I am very disappointed in the service I got. I always spend $40-$50 each time I got there yesterday for the first time ever I went to return 2 bags of croissants I paid $21 my kids were so excited but they tasted bitter and burnt like something was burnt and the croissants tasted yuck. The girl at the counter refused to swap them over or fit each me a refund she took my number down and said her manager will call me. Manager did call me today and she abused me and was rude and I asked her did you taste it she said I don’t have to I sell 100’s of them I tried explaining I always buy them and they tasted bitter burnt and not the way they usually taste she went off and said I’m not dealing with customers like you and hung up very bad customer service I will never ever go back there and support a rude business that doesn’t even give their customer respect

Prior to the redevelopment of Karingal Hub, the Bakers Delight here was probably the best in Victoria, however now it has re-opened, it's not much chop at all. Sandwich loaves look like they haven't seen an oven they are so pale, rolls are now miserably small and prices have skyrocketed. Add to this no Hungarian/continental rolls anymore and this place is a big failure. I used to go here rather than the one in Beach st Frankston, but it is now owned by the same people, so it looks like Langwarrin will be the go now. Last time I bought a loaf of bread from Beach st, it was horrid, just like cheap supermarket bread.

The rolls seem to be getting smaller every week, as a franchise customers should be able to expect consistency. The rolls are close to useless due to being so small. The service is nearly always slower than most Baker's Delight outlets, due to the management often not putting enough staff on. It is common to see half a dozen, or more customers lined up with only 1 person serving.

I haven't purchased from this new store, however the experience from the pre renovated store was always positive. Bubbly friendly staff, always a great range of breads and pastries. I'm looking forward to the same excellent experience in this new store.

Manager and the staff are a disgrace, so rude and disrespectful. Do your self a favour and support a business that values there customers!

It's nice when they make fresh but sometimes it can be stale and its too late when you find out when you get home.
