Rental agent staff were responsive and helpful, and worked with us to set up a 30 day rental of a "minivan" for our month long road trip around the country on Ruta Cuarenta. We were 4 adults, each with a big suitcase and a day pack, and we had also several smaller items. The reserved car was a Chevy Spin, considered a minivan in Argentina but would be considered a small SUV in the US. It had 2 front bucket seats, and middle and rear bench seats. There was about 6 inches of luggage space between the back of the rear seat and the hatch. With the rear seat folded down, and careful packing, there was just enough room to accommodate the luggage with a few inches between the top of the luggage pile and the ceiling left, enough to have some rearward vision through the rear view mirror. During the pre-rental negotiations we had asked if the company would be willing to remove the rear seat to make more room for luggage (required removing 4 screws holding the seat to the floor); they declined. If they had done it, our daily luggage unloading, morning repacking, and tasks like fitting groceries into every remaining nook and cranny, would have been much easier. We made it work. The Car was clean and in good condition. We drove it about 10,000 km and it performed reliably with the exception that it failed to start one time. Because there was no owner's manual in the car, we could not find out how to put the automatic transmission in neutral so we couldn't roll the car out of the way to fix it. Luckily the problem was quickly traced to loose battery cable connections and once fixed we were on our way. We had no further problems. Thankfully the proper registration, title and insurance documents were present in the glove box. These were checked by police and other authorities about 10 times during our trip at various routine traffic and security control checkpoints. Suggestion: if you rent a car, make sure these documents are present and current. You may need to show them. Car return: after 6,000 miles of driving, a significant part of which was on dirt and gravel roads, the car was very dirty. The rental contract specified additional charges for cleaning if the car was returned dirty, so we had it washed before returning it. At the time of return, the rental agents inspected the car thoroughly for damage and cleanliness. Overall a good experience and I would rent from Baires again.

Never use this company. Brazen deceivers and thieves. I rented a car for a long time and my radio was stolen. The company lied to me for a repair. They invented the amount out of their heads without providing any checks. They promised to send a check after the repair, but it turned out to be a lie. 2 months no reply to messages. I believe that they appropriated the money for themselves, and the stereo was installed the same stolen. UPD: Sorry, but I am not obliged to "replace" the stereo. For this, there is a deposit that covers the damage. And in this situation - I am the victim, it was I who lost the money. You suggested an alternative stereo option, and of course I agreed. Especially that you didn't give me the car knowing I had to take the kids to the hospital. Then you didn't provide any receipts or proof that the money I paid was used to replace the stereo. Despite the fact that Nicholas "gave his word." Pure deception. And the damage to the car is not my fault, and you know that very well. You know all the circumstances of the accident. And again I am the victim, in addition I lost 4 days of rent due to "repairs". I hope you don't forget about the deposit you have. Although I no longer hope to return it, since I do not have to rely on your honesty.

El auto estuvo perfecto. Tuve problema al devolver... la persona que tenia que recibirme el auto llego casi 1 hora tarde. Estando en Ezeiza por tomar un avión es un estrés innecesario. Adicionalmente, apareció un golpecito mínimo en una puerta (típico que alguien abre la puerta de otro auto y te la golpea en el estacionamiento, que tampoco se si no fue en la hora que el auto estuvo estacionado porque ellos llegaron tarde a recibirlo), y lo que jamas me había pasado con ninguna otra agencia de alquiler, me cobraron, a pesar de haber pagado la reducción de franquicia. La próxima voy con alguna de las agencias grandes, porque no me convence lidiar con una empresa chica que a cada paso te cobra algo más.

Reservé un auto para el 6/4, me hicieron perder el tiempo enviándoles foto de mi documento, licencia de conducir y número de tarjeta, y cuando hago la transferencia por la reserva, el Banco Santander hace las transferencias, por una cuestión de seguridad, a 48hs la primera vez, no la aceptan. Es decir, yo tengo que aceptar enviarles fotos de mis documentos a desconocidos, confiar en que me van a devolver los $200.000 de garantía, confiar en que la persona va a estar en Ezeiza en el momento estipulado, porque no tienen oficina, pero ellos no pueden confiar en que el pago se va a hacer el mismo día en que retiro el auto. Unos mamarrachos.

