The service was extremely bad on my last visit of February 4 2021. I was nearly attacked for my mask slipping just a tad bit off my noise. I had been sitting in the bank for more than an hour just trying to unfreeze an account which the banker clearly misguided me on. So I went to next banker who assisted me yet she didn’t have a mask on. I didn’t care much as my mother and I were already wearing our masks, so we ignored it. She then told us wait 15 minutes and go to the window to make a transaction. I waited for half hour wearing my mask in the bank that’s turned off their air conditioner, so happens my mask slips off my nose and I got nearly attacked for by the security a teller and a random customer who had his mask half off his face and brought his 7 year old who had no mask on. So why am I being attacked if I’m actually wearing the surgical mask while they’re wearing the breathable cloth pieced part that doesn’t conceal any bacteria if they were to cough or sneeze. I’ll be honest I told them I’m wearing it just give me a second to breath just from my nose because it’s covering my face. I then noticed multiple men walking in and out shaking hands with no masks on and for some reason that was ok. Overall this was the worst experience I received from any bank I’ve walked into, the treatment was so contradicting and barbaric. I would not recommend anyone especially foreigners like me to use this branch because they are extremely unhelpful they lack so much information on banking procedures I spent an hour getting the runaround.
