Impressed is an understatement! My husband got distracted after paying for his order and left the bag on the counter. Superstar Karen from Bakers Delight tracked my number down via the rewards app used for the purchase and offered to drop our forgotten loaf off to our house on her way home if we happened to live close by! Talk about going above and beyond! P.S The baked goods aren’t too shabby either!

Contains all the varied faire of a Bakers Delight but as with all stores, depending on the Baker for the day, quality & quantity can vary. Sometimes get more nuts on your scroll, less cheese on your roll or sometimes just slightly over/under baked. Either way, friendly staff working hard at the front.

Yesterday I bought a Vienna breadoaf it doesn't look fully baked It happens very often with this bread doesn't expand to get the extra flavour I love this bread but it is not that as good few years back Please rectify Thanks
