Veterans Park is a very beautiful Park they keep it very clean they try to keep troublemakers out of there too so which patrolled regularly by officers you don't need a lot of drinking there so if you get caught you have a ticket coming you have a lot of festivities there but you can play Frisbee and give a little hiking trails your picnic areas that are very big very beautiful and everything is is clean and sanitize your restrooms your outside picnic areas they keep everything nice and clean respectfully Rudy Tapia Jr I highly recommend this place it is a beautiful large Park

We saw The Chop Shop on MSN reviewed as one of the best barbecues around. We checked it out and we're amazed. I had the brisket sandwich with wonderfully crisp french fries. My husband had baby back ribs and an amazing beet salad. The Chop Shop is an incredibly clean restaurant with incredibly friendly employees. If you don't want to eat there they have a beautiful counter with any kind of meat you could want. You can also have them cook your meat for you and it'll be ready when you get there. Tell Kyle we sent you. You will be amazed.

I lost a full ride scholarship because I had a serious addiction to drugs. My mom was so disappointed in me that she cut off complete contact with me. My older sister believed in me that I could come clean so she sent me here to get help. I owed it to my mom and her to get better so I did everything I had to do in my addiction treatment to come clean. I've been sober for 7 months now and even went back to school. This was all possible because the staff here helped me out big time.

This was my first visit to the Balboa Mission Square. My sister wanted me to check out Island Pacific, the newest store at the Square. I was able to load up on Filipino ingredients and Filipino treats to take back with me to Nashville, TN. We also enjoyed a delcious meal from Max's Chicken. We feasted on Lechon Kiwali, Garlic Rice, Chicken Bulaklak, and Lumpiang Shanghai. This will definitely be on my list of must visit next time I am visiting my sister in Northridge, CA.

the italian store is good as is the gelato shop. trader joes is good but the parking is very scary and always a challenge. keep your head on a swivel as people pop out in front of cars all the time, most of them while looking at their phones. It is prudent to not use the driveway on the Balboa side nearest to Trader Joe's as that is an accident waiting to happen. Best to use the driveway near Bank or the driveway by the post office

There have been major changes to this shopping center. All of the changes have been for the best. They recently repaved the parking lot and painted new spaces. Aside from the Trader Joes, this shopping plaza has a BofA, good Lebanese food, a butcher shop that doubles as a restaurant, great coffee place, and recently added a Crunch Fitness. From where this shopping center was 3 years ago, is night and day.

It has a Trader Joe's so you know parking will be busy at some point if you go here often. I only go for TJs for the most part, though I have visited a few of the other stores for various reasons. There's a bank, restaurants, pastry shop, a gas station on the corner beside TJs that Ii don't believe it's part of the mall. There's a large Auto parts store in the Northeast corner of the mall too.

Poor service May I say less if zero was a something to put down than I would kindly jot that down but the app doesn't let me go on I have to put down something and 99 cent's only store don't even get me started another one that has poor service God speed and follow the Sabbath but not any Sabbath the 3 angel message c y'all up in sky because DIos says so

I typically go into this shopping center just to visit Trader Joe's; but there are quite a variety of other businesses here that might be the draw for you (always plenty of cars in this good-sized parking lot.) This shopping center is near-by to lots of other area "shopping-hub" businesses that you might want to visit. Also, it's freeway-close.

Granada Hills Market us a hidden gem. During the pandemic, the line to get into the neighboring Trader Joe's was a good 40 yards long or more. I skipped it, went in the market and got 100% of what I needed, and way cheaper. Plus, their produce is more varied and fresher. They have a real deli and meat department as well, with attendants!

Had dinner at Maru sushi all u can eat, waited 20 mins for table, nice environment watched Monday night football on big screen. Rock shrimp was on old menu but was discontinued. Food was excellent and didn't take too long on most dishes ordered, server was quite attentive to our needs and very friendly. Would happily dine here any day!

