From good to bad to WORSE . This Gym had recent renovations and became WORSE than ever. They bought tons of machines and they cancelled the fitness area to add more machines, which made the gym too crowded and too clustered. Specially when there are lots of people. . If you intend to go there and play solo dont expect any advice or instructions from anyone unless u pay them a fat sum for private training then they would exert an effort to correct you ( and trust me I have tried and it was worthless) . On several occasions with me or with people I know train there who subscribed for PT, we were advised (discretly) to take muscle enhancement drugs and other stuff to show some results, and I have witnessed my self in the changing room trainers that go with trainees in the changing booth and take shots. And as far as I know if a trainer can't make a good athlete out of you unless you take enhancements then they r not trainers in the first place. . Personnel working in the front desk ( some of them) has some serious, absolute serious attitude problems, they r super urgy when they want money from u but once u have a problem ur only met with cold, un professional and unhelpful attitude. They r just buff dudes with the looks and that's it. . They gym is getting super expensive with declining services and amenetites and attitude and if I care about something I care about attitude the most. It's a waste of money.

*Was 2 yeas ago review:* If you pay money .. Will get service .. Otherwise help your self... Even coaches there saw you dowing a Wrong exercise they won't teach you the correct way bcoz you don't have private trainer package But the place has good setup and very good stuff .. Machines there are new. --------- *Today's review:* Unfortunately, GYM owners runing all branches just for business regaless the service and quality. Very expensive Vs quality and service. Sheraton branch is very small, and crowded not considering COVID-19 Precautions، You pay alot for PT with no output. Floor trainers just focusing with they own clients not with everyone at floor. There's a bad smell in toilet, there is no towel just for selective people who pay tip. ------- My opinion after 3 years, you can find more services with good quality in another GYM also with lower price.

المكان لما بيكون في عدد شويه مكتمل، التارات الحديد بتكون قليله فمش هتقدر تباشر تمرينك او هتغيره او هتقعد تستني ودا طبعا مش احسن حاجه. المكان في ٣ ادوار تحت اجهزة الرجل وال cross fit وباقي الادوار لباقي الاجهزه والتمارين. يوجد كافتيريه صغيره لبعض الوجبات السريعه. الاجهزه قديمه شويه هي والحديد. الموقع علي الشارع العام بشيراتون فسهل الوصول. الركنات مش كتير علي الشارع لو الجيم زحمه. بالنسبه للنظافه فالمكان بشكل عام نظيف وفي ناس بتنظف اول بأول وفي اماكن طبعا لحفظ وتغير هدومك وbathrooms نظيفه .

-Worst balance gym branch. -slow or no maintenance -A.C system is very bad when the gym is congested -Owners are caring more about the newer branches

Great staff. Unique facility. Prices are getting higher every year. It is a success story of a bunch of young gentlemen that is worth a visit.

Great but its crowded but you still can access to 5 branches at different areas not that expensive and not also cheap kinda suitable

love the place, clean, a lot of good equipments and tools to train with, professional, and they are experts in this field …

Really one of the best gyms in Cairo, rating isn't only based on the facilities but it's mainly about the active environment

The place is fine, but a bit poor in weights while the playing area is very small in comparison with the number of players.

جيم جميل جدا واسع و حلو ٣ ادوار و نظافه جميله جدا و السنه هناك من ٤٥٠٠ ممكن تكون اغلي حاجه بسيطه و ارخص حاجه بسيطه

Not bad but needs to get some quick response for machine maintenance and to solve the towel’s deficiency issue

ثلاثة ادوار، دور لتمارين الرجل، ودور لتمارين الكتف والظهر، ودور للباقي. مكان نضيف واجهزة نضيفة لكن قليلة.
