Great location in a hot spot for the surrounding community. Good customer service from the tellers to the advisors. I gave the location 4 stars due to how busy it is which has a lot to do with them closing drive thru banking. Other locations in the area closed their drive thrus as well, but I've recently seen drive thrus open at other BOAs on other sides of town. Opening the drive thru during the pandemic will alleviate the lobby lines and encourage social distancing. Overall a good location to service your banking needs.

Awful experience with heat and collen. Both had actitud and were closed in helping. They didn't try to fix the issue. Awful
