The customer service here is terrible. My sister was in line behind 1 other person. This place closes at 6:30 and at 6:27, after my sister was waiting for 5 minutes already, the rude staff member refused to serve her. I will add that it feel ls discriminatory and rude considering who they chose to serve. This is disgusting. Train your staff to have care and empathy and not impart their personal discriminatory views on people who are trying to patron your business.

I have always loved stuff from Bakers Delight. Their breads are freshly baked. My kids love the chocolate scones. Value pack 4 for $8. They have also introduced the Vegan pizzas which are really good. Staff is nice and welcoming. I asked them to heat up the scones which they did. Nice and clean store. This is located at the food court on level 2.

Just want to shout out Stephanie, i had the best interaction at Bakers Delight, the personable, relatable & humorous interaction i had with Stephanie really made my day. What an asset Stephanie is to this store! Thanks for the bread recommendations :)

I rated 1 * for their customer service. Never come across a friendly staff here. Especially a tall lady (Caucasian) who is always there. She was quite rude and curt to me everytime, but could be super friendly and bubbly to other customers (who are also Caucasian). She made me feel like she is racist.

Just found out that management asked a young girl with COVID to work and just put a mask on. Disgraceful management and showing no care for employees or customers.

Purchased coffee scrolls yesterday. Obviously, not baked on the day. Coffee scrolls were very dry plus crusty on the outside. Taste terrible. Unfortunately, we had to throw them away .

This is the second time I’ve bought from you, the first time bread was dry and tasteless the second time the bread was doughy clearly had not been baked long enough!

Please don't touch the bread with your bare hands, while you've been handling cash register! It happen again today!
