The overall experience was good as staffs are really kind and patient and willing to answer every questions. However, please be aware of extra fees other that exam fees and test fees and etc... When I called for appointment I asked for the price for visiting fee, wellness exam fee and fecal test charge. The told me that wellness exam is included in the visit fee, which will be $80.95. And then general fecal test would be around $45. This is quite fair. I also asked them if I should bring some fecal sample for the appointment, they said yes, but if I don't want to bring one they can collect some during the visit. But they didn't mention that the fecal sample need to be fresh, which should be collect within 1 hr. (My another cat has been to another vet and I always bring the fecal sample of the day and they had no issue with running tests on that.) So When I got to the appointment, they said the fecal sample is not fresh So they have to collect some, and this fecal sample prep incur a $14 extra cost. When calling to make the appointment, I also asked for ear cleaning and as they didn't mention about fees, I thought it's included in the wellness exam, which the vet of my another cat Does. However, at the visit, they told me that this will incur extra charge as well, which will be 20ish dollar. Last But not the least, on the receipt, it shows and extra medical waste disposal fee of $6, which I didn't get informed of. 10ish or 20ish dollars are not a big amount of money, but I do feel disappointed that they don't tell you in advanced about all these before the visit. And during the visit, it's hard to decline these small fees as the pet is already here and ready for the exams! And the actual bill ended up being a lot more comparing to the original estimate when I called to made the appointment. Also, they promote a lot about their wellness plan, I declined this several times when talking to different staffs during the visit. The front desk promotes it, nurse promotes it and even the doctor promotes it...
WRITING AS A PRECAUTION FOR PET OWNERS: Very polite and good bedside manner, but unfortunately lacking knowledge about below 4 week old animals, and didn't admit it (Which worries me that won't admit about adult pets too). I found a kitten at 3 weeks of age (Mother abandoned). Without forcefeeding, he ate 1 tablespoon, which was less than recommended (3 tbsp). The Vet said he was healthy, and could continue eating a tablespoon of formula, as long as he was active. I thought this was suspicious. They were kind and printed out a guideline for me, but even when I was asking questions over the phone, it seemed like they were reading off the sheet verbatim than pulling from actual knowledge. I called a foster home (experienced in bottle-feeding kittens) for more advice, and they told me that the kitten was *starting to starve*---the physical activity didn't matter. He would've died under their advice. I alarmed them about the misinformation; they were apologetic. Kind people, but I wish they were more professional in admitting they lacked knowledge and referred me to other sources. My kitten almost died. --- TLDR: This experience alarmed me that they won't admit when they don't know something, maybe even adult pets too. If you see this vet, please make sure you view other sources of information and other professionals.
Very expensive for the preventive services being provided; they do charge you for everything that is not preventive. They say you get member discounted prices, but their prices are jacked up compared to the prices at usual vets and even with the member prices you pay more than the usual. Adult plan makes no sense (they don't include the simparico trio -fleas ticks n worms medication). For the first year it makes sense when you are still learning about your puppies needs and go through Vaccinations and spaying. Their multiple branches allows you to schedule real fast. They provide the monthly supply of simparico trio. The spaying was expensive too (40$*12 no= 480$) compared to the usual 300$ charged elsewhere.
I brought my dog, Nala, in for an ear infection and Dr. Choi gave her an excellent exam. Nala’s diagnosis is that she has an ear infection in both her ears and she has allergies also dry eyes. Nala also needed a rabies vaccine. I am happy because Dr. Choi gave me a follow up appointment. The follow up appointment means that she cares about Nala’s health. My grown up daughter, Bridget, gave me a French Bulldog when she was a baby and this bread of dogs are so loving. I love Nala as much as I love my three children. Thank you Karen Martinez
This location is the best. The Vet Assistant and RVT are amazing and kind. Every time I bring the JJs it's never a long wait or visit. They are patient and go above and beyond to help with my dogs. I would recommend this particular location. Especially being a former employee for Banfield. Silver Creek is consistent and organized. The Veterinary Doctors are even great! Thank you too all of you at Silver Creek. Shout out Susanna and Cruz!
I don’t usually review places but I was really impressed with my experience here. I have a cat with hyperthyroidism and I just moved to the area. I realized I was short on her medication. They got me in really quickly and we’re super friendly and knowledgeable. They also clearly cared about my cats health more than the money. I was super impressed and will definitely be returning.
Banfield - Silver Creek is the best!!! The doctors and staff are very caring and compassionate. We had our baby girl, Luna a few years ago and took her Banfield to the Brokaw location bc she was so ill... They did nothing for us. We changed to Silver Creek and they were so compassionate and needless to say, we lost our furry daughter. I would not recommend the Brokaw location.
Love everyone here and they take care of our babies. Best Banfield we have been to @ East Capitol even though they are out of the way. We love how they love our fur babies Tawny & Chaka and treat and care for them with love and respect. We have been Banfield members since 2005 with our passed baby Guini for 14 years and highly recommend.
They are great with you and your pets ! Every time I needed they gave me an appointment..If not they tell you to try at another location ! I like that they have multiple locations ,staff is very nice and professional.
They're very good at what they do, professional and happy to answer questions. My cats have always been the most comfortable during/after a vet visit while in the care of employees at Banfield!
Wonderful and friendly staff, I was able to get in due to a cancelation and they were very prompt to call and offer the appointment. I'm very very thankful and appreciative.

Very long wait due to excellent care and customer service. Fortunately it's the only Banfield in the county with less than a week to get an appointment.
This place has very nice, helpful and knowledgeable people. Has appointments and drop off times available for busy people.
Amazing customer service from the staff! Very attentive answered all my questions! My cat got all his shots and neutered.
Close to home. Walked in and was greeted and attended to quickly. Service was good. Rx was cheaper at Costco.