Big disappointment as I read very good comments. My experience was not good. I won't recommend it and won't rent with them again in the future. La entrega del auto fue bastante estresante y en el medio de doble filas tanto en la entrega como en la devolucion. En estas condiciones es muy dificil chequear o discutir detalles. En mi cotizacion estaba incluida telepeaje ilimitado sin cargo, pero el auto que me entregaron no lo tenia. El automovil que alquile (NISSAN KICK) se notaba muy usado cuyo confort y andar no eran los mejores. Mi experiencia no fue buena. No los recomiendo y no volvere a alquilar auto con ellos en Buenos Aires.

Excelente servicio. Soy cliente regular ya que vivo en chile y tengo familia en Buenos Aires por lo que viajo varias veces al año y alquilo siempre con ellos. Siempre excelente servicio me vienen a buscar al vuelo cuando llego y a la vuelta me están esperando al horario pactado para la devolución en el aeropuerto. Nunca una espera y siempre autos impecables. Los recomiendo totalmente no se van a arrepentir si me hacen caso !!!! El mejor lugar para alquilar en Buenos Aires lejos ! Y los he probado a todos !

Recomiendo !! Alquile un auto con Baires , un mes y pico ,para salir desde Ezeiza a mi ciudad de San Nicolás , me llevaron el auto a la terminal de llegadas. ... Todo perfecto ... Muy contenta con el grupo Baires !! Buena comunicación , trato absolutamente profesional y el auto excelente ... Me dieron un Chevrolet joy compacto, limpio ... baúl grande y muy cómodo ... We have recently hired a car with this company.21.1.20 for 1 week A Renault Kangoo without windows at the rear so luggage is out of sight. This vehicle was in very good condition and didn't let us down. The staff at Baires were an absolutely wonderful friendly decent bunch of people. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again on any future visit. Their pricing is very competitive when compared against the bigger companies. Thanks to all at Baires

Good customer service before the rental. But beware that the English pages on their web site do not include all the terms that their Spanish pages do. Specifically, they refuse to refund any money if you return the car early. It says this in Spanish, but that line is missing from their English page. They say they are not bound by what it says in English. So if you are not a proficient Spanish speaker beware.

Antojadizamente y con claro ánimo de enriquecerse dicen q la taza se entrega marcada sin siquiera constatar q sea suciedad aún cuando le pedí q le pase un trapo, era mugre propia del uso normal de todo vehículo, me cobraron sin mi consentimiento de mi tarjeta $ 15.000, debiendo aclarar q en mercado la taza vale $ 5.000. un mal momento me hicieron pasar junto a mi familia

Primero, nos estafaron. Nos comentaron el auto lo podíamos tener hasta el martes porque el domingo no abrían y el lunes era feriado. Nos cobraron de más y nos atendieron muy mal tanto por teléfono como whatsapp. Segundo, no nos devolvieron el deposito ni contestan los mensajes. Yo les aconsejo que alquilen con una empresa más profesional.

Всё было хорошо, автомобиль был в полном порядке, больше, чем я ожидал. Всё оборудование было исправно, кондиционер работал хорошо. Быстро оформили и быстро приняли авто назад. Правда, ещё не вернулся залог, который был списан с моей карты, но думаю, всё будет в порядке. Ребята говорят на испанском и английском.

Son muy copados los muchachos que atienden. Alquilé varias veces por cuestión de avería de mi auto y siempre se portaron muy bien. Los vehículos con poco kilometraje y coherente relación calidad precio. Los recomiendo y volvería en caso de necesidad, ya que logre solucionar el desperfecto de mi auto.

All good with these guys. The car I got was a Nissan Versa, in good condition and I didn't have any issue with it. Ivan was there when I picked up the car and when I returned it, and he was always friendly and correct. Definitely I will use this company again whenever I need a car in Buenos Aires.

La flota de autos que entregan son muy buenos, tienen el cuidado que se merece para que cuando emprendas el viaje necesario, no te preocupes por nada, la atención es muy rápida, efectiva y amable. Es un lugar recomendable para ir.

Seriedad y compromiso, en mi caso particular alquile un Toyoya Etios, impecable. Recomiendo grabar el estado gral de auto, rayones etc y corroborar que este anotado en la planilla. Sin problema alguno.

El sitio no funciona bien. Todo sale $0. Pregunté en el chat y dijeron el periodo tenia que ser más de 10 dias, pero intenté y seguió con error, y la persona no contestó más nada. Pierda de tiempo.
