Bakers Delight is synonymous to good quality bread. Trying to support local, and buying from the baker then the supermarket. There was a cart of pre cut, packeted loaves of bread. I took a loaf and tried to just pay with exact cash but was ignored by the 2 counter staff as they were servicing other customers plus there were others waiting to be serve. I understand I was jumping the queue but what's the point of putting a cart out if not for people to pick, pay and leave quickly. It takes less then 10 sec to collect my money and another sale is done. Just think the staff were not very flexible. I took the effort to buy the bread from the local baker, which I can easily buy from any supermarket or bakery nearby.

The local Bakers Delight may have been shortstaffed and were not opening their doors well past opening time. So I drove all the way to "The Glen" Bakers Delight. They weren't exactly open for business but the slightly older gentleman simply asked me if they could be assistance. I needed a sliced loaf of bread and bacon / cheese buns for the lunches. Really appreciated you serving me and getting me out of trouble. You've gone over and above for your customers.

The young rude girl at the counter wouldn’t honour my voucher for a sample loaf of bread despite me showing her the email and fulfilling all the requirements. She also tacked on her own rules - I had to buy something else from the store to be eligible though my voucher stated nothing like that. I left the store fuming. Absolutely zero effort to enable a pleasant transaction. I’ll vote with my wallet instead, there’s plenty of other stores.

The older woman (I think the owner) is kinda rude especially when you try claim rewards through dough getters app and makes up her own rules. Their bread is overpriced anyway and there’s plenty of tastier options in the supermarkets.

Delicious bread, but the sales staff in this store never wear gloves, it is unhygienic to touch the cash and then take the bread, I really hope they can change to use tools to take the bread.

Bakers delight is our favorite bakery we love their sourdoughs and scones. Also their newly introduces passion fruit and mango mini tarts are very yummy and our season's favorite.

There was a hair in my food and no one acknowledged me while I waited for service.

That big woman (must be the owner) always sets up her own rule when redeem rewards or special. Won't buy from BD glen any more.
