The units are a bit bigger than I thought, the rent is not that expensive ($2,500.00 pesos for a 10ft by 10ft unit / 3m by 3m). A bit old but they do the work and they are compensated by the 24/7 security they have (One guard and 3 dogs). The place is managed by the owner and he happens to be a cool guy.
