Nice fresh walnut sweet treat and a pizza roll for lunch. Last week I bought a loaf of bread that was very fresh and stayed that way for days. Tried their croissants a while ago and they were pretty good, especially as I picked them up first thing in the morning. Staff are lovely and always friendly. Wheelchair accessible and kid friendly. Parking isn’t too bad either.

I would love to share a positive experience about BD, but due to the condescending nature of one of the senior employees on a recent visit, I'll just keep my negativity to myself and move on to the next available bakery option in The Mount. Word to the management of BD: train your staff to serve the customers, not their own pride.

Stamped on the same spot a stamp already existed and when told about it insisted it was correct. Can't believe they would try to cheat you out or a silly stamp. Attitude of the staff was poor with this attitude over a silly stamp. Poor customer service too. Mount Eliza Bakers delight! I will never shop there ever again.

Have been good / great in the past. Ask for sandwich cut on bread and it’s half toast and half sandwich cut. Need a new bread cutter asap. Not what I paid for. Happens endlessly lately. Staff need to focus on cutting the queue and not talking with friends / customers so long. Wait times unnecessarily long.

Nice Pink bun, but sadly no Apple Custard scrolls, the Manna from Heaven, the most delicious item on your recipe list. That most of your stores Foolishly don't make.

Management obviously cutting down on costs. Rolls have gotten smaller and on many occasions there are no seeds on any rolls.

They are supposed to be open until 7pm, but they start packing and scrubbing by 6pm...no point shopping there after 6pm
