I have had multiple issues with Bank of Albuquerque ATMs. During this issue I had deposited a check at the ATM, which I do regularly. The check went through but I received a deposit of a much lower amount so being very upset I went inside to have this corrected. It was almost 5 but Timothy could tell I was upset & got a manager to assist me right away. Like I said I was upset & had an attitude but Jessica was calm & helped calm me down. After letting her know about my past experiences she took her time to get me situated. After contacting the right personal I was told I'd have my money in my account by Friday. I left the bank with a much better feeling. Unexpectedly I got a follow up call from Jessica the next day because the Administrator who handles these disputes was out of the store until late next week. Jessica let me know that she got it expedited but that I probably wouldn't have my money in my account until Monday, which was ok. I fully appreciate Jessica Chance going out of her way to make sure I was happy and knew what was going on with my money. She knew I was upset & on the verge of closing my account and she made sure to go out of her way to turn that around. Like I mentioned I have brought up multiple issues with managers at different Bank of Albuquerque branches and Jessica was the only manager that made sure my issue was taken care of. Jessica is also the only manager to follow up with me after the initial complaint. Oh, and on the plus side my money is already in my account 3 days earlier than expected

When I walked in the three tellers acted as if they were too good and too busy to even acknowledge that I was there. After I approached the counter I asked if there was a restroom for the customers. I showed her my bank card and the lady stated that they were told to tell the customers they cannot use the restroom. That she was not even allowed access to the restroom. Which is just plain ridiculous! After telling her what I needed and giving her the bank card she typed on the computer for a couple of minutes to look at me again and said can I help you what do you need!!!!
I do not want to spend an hour driving around to find a BOA ATM that will take my money. This is the 3rd one I'll be trying just tonight trying to get money in my account. This is unacceptable. I should not have to drive 30 minutes across town to possibly not even be able to put the money in. Strongly considering closing my account after five years. If I don't get the money in for a bill, I will be charged overdraft fees, regardless of if it's the banks fault or not.
This bank has very inconvenient times. They have not made it very accessible to their customers since covid. The atm has been down for weeks. When you use the drive through you have to fill out a form to make a deposit or withdrawal. I will be finding a new bank. I also have a mortgage through them. Time to refinance.

I opened checking/savings accounts. Victoria helped me......she is so quick, helpful, delightful personality. The lobby of the bank (at Cottonwood Mall) is open, light, bright. Fabulous. A good experience. Looking forward to doing business there.
I've banked at this branch for over 16 years. Staff has changed but the bank still remains my go to bank. I only wish they would have more competitive CD rates. I have to buy CD's elsewhere. Otherwise, this would be my favorite bank in NM.
This location is the best in Albuquerque! My other two closer locations have been closed. Brian is the person I deal with most. He goes above and beyond when helping me with my various banking needs. He is friendly, and professional!
This is the bank I feel satisfied with when I set foot in the US, the staff are friendly, the work is quick, I just want to add comments about the Bank of Albuquerque app, maybe add Vietnamese language so it can be easily used. .
