I your medical insurance covers Ayurvedic treatments - you can reimburse. Make sure to being along your Emirates ID as you will get quickly registered and added into the system. I am shocked about how your staff Valsala spoke to me today. I sent many messages on whatsapp to book my session as part of my package. She was handling reception and she refused to reply to my messages, I called she raised her voice and said she is busy doing something and she does not want to cut what she was doing and give me appointment. She said Dr will call tomorrow and give appointment. I told her i need to arrange my schedule, she refused COMPLETELY to give me any appointments for the whole week and she hung up the phone in my face while am still talking. Very bad indication. I love this place. They have the best facility and they make sure their customers are pampered enough. After Ayuverdic massage by a very well trained therapist Fresha, they guided us into the steam room, then to ice station, then to the shower. To the relaxation room with heated seats!!! Come on, i never seen it even in 5 star hotel spas!! This is one of its kind. Thank to Mary, she took care of us whole time. At the end Mary served us freshly prepared ginger tea and cookies. It was the cherry on the TOP!!! I am definitely going back to have more treatments and i am informing all my friends about this place!! Dont miss this opportunity, go!

This is not a luxury experience although they charge 400aed massage. Receptionist was very calm and welcoming- as well as apologetic at the end. Treatment rooms were cold, towels and robes were very worn, rooms not sound proof and music not calming. Massage was ok but the therapist did not honour 60 mins paid for although she was nearly 10mins late for appointment. Once came out there was other upset clients complaining to management which dampened the atmosphere further. Wouldn’t recommend even with 50% off.

I have been using Balance for over 3 years. Earlier it was an amazing place to go to and unwind. It was a monthly ritual to visit them and I have highly recommended them earlier. Unfortunately no more. The massages are below average now, therapists are over worked and tired. I'm not a 100% sure on hygiene either. Their towels are smelly & greasy. The soap they use is of poor quality. It has lost that spa quality it once had. The ambiance of a spa is extremely important.. and its fallen terribly.

One of the best spa in Dubai. I had recently went for a 12 days massage /weight loss and I have lost 6 kilos in just 14 days. The massage was combined with different stretching techniques which was managed by Masseur Mr Anish. He is a wonderful person who analyze the body well and accordingly uses his techniques. Streching techniques along with fusion massage is his speciality and definitely to try for...

The spa experience was one of a kind. They have facilities such as shower, steam and sauna and ice station! I have been to many spa but have neever seen the ice station. The design and ambience of the spa is so calming that iymts hard to leave and go to the mall :)
