Truly good service is rare. And in the case of Bambino, it was unexpected. When looking for a first pair of shoes for our son, I can’t honestly say I expected to be wowed by the service we received, but that was exactly how we felt leaving Bambino today. Luis and Valencia were immediately welcoming, warm and thoughtful. Luis was immensely knowledgeable about his products and did a fabulous job of guiding us towards a suitable shoe without feeling remotely pushy, and even guided us to a particular colourway that was on sale. The shop itself is beautiful, the products meticulously curated, and the personal touches - from the espresso’s for us to the loot bag for our son - were icing on the cake. They just do it right. Before today I had never heard of this store and now, I cannot imagine buying my son a pair of shoes anywhere else. It was a genuine pleasure shopping here and I could not recommend Bambino Fine Shoes more earnestly. Thank you, Luis!

Best place to shop for quality kids footwear. My daughter needed indoor shoes for daycare and I wanted a pair that were going to be supportive and appropriate for developing feet in early walkers. I have to say the staff there were amazing when my little one tried on the shoes for her first pair. Friendly and knowledgable! Baby girl has now outgrown her first pair and needed a second pair ASAP. I placed my order at 9:30 and by 2:30 they were hand delivered by the owner to my doorstep (for free!!). Just fabulous! I'll be purchasing my little ones shoes from here from now on! Bambino Fine Shoes has far exceeded my expectations!

I had a great experience ordering from this store. They delivered the shoes promptly to my door. The shoes were in a gift package, which was really sweet. There was a follow up phone call to make sure that I was comfortable with having my order left on the porch and then a follow up email to ensure that I was happy with the purchase. Which was considerate and added a personal touch. The shoes were also amazing. I purchased the black Mary Jane flats. They are light and very well made, my girl is looking forward to wearing them. Bambino is the only place I will buy shoes for my daughter (3.5) and we could not be more thrilled they are in our neighborhood. We have purchased Summer sandals, Fall high tops and now Winter boots. Highly recommend Bambino to everyone looking for high quality kids shoes. They carry wide variety sizes from infants to big kids. The price range is very reasonable for quality leather shoes, I was very pleasantly surprised. My daughter’s first shoe purchase was a great experience! The owner was very knowledgeable and super helpful. They also have a lovely initiative where you can bring back the shoes once your child outgrows them and they’ll donate them to a family in need, which is wonderful. We will definitely be visiting again in a few months once she outgrows this pair!

We visited this store on the weekend to get new winter boots for my two-year-old. They were so friendly and knowledgeable and helped us pick out the best fitting option.
