Always fresh but staff need to check notes on uber orders because I'm sick of not getting what I asked for. I had a note to change one of my loaves to a white sesame seed Cafe cut, but is that what I got NO and it's not the first time they've done this and manager was also given this feedback.

Today l brought a date scone , hoping it will be alot better than last time I brought a date scone ,there was hardly any dates in the scone. Excellent must have changed the owners,there was dates in the scone yummy definitely will keep going back see what happens …

Processed my click and collect order online for 6 loaves of bread. My carer did pick up and didn't notice they only gave me 5 loaves. This was a week ago have rang twice and told I would receive a refund, still waiting.

Friendly staff and a large selection but the quality appears to be a little less than the similar selection at Doreen. Very popular franchise even though prices are higher then supermarket offerings.

Great customer service and fresh bread. I go there once a week for their sourdough and never disappointed.

All rolls so overcooked rendering them crumby and inedible. Very disappointing!
