I just want to say NEVER order something directly from this store. I live in Florida and the store here where I live called to see if they had a dress in my size that was not available online. I paid for it on the phone personally. I was told by this store that it would be shipped UPS the next day. I called the next day asking why I had not received any tracking information to find out it was never even packaged to be shipped. The UPS label had to be made. I keep being told maybe it’s upstairs blah blah, finally got a tracking number and looked the next day as was said that it would go out... still no movement on this package. I called again, I was told that UPS picked it up and I told them UPS does not have it because I called them myself. Now we are into day three with a mystery. I have contacted now Banana Republic’s customer complaint department. The lady called herself and they kept her on hold so long she had to hang up. The customer service said this store is being reported to the District Manager due to the lengthy hold time and what’s going on with my package. I’m NOT HAPPY. These people are sweet talkers and don’t deliver the customer service even to their own Customer Complaint department.. who knows it I will ever get what I paid for. This is unacceptable ! Maybe it’s still upstairs somewhere!!!

Great store but DO NOT GO IN THE FITTING ROOM WITH YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER. The attendant was like sure have your husband go in. (Weird I never do but ok there was a seat) the lighting made me, technically 5 lbs underweight look horrendous. This happened two months ago and I’m still shook. I’m devastated my husband saw me disrobe in that lighting. It showed dimples I didn’t know existed. Literally. Don’t do it. You don’t need this type of negativity in your life.

Great customer service. I was greeted by every sales associate as I walked in and through the store. One sales associate was very helpful with seeing if my size was available. He also made suggestions based on items I picked out. I ended up purchasing one his suggestions. The sales associates were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I just had a great experience at Banana Republic in Canal Place, and I want to share about it. Aubry, the person working upstairs, was so helpful. Aubry helped me find clothes that were on sale and my size and style. I genuinely enjoyed talking with Aubry. Thank you for your help, and I wish you well.

I have always loved Banana Republic but they are SUPER expensive! They are having a nice sale right now. There was an amazing silk and cashmere sweater for about $60... beautiful and feels REALLY nice and a great price! Maybe Santa will bring it to me!

The most incompetent salespeople I’ve ever met! They are rude, dismissive, and have no clue about anything. Have your orders shipped to you, do NOT ever do buy online pick up in store.
