I am so glad all these other people got good service from Elvis. I, unfortunately can't say the same. I made a booking for 10am today and they still haven't arrived. It's now 15:41. Everytime I phoned I was told "we'll be there in an hour...insert some excuse here"....then it was 30min, etc etc. I'm a pretty understanding person and gave them the benefit of the doubt. But I've now had to make alternative arrangements and I wasted an entire day. If you cannot deliver the service,then rather say so instead of wasting my time and causing me huge amounts of stress.

Elvis and Solomon did an incredible job today. They went above and beyond with what I asked them. Late Sunday afternoon when no one else can help, and both Elvis and Solomon arrived with smiles on their faces. What seemed like a horrible job was met with friendly and professional attitudes, helping with every possible problem that arose. Two lovely gentlemen who just want to help and excel in their jobs. Everything went great leading up to my moving date Including free quote, starting time, adress from and to location. The men carefully and professionally packed all the household items as requested. They loaded their truck carefully and I had no worries or issues with fragile items. Everything was in good condition and overall it was a good move. I can recommend this cost effective and professional service to any mover.

Elvis and the team is superb. I needed to move a fairly large chicken coup (which really made moving house feel like a bit of a nightmare) along with some heavy garden furniture and the guys were just super efficient.
