Have always bought our bread from watergardens, we usually buy lo gi loaf and rolls but lately the bread all seems to be really under cooked and un eatable. The bread texture is horrible and seems like it's old because it's so under cooked. Such a shame. We now drive to caroline springs for our bread.

I had a lovely interaction with a young, that deserves to be named, Sarah. A couple days ago, I was confused about what bread to buy and she was quick to help me out and make sure I got what I needed. I can definitely see these young ladies have been taught customer service to the fullest.

I ordered off Menulog and there was an issue with an item not available. They called me, apologized profusely and offered alternatives. Great customer service. Could have just sent refund but appreciated the call and able to select something else.

I was asking the lady today if they would consider making the small custard buns, her answer was no and she walked away tottally ignoring me. I think they need to be educated in customer service even though it is only a bakery. Not good enough.

I bought three different types of rolls today none of them were eatable under cooked heavy not what you expect from a decent bakery will return for bread n rolls never l suggest the bakers go back and learn to cook properly

It's unfortunate I had poor customer service today. My bun was left on the counter in the bag without the assistant offering to give it to me.. she was just interested in taking the money and talking to her work colleague.

Pretty good bakers delight in watergardens. Breads always good staff is well experienced most of the time sometimes you may get a younger person who's probably a student but it's usually pretty good here.

Don't know what's happened hear ordered two loaves of the low GI bread did not taste anything like it completely different texture than what we have had before might go elsewhere

Great customer service. Staff are always lovely! Bread is probably a little over priced . But that’s bakers delight in general and nothing to do with this specific store!

This is not for taste it is for neatness I saw one of its staff pass urine in toilet and came out without washing his hands. Now I will never ever go to bakers delight
