Kate is a very attentive and professional physio. I had severe issues with my ability to lift things but after a few visits and following her instructions on exercise routines, my pain is gone and I'm back to being able to do my regular weight lifting at pilates! Kate is very patient and kind who understands individuals needs of her customers. Cannot recommend her more.
