Je suis complètement surprise et déçu de voir les commentaires négatifs et je prends le temps de vous informez de mon expérience car c'est important d'avoir justesse. Depuis longtemps, j'allais au centre-ville avec une équipe bien réputé et dispendieuse mais le trajet et traffic en ville, stationnement difficile était de trop et j'ai décidée de changer et suivre l'hygiéniste dentaire qui fait parti de l'équipe du Dentiste Bambace depuis. Moi et mon conjoint on a pas du tout la même dentition on a des besoin différents et même des soins de gencives qui ont dû être fait que Dr Bambace nous a référés et coincidence il nous a référés au meilleur en ville car je le connaissais de réputation. Donc pour tous ceux et celle qui ce donnent la peine de lire les références et commentaires, mon expérience depuis 4 ans a été excellente et positive. Et le nettoyage dentaire avec Antonella est à conseiller! L'expérience est toujours positive et le nettoyage est le meilleur! Grande différence entre avant et après! En plus elle est adorable! Pour le Dentiste Bambace il est très sympatique, extrêmement compétent, connait très bien son métier. Ces conseils judicieux lorsqu'il s'agit de travaux coûteux sont appréciés et il n'oblige jamais de faire des travaux! Il en revient à nous de décider. De plus il est d'une grande gentillesse et prends le temps de bien expliquer ce qui ce passe s'il y a un problème avec une ou plusieurs de mes dents. Mon expérience a toujours été positive que ce soit avec les réceptionnistes et l'environnement beau et très propre. Il y a un élévateur. Covid oblige ils ont un lecteur pour prendre la température et questionnaire à votre arrivée et un désinfectant à la lumière bleu pour le cellulaire pendant le traitement. Chaise massage lors des soins, ils sont vraiment professionnels et bienveillant pour nos dents.

I have been a loyal patient at this dental practice for over 18 years and have always appreciated the service provided. However, a recent visit with a family member was marred by an unfortunate encounter with a receptionist named Diane. Her behavior was highly unprofessional, loud, and rude, causing unnecessary discomfort in a public setting. Furthermore, when we sought to discuss the incident with Dr. Bambache, he was unwilling to hear our side of the story, leaving us feeling humiliated and devastated. Honestly, if I could leave a 0 star review, I would. It's disheartening to experience such treatment after being long-time patrons of the practice. While I would prefer not to go into further detail about the incident, I believe it's essential for the practice to address issues related to professionalism and communication to maintain the trust and loyalty of their patients. I hope the practice will take this feedback constructively to ensure a better experience for all patients in the future.

Dr. Damlaj is by far the kindest and most caring doctor that I have ever been taken care of by. She took the time to thoroughly explain all the details of the surgery and how I should prepare for it. Additionally, she went through all the medications with me, including their dosage, utility, and potential side effects. To say that she was prepared for the surgery is an understatement; Dr. Damlaj made sure that I was fully informed and ready for the procedure. As someone who typically experiences a lot of anxiety at the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised by how her infectious positive energy managed to calm me down. The surgical operation ended up being my best dental experience ever. I also want to give a special mention to the rest of Dr. Damlaj’s team, specifically Nassima and Angelica, who were both very thoughtful and skilled at their jobs.

a déconseillez vivement, le genre de dentiste qui se fou complètement du patient et pense qu'a lui tirez le plus d'argent possible , vous me diriez la plupart sont comme ça mais je vous rependrai que d'autre au moins donnent des soins professionnels, dentiste pas professionnel du tout et très mauvais dentiste, on était 4 membres de la famille a le voir et on attendait 45 min des fois pour passer, il n'explique pas les soins qu'il a l'intention de vous faire, mon fils a du enlever 2 dents après des complications heuresemnt que c un enfants et va les changer, de même avec moi des plombages pas bien fait, aucune finition sinon pire qu'avant, je sais de koi je parle g travailler dans ce domaine, c a dire comment on donne des diplômes a des gens aussi incompétents.

Après 3 mois d’attente pour faire réparer des dents, car confirmation de mes assurance dentaires. J’appelle voir ce qu’il ce passe, car pas de nouvelle d’eux. Je souffre de crises de panique et j’ai dû remettre des RDVS, ils n’ont pas voulu me redonner un RDV pour réparer mes dents, car j’ai pas été au RDV dû à mes crises En plus la personne responsable d’appeler les assurances est parti en congé de maladie et n’ont jamais fait de demande à mes assurance. ( on mis mon dossier de côté) Je déconseille cette clinique. J’avais l’impression d’être un numéro

The staff at this clinic is amazing! Always courteous and pleasant. Antonella, the dental hygienist is always on-the-go and energetic. She has a personalized approach with attention to detail. She takes pleasure in explaining to her patients how to floss properly in order to avoid long term issues and is very understanding and patient with adults as with kids. My family and I ensure that we are scheduled with Antonella for our dental cleanings. During my visit today, she took the time to teach me how to take good care of my gums as I had some pain. The staff at the clinic are professional, kind and always make you feel like you’re the most important patient. As much as the sat is amazing, Antonella is who makes me continue to return. I used to hesitate seeing a hygienist, but this lady from the first time, made me comfortable, listened to my concerns and addressed them. Each visit after, I didn’t have to repeat what I shared previously. She just knew everything which left me feeling like she truly cares. I continue going back and Antonella is the only hygienist I’ve seen and want to see.

I love this clinic. I've gone elsewhere and have returned here. They're knowledgable and kind and the dentist is a good person and great at what he does. My only bug is that when I call and I speak english, they pursue and insist in speaking to me in french. Accommodate your paying client, yes even in quebec. Its just good customer service.