I go to the Trader Joe's and the International Market. Both are good stores. I've been to the Pep Boys and they're usually cool but one time I had a bad experience. They have a smoke shop, a deli, a bar, a vet, 2 Guys from Italy, Chase Manhattan, a dog grooming place and a bunch of other stores.

I visited this place the other day at the knollwood pharmacy.I found this pharmacy to be a different type of pharmacy bee staff was very friendly and I found a product that helps relieve pain. I will definitely come back to this for me for the alternative medicines that they have there.

When my daughter came home with an adderall addiction I searched high and low for a quality recovery center and found this Granada Hills rehab. We quickly got her admitted and started her treatment. When she checked out she was sober and was determined to live a drug free life.

Seems a bit run down and parking lot could use resurfacing. Most businesses here seem to be doing well including the smallest Trader Joe's store in the SFV, a bakery, a butcher/sandwich shop (deli), a Pep Boys and a number of other businesses

Decent strip-mall on the corner of Balboa and San Fernando Mission. Trader Joe's anchors on the corner. There's a Chase, a Pep Boys, an independant grocery store, and a range of standard strip-mall stores. Plenty of parking and a gas station.

Had a great shopping experience here even though I didn't quite get all the items I wanted. I really wanted some Silk or Red Snapper or Australian Striped Snapper but they were all out. Guess I'll need to give them a call first next time.

Nice place to do sone errands if you’re on the way home, groceries, bank ,and other small restaurants located in this area. Island Pacific just opened (Asian Supermarket) with small eatery inside (wish they put more space for dining).

It's okay, they spent a lot of money repaving it a few years back and never planted more than a few trees. What a shame. Also there's not really many good places in here, and if there are, they are all kind of junky.

Very large parking space stalls are very big also so that you can park your SUV.Unfortunately many shots in this location are going out of business and are vacant. I guess it's just a sign of our times with Amazon.

I actually went to see the vet in this shopping center, for my cats. Needless to say they were great. The staff & vet were helpful. My cat had a respiratory infection & she is all better now thanks to them.

So glad to see all the businesses surviving during this covid! Only one store that I am worried about, "The Hallmark Store"! They have a "Going Out Of Business Sale" sign on the windows! I love that store!

This is a smaller location compared to locations in Studio City and in North Hollywood. It’s a little disappointing that Trader Joe’s hasn’t invested in locations on the north side of the valley.

The reason I love this place is because it’s the home to our local Trader Joe’s. The only way it could improve is better parking. Lot is way too small for all the major stores that are here now.

Had to take my dog to the pet hospital. Luckily found parking, which can be a hit or miss and today was a hit! Yay! If it wasn't for the parking I would have rated this at 1 or 2 stars. …

Okay I'm totally vibing with Balboa Mission Square they have Trader Joe's they have great places to eat and they have my favorite gym Planet Fitness. if you're in the area visit this place.

Love the recently opened Island Pacific Seafood Market! Conveniently just off the 118 Fwy on Balboa and about 15 minutes from the east side of my Simi Valley apartment.

Went to Pep Boys to get some tires. Super clean and professional. Didn't try to up-sell anything. Had a 4:00 appointment and was out of there in about an hour. Nice!

I have Trader's Joe here for my wines snacks. They have my International market and Italian deli here. They're clean the service is fast and the people ate so nice

Granada International market has a bunch of freshly made dips, dolmas, cold cuts and cheese. Add fresh pita bread and you have an instant delicious meal!

High light is Italia bakery and deli. 5 stars all the way. Try it you'll love it. Bread. Baked right there. Great sandwiches and all your deli needs

its a great plaza, if your from granada hills you know how long its been there needs a little bit of remodeling but it gets you everything you need

Dead mini mall that no one bothered updating. Trader Joe's is the only thing saving this relic from a bulldozer and becoming apartments.

It's a nice shopping center with good parking and lots of amenities. About as much as you could hope for in a suburban strip mall.
