proper manner.

Don't be fooled by the 5 stars by some people. They are probably related to the owners. They are not honest people. Also they lie about the car history and don’t leave the place without a document that they will fix any problem you find because they will lie to you. Check the reviews on Yelp!! Bad..... really bad. Adding, you provided neither and promised to fix the problems and never did!! Even if they do car fax they don’t do it on all their cars. See the reviews below from a recent purchaser! My mom just purchased a Volkswagen from Mike at Baha on North Ave She is in tears ...They were closing as she wrapped up her deal to discover she drove off with paper work that did not look anything like the deal Mike had just went over with her. She was sent to the car to get more information. When she returned he paper work was already in an envelope ready to go. Mike told her she had dealer warranty and showed her the paperwork. He obviously did a switch she is not covered. The car has an oil light on and no gas. Everyone was out of the building due to the NYE hours. The car fax was an incomplete report, Mike promised he would resolve the matter when they reopen. Will give an update on here and yelp after she goes back NO You DON’T PROVIDE AUTO HISTORY!! I still don’t trust them!!!!☹️☹️☹️☹️

Unfortunately you can't give ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS and this was the worst shopping experience EVER! First of all I called last night (the night before I'm posting this review) about a vehicle that I WAS interested in and the person verified that it was still there. I informed that particular sales representative that I would come today (the day I'm posting this review) and look at it. I went out to look at the vehicle and was met with the worst shopping experience EVER! Here's the rundown: 1. I went to talk about the particular vehicle and was met with someone who acted like it was a chore to deal with me. 2. I was given several excuses why that vehicle wasn't good 3. I was told they wouldn't negotiate on any vehicle (NEVER tell someone with a business degree there's no negotiation when there is an item for sale, such as a vehicle there's no negotiation we get extremely angry). 4. If you're a woman or in the LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY don't waste your time they refuse to be honest with anyone they perceive as not cishet and male. Note: Actually anybody looking for a vehicle definitely DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME at this so-called auto dealer.

Too good to be true? I have to say it. It was. These guys hooked me up with a somehow well below value 2020 Tesla. I’m still trying to figure out why it was so cheap and why I didn’t get the typical used car salesmen experience. Nope, these guys are the real deal. It was my first online car buying experience. Mason (who’s great and responsive even at late night) FaceTimed me and was very upfront with issues he saw with the car but his demeanor was very professional and consulting in nature. The car was delivered and I am very happy with my experience. The car rides great and everyone wants to ride in it. It feels like a brand new car and the issues that we takes about in person were minimal. I’m so happy and I do thank BahaAuto for a great car buying experience. I will be buying my cars from them in the future assuming I want another car. This car is too great to think about another. Haha made my dreams come true. Thanks Mason and Baha!

This is a scam they sold me a car and 21 miles the engin broke the manager had told me his shop was going to put a part in so I told him i could get the part and then he said he would give me 500.00 off I never thought the part was an engine it cost me 3500 just for an engin plus install I also bought the extended warranty and they denied my claim because the shop that had fixed the car did a bad job the only thing they would do is install the engin I bought but the had done a hack job on trying to fix it the first time so don't buy anything from them the buy crashed cars fix them half as and overcharge and don't stand or help there customers DONT BUY DOBT BUY FROM THEM!!!! The also filled a cracked wheel with fix a flat and sent me on my way it went flat and I caused a 3 car pileup also the manager told me they dont just abandon there customers lol DONT BUY FROM THEM

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Don't get scammed by these people. Sold me and my young family a car knowing it had been in an accident. My wife needed a car and we were in a rush to buy one. They sold my wife the car with a hole in the roof I will update my review later with a photo. The tires were all bald. I called and complained after, but they were completely unwilling to help out. Totally unsafe to drive with. It's partly on us to buy a bad car, but willingly putting people's lives in danger for some profit is very bad business practice. My salesperson was Mike. Bunch of scammers that will sell you a bad car for a high price. TRUST THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS, if I could give -5 stars, I would. Garbage people

I have been with Baha auto for good time and I always go back to purchasing my car but today I was there and will be last day to go this place again , no matter what you do they treat you like you are never Been there before and when you ask about someone they say yes he’s here and someone else come to you different person will say to you oh that person he’s not here so there something not right I have been patient with them that don’t want to do anything with reviews here but this time I will say this is the first time and last time will go to this place again . Thank you so for losing your good customer for bad treatment .

I paid for my vehicle in cash, including title and registration. Wasn’t supposed to have a lien on my title. When I bought my car they told me my title would be mailed to my house when it left Springfield when it did not. It was mailed back to the dealership and I had to jump through ropes to get them to mail me my title that should have never went to them to begin with. They wanted me to drive 4 1/2 hours to get my title that I paid for. Now there’s a lien on my title that I have to pay to get removed even though they should have never placed one on it. I’ll never go back to their dealership.

you mention that you offered us warranty for my husband vehicle but you did not because it eing an older vehicle you are a liar I would advise people to go somewhere else get your facts straight by looking into your customers files before you respond it's sad you still trying to make yourself look good whatever this man says in future sales write it down word for word because this liar will go back on his word for a car sale

We had the opportunity to work with MJ from Baha Auto. MJ was very helpful throughout the entire purchase process. I 100% regret buying my car from them. Once they get the sell, they can care less about your business because your loan is with the bank and not with them. I've been having problems from my car 2 months after buying it and it's also been in the shop more then it's been with me. Look up and you'll be in a upside down loan just like me.

Most definitely the best car dealership I’ve ever been to. The workers treat every single one of their customers with the upmost respect and even went into detail in places where I was confused and never once made me feel as if I was insignificant and overall the place treats everyone like family.

I wouldn’t recommend this car company to my dog if my dog could drive. They sold me a lemon that I’ve had problems with since I had the vehicle. I’m stuck paying a note on a car that has been in the shop more than I’ve driven it. They don’t care once they get your money. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
