Worst and pathetic service of bajaj Allianz insurance, IDFC is insurance partner of bajaj alliance, I m took bajaj Allianz insurance through IDFC bank agent which he is doing scam with me, the executive who sold me the insurance he told that premium which has to age upto 61 but when received the plan it's mention that 61 years has to pay premium so i called the customer support of bajaj Allianz no one ready to help me even I request for modify the premium plan but they told me that can't possible an ask to cancel the premium an they are deduct medical charges ,stamp duty, gst etc. But what is my fault is here, bajaj Allianz and idfc both are doing scam to customer. I need any resolution on this.
