The products from here is not what I am rating...I am actually rating one in particular person that works there that is rude, completely NON friendly and turns her back on customers when they approach the bakery. After a few times I thought it was just me but no longer have the same opinion. Have seen other comments about the manager there and if she is the manager (short, brown hair and old) then I can’t understand how it is up to her to manage staff that are lovely when she is not lovely herself. I am a happy person and she serves customers which means she should have the experience to deal with them in a nice manner as she is treated by customers. Just a very disappointing experience when she is the one serving you.

I am a long time customer of bakers delight Langwarrin and love going there. I am Suggesting that they should invest in a number service. Lately especially i have waited to be served at bakers delight and the girls don't watch who is next in line and people just push in because they can't be bothered waiting their turn. I have also seen this happen to other people too. Would deffintely be beneficial in the busy periods

Horrible staff. Went to buy a 1 loaf of bread right as they were about to close. Switch of their lights while I was standing there. They had heaps of bread still left. I told them that no one else in the centre had any bread left and I'm happy to pay with cash. All they said was sorry, bad luck. I'm glad I don't shop here any more.

This used to have the best and most consistent bread of all the bakers on the peninsula but since the new owners took over the bread has been up and down in consistency. Bread has been overproved, dry and at times overcooked. I now get my bread from coles which is flavourless but very consistent

I have been going there for years. I can understand that prices need to go up and don't mind paying a premium for quality but why are the items that I regularly buy also getting smaller. Consistency is also gone, one day things are under cooked the next time it's over cooked.

Very professional staff high quality product I recommend visiting for fresh bread and pastry on a weekend in the am.yummy fresh bread sweet or savoury.thenks to the staff who keep this business afloat so our local communitys can feed their family's.

Their products are always consistently excellent and their staff friendly and helpful. They do take the Australian Senior's Card and that's real bonus. I also love their loyalty program.

Berry and white chocolate scones, 10% price rise fair enough but an approximate 50% reduction in the size of each scone at the same time is a step too far. I'm shopping elsewhere now.

the management is appalling, They don't treat their young workers with respect. please fix this as it is creating a harmful and toxic work environment for young people.

Can we all agree that the (older) lady with brown short hair is just horrible?! Been going here forever and her attitude is atrocious. She is just so rude.

terrible place. the female manager is a bully who terrorizes her young staff. ill be emailing BD head office about her appalling behavior.

Any bakers delight is bloody beautiful just buy a cheese and bacon roll and I tell you mate you are set for the next 3 weeks
