I was injured at work in 2020. I was not being afforded the care due to me for my injury. I followed all of the “rules” throughout the journey of work comp insurance- navigating multiple doctor visits, PT visits, and appeals for care that was continually denied by work comp insurance. Due to the denials, I experiences difficulties having any success to receive the proper care for my injury. After months of frustration, I filed a case with a state ombudsman to help me fight the insurance company, but my ombudsman disappeared. Finally, after a year of zero success, I chose to find an attorney to aid me in that fight to receive appropriate care for my injury. I was desperate for help. After calling multiple attorneys that never responded, I was left with one referral- Kim Wyatt at Bailey and Galyen. I called the office and was connected with Kim Wyatt. From day one of Kim becoming my attorney, I felt peace that I was not alone in this fight. Kim spent time with me, reassured me, and walked me through each and every step of the legal battle with the insurance company for work comp at my job. Kim was accessible when I needed any questions answered, and was very clear on what to expect. With Kim’s help, we fought the insurance company in court with success. After 2.5 years, I was able to have surgery and receive appropriate follow up care. I am getting stronger and healthier everyday! I highly recommend Kim Wyatt to anyone who is fearful of work comp insurance and is being denied justified care for a work injury. Do not hire this attorney . My attorney Keith Spencer. I was a disabled veteran on fixed income as well as a student. Therefore I was limited however he still offered to help. Told me to give him what I could, but did nothing but create false narratives, false hope and make a very large bill for me to pay more than $14,000. This firm served my ex-wife two times, knowing she would not sign the papers when I only wanted her to be served once, and then to go to trial if she refused, but she was served twice.why? Because that’s more money in their pocket. After they racked up, a very large bill , Keith simply stated that the firm is making him withdraw from my case. After he told me himself that there were so many things that he could do, “he’s not going any where” and then he pulled the rug out from underneath me. Not only that they our HoRIBLE at communicating and feedback . I went through a divorce battle for more than 3 years. And got absolutely nowhere. When it should’ve been a slam dunk case, the opposing party had child neglect and abandonment, and CPS cases withheld the child you name it she did it drugs all of it. I do not recommend hiring them as they are a money hungry firm. In my experience in a couple of others, there are a lot of other good attorneys and get things done. Stay away from this one.

My experience with Ms Wyatt and staff has always been welcoming, helpful, took care of my concerns without me wondering if they were actually helping me at my request. Ms Wyatt has always comforted me in times of worry, been approachable, easy to communicate with and if I didn’t understand she would explain in terms that I did understand. I want to use the words ‘like family’ because talking either to Ms Wyatt or her staff they all act like they’ve known you for years and you hear the sincerity in their voices. Ms Wyatt got a late start on our case but was a trooper and dug her heels in and read many medical records that I supplied her of her team requested. I had complete confidence in Ms Wyatt that we were going to win and we did. She exudes confidence, conviction, total dedication along with a spirit of ease and knowledge. I highly recommend her in fact I have already given her contact information to my husbands sister who too has a workers comp case pending. She is the best and I’m glad she carried us the whole way.

I received very poor customer service from Lupe. I reached out multiple times trying to contact an attorney from this office and Lupe… 3 weeks later ….sends me a text and claims it was automated. No automated text is going to randomly text me 3 weeks after an inquiry. I responded to the text and was ignored again for a whole week. So I reached out on the website and lmarquez responded rudely and unapologetically. Let’s work on your professionalism Lupe you sent the tone for the office, and your poor customer service is a reflection of these attorneys.

This is hands down the best place to take care of you..my husband was in a bad wreck and Steve Maxwell definitely took care of us..he stayed in contact with us..was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls..guided us through everything!! He walks around with a nice friendly smile..but there’s a pit bull behind that smile..he truly fights for you..we also worked with Micheal Galyen who was also great at responding and answering questions..our case is finally over because of these 2 men..we are very happy with the work they done for us..
