Do not trust this branch!! My mom has a safety deposit box here. She realized that a Bank of America employee stole small amounts of cash from the safety deposit box over time. She has some paperwork and has also hidden some cash within it. 不要相信这家银行的保险柜。我妈妈在这里租了一个保险柜存放文件，她同时还放有少量现金，她发现每次去现金都少一点（少几百）。她去找经理，经理却表示他们不负责。你想一下，贵重物品放保险柜，可是银行内鬼却可以偷钱，你们敢存银行保险柜吗？ 这只是开始，不讨到说法，不揪出偷钱的贼，我们绝不会善罢甘休！

The only reason I go to this branch is because it is close to where I work. Unfortunately, it is always out of or about to run out of quarters. The only thing I need from the branch. The only reason I have a savings account is for cash and it is not serving that purpose.

This bank is convenient for downtown employees that may only have their lunch hour to do their banking! It is fast & has drive thru, parking garage & many tellers!

This bank is conveniently located in Downtown Bakersfield! They have secure drive-thru, parking garage that is free when banking!
